I contacted Alliance Fencing Equipment as it was conveniently located -- the people there were very quick to touch base as to when I could go in to shop for new fencing gear. As they're also a fencing school I thought it was a good idea to contact them first.
Their inventory was ridiculously good - and the staff were very patient so I would get the best clothing, shoes, etc for my needs. Not only did I leave with items I wanted, I was pleased with the quality and pricing. I thought getting new gear would be a bit daunting - if not little overwhelming. Instead I found the whole experience a lot of fun. Great place :)
