Stas has been my agent for a couple+ years now and he's been really great. He notices the little things and makes sure that you're happy as a customer.
I have auto insurance with Allstate and now I have renters insurance with Allstate as well.
You will not go wrong with Stas as your primary agent for Allstate insurance :)

Absolutely professional ! Stas George and his team are very helpful. Between the three of them, they cover just about every language that's common around Rowland Hts. From insurance to investments, just ask Stas George and he'll give you a comprehensive answer that's understandable. I will definitely recommend him and his team! James, who I also dealt with, he speaks Mandarin and was very helpful.

very rude and i don't recommend anyone use this guy!
i called to cancel and he said no! not without giving him my new insurance card , i said its none of his business! i called 1 800 allstate and they did it with no problem.
allstate is a pretty good company but this guy is the worst!
again its none of your business who i switched to

Some people don't tell all. When I explained that his wife was requesting a Mid-Term cancelation and that getting the new ID Card protects all parties, especially the Client, he starting yelling! I terminated the call at that point. His wife called back and I took the call and figured out that she was on Automatic Payments and that was the first concern so with her permission turned it off so she wouldn't be charged. I asked her to send the ID Card and that we would honor the date on the ID Card for the cancelation of the policy she agreed. If he found someone at Allstate that was will to bend the rules for him that's wonderful. In my 25 years as an Agency owner I've never have had this problem. Its just an ID Card confirming that new coverage is effective, not sure why that is an issue. Other customers just send it and its done.

Called him few years back. He took great care of me. I sent him a red feral and he took care of him and I just got new insurance through him again and he's always great!!
