This is the worst garbage company in Portland. Their prices are higher than anyone, and the service is the worst. I don't know how they stay in business. They regularly miss pickups, spill garbage all over and not clean it up, miss recycling pickups. If you're a business owner, whatever you do don't sign a contract with them. If you try to get out of it because their service is awful or their prices go up, they will threaten to sue you. They told me to go ahead and cancel, they had lawyers on retainer with nothing to do so they'd fight it.
