I began taking French classes at Alliance Francaise years ago, and I have always been so pleased with their service. The teachers are all marvelous, and the space is lovely. The French Alliance seems to be getting better and better, too--especially in the past few years, because they have a wonderful and proactive new director, Marielle, and a new location. They also have these great events in the evening. They had a celebration in January for the Fete de Roi, for example, and they brought in a Franco-American author once to discuss the differences between French and American women. Fascinating! I am really glad that LA has something so culturally rich as the French Alliance. If you want to learn French, or already know French and just want to be a part of something delightfully Gallic, the French Alliance is for you.

My husband and I have been taking French classes with Sophie for about 7 months now with Sophie and all we can say is that she has been amazing! She makes learning fun and easy. We look forward to every Monday and Wednesday when we go to class. If you want to learn French, Alliance is the best French Language school out there.

I take my daughter to Petit A Petit (Mommy and Me) classes on Saturdays. The teacher is wonderful with children and has great learning activities. The school is small but has everything you need. I really enjoy it.

I've been taking beginner French classes with Samy at the Alliance for about six months and couldn't be happier. I love that they schedule some classes a little later (7:35) in the evening so I can make it with ease from work. The space is small, but so welcoming it's a joy to arrive for class. They recently upgraded the website for online registration, which is great, too.
