My fiance and I use Allstate Limo for all of our rides to and from the airport. The guy who owns Allstate is always available on the phone to reserve a ride to where ever you need to go in Puget Sound.
The drivers always show up on time (if not a little early) making them a reliable way to get to the airport on time. They are very professional and helpful with your luggage too. For pick ups at the airport, they have you call when you land and then meet you at one of the numbered doors outside in the Arrivals pick up area.
I would definitely recommend them to anyone! -

I wouldn't use this company if my life depended on it.
I contacted All State Limos by email asking for a quote to get from Seattle to the East side roundtrip, and they quoted a rate and said that it factored in the discount card I had. Problem is, the rate they quoted is their regular rate, so they were hoping I wouldn't notice to scam me.
After comparing rates with 4 other towncar services in the area, All State was the highest. I mentioned this to them in email, and here is a direct quote from their reply:
"The least expensive will be public transportation. Good luck with the cheap ones."
This was followed up with these gems:
"Oh come on, be realistic and learn to appreciate others services. Good luck finding cheap prices."
"I don't have to explain you any thing. If you can't afford my prices, then go for the cheap ones. Straight and simple. I don't have time to explain you the difference between quality and quantity."
Needless to say, don't bother going with this company. There are too many other companies in the area that will do the same job for the same price or cheaper, and best of all, they will treat you with respect. -

I totally agree with the previous yelper about this business. Avoid them at all costs . Their 'customer service' is rude and condescending & I had the same experience regarding emails sent - unbelievably rude ! I was totally shocked at the attitude and so glad that this came about before we used them. I would NEVER want to use a company with such an arrogant attitude! and warn you highly about their hidden furor.
There are plenty of other limo companies to choose from without having to take abuse. -

not even one star. Wish I had read the reviews first. We hired them to take a group of ten kids to a prom. Once they had the kids, and a large chunk of money, The limo driver mentioned that he would be picking the kids up an hour earlier than we expected. We called and spoke with Sonny who was, rude, condescending and generally unpleasant to deal with. They requested more money. Our contact after the event was as unpleasant and Sonny's emails were bordering on rude. STRONGLY DON'T RECOMMEND and will be contacting the BBB
