The burgers here are good. For the price, they're probably the best in Tacoma. The onion rings were decent and the fries were abundant, if a bit too salty. As far as burger-joint burgers go, Allstar falls just behind my current favorite, the 12th Street Diner. I guess, it's all but a three way tie between Little Holland, 12th Street and Allstar, at the moment. They're all pretty decent.

Where Allstar differs is not the food, but the atmosphere...The neighborhood isn't the best, but that's not what scared me. I didn't really even want to sit down here. My feet stuck to the floor and the place just felt dirty.

This is the burger joint you are looking for! Burgers range from just $1.50 - $4.50! Soda Fountain - No alcohol. The Philly Steak is the best in Tacoma - I have not had one this good since I was back east! Parking is a bit of a pain but that's okay you wont want to stay long due to the neighborhood.
