My wife and I interviewed a bunch of wedding planners and decided to go with Erin as our wedding planner.
Planning
She was affordable and consistently communicated with us up until our wedding day. She totally caters to the bride and groom. She made every appointment with us and was always on time. Erin was able to listen to our requirements and give suggestions on having a smooth stress free wedding. She's also very good at working within a budget. She has simple and effective documents which made the planning phase a breeze.
Wedding Day
We also had Erin on our wedding day to coordinate all aspects of the wedding. She showed up on time, said she would have helpers which she did. All were professional and a joy to work with. She was able to work with caterer, dj, florist and mc without issues. Erin also locked up our wedding gifts without any missing. She stayed the entire night and made sure we were able to pack up and leave the venue on time.
Our wedding was about 360 people at the San Francisco Design Center. I'm sure I'm missing more but you won't be disappointed with Erin. -

I hired Erin for my wedding planner. My sister hired her and she was AMAZING! I already knew the moment I got engaged that I was going to hire Erin.. well, I knew before I was actually engaged. She is very orgainzed and helpful. I already know that the day of my wedding (June 22, 2012) I will have nothing to worry about and that she will take care of everything for Josh and I!

A friend of mine used Erin for her wedding in 04 and my friend's wedding was nice and organized. I knew when I got engaged that I would be hiring her, and that's exactly what I did when I got engaged!
The day of my wedding I didn't have to worry about a thing. Phil and I both had a stress free day because of her. She made sure all the vendor showed up, set everything up, and made sure Phil and I had everything we needed. When I walked into my reception and I seen how beautiful all my tables were, I was so happy. Everything had turned out just as we planned.
We highly recommend Erin. She listens to the details and she gets the job done! -

ERIN IS AMAZING!
I was married on May 29th, 2009 at Wente Vineyards in Livermore California and thanks to Erin, I had a stress free wedding!
Meeting with Erin to work on the planning was so much fun. She had so many great ideas. You can tell she truly loves what she does, and that makes her even better at her job. After meeting with Erin, she knew exactly what I wanted the ceremony and reception to look like and made it all happen.
Even though Wente provided a "coordinator" for the day, I was so happy to have Erin there. I knew her priority was me and my wedding and that was such a relief on what could have been an extremely stressful day.
Erin is an amazing coordinator...she really did make the day perfect! -

Erin was professional, punctual, and very efficient at getting all the details ironed out. Established in 2004
Allora Event Designs was established in 2004 by Erin Russo who has an extensive background in the events industry. She started her career in catering which led to her love and passion for events. Wanting more Erin decided to change her focus from catering to event planning. After being mentored by a prestigious event planner for several years Erin decided to branch out and start her own event planning company. Since 2004 Erin has planned a multitude of highly successful events including weddings, corporate events and an array of special events.

Allora Event Designs is owned and managed under the creative direction of Event Planner, Erin Russo. With a passion for entertaining, speciality decor and culinary arts Erin pursued her career in the events industry. She acquired work experience in both the event and catering industries over the past 15 years which led her to launch her own event planning company in December of 2004. Erin is a certified Wedding Consultant and has her certificate in Event & Meeting Planning from San Francisco State University. Her distinguished approach to event design in collaboration with her attention to fine details continues to be the driving success behind Allora.
