Dr. Paladino is fantastic. He takes as much time as is necessary with animals and seems to love all kinds. He is thorough in his explanations of problems and conditions with pet moms and dads. His staff is comfortable with lobby chaos, created by many animals who don't easily jive. They are all compassionate professionals who care about their work and do it well. I've recommended the clinic to my mom, boyfriend, best friend, and hoards of others, all of whom love Dr. Paladino and this veterinary outfit as well.
I could not care less for the groomer, however. She does sloppy work, overcharges, and is blunt in a way that does not fit with the philosophy of Allpets. Were it not for her, Allpets would get 5 stats from me.
Highly recommend the veterinary, but not the grooming/bathing services.
