After over 2 months of frustration, depression, confusion and hopelessness I finally feel like I have begun to get some answers...after only an hour at this office! I have had hives for over two months and have assumed it was due to food allergies but couldn't get answers from anyone else I went to! The first doctor I went to answered his cell phone three times during our appointment and lost track of our conversation each time he got off the phone. He didn't even ask to see my hives. The next doctor pulled out his iPhone and started Googling possible food reactions and allergy symptoms while I was in the office...as if I hadn't spent weeks doing that myself...for free?! Really?! That same doctor put me on a horrible elimination diet that left me eating only pears & trout (!!!!!) for a week...Sure, I lost 8 lbs but I was depressed, cranky, & hungry...and I STILL HAD HIVES!!
Finally, I was blessed to be referred to Dr. Mozelsio, the first doctor who actually talked to me and listened to me, acknowledged me as a human being, didn't touch her cellphone during our appointment, and seemed genuinely interested in helping me!
The office is spacious, clean, and filled with friendly & helpful staff. In other reviews, people mentioned the long wait time but my appointment was on a Wednesday morning & they got me in right on time. There was hardly anyone else there for an appointment so I must have lucked out and missed the rush.
I was in and out in a little over an hour after having about 17 skin tests performed. The best part was that Dr. Mozelsio TALKED to me...she didn't seem rushed or uninterested in what I had to say. I've been waiting for so long to get relief and answers, I'm sure I went way more into detail about symptoms and my own hypotheses about my allergies than necessary, but she listened to every word and made me feel important & heard. She also looked at my blood tests and found things that the aforementioned cellphone-wielding doctors had neglected to see, leading to more avenues to explore if my allergy tests turn out negative.
I would recommend this office to anyone in need of allergy treatment! I am awaiting blood results to know for sure what is causing my hives but I left the office feeling like I am finally headed in the direction of answers instead of more frustration and questions. Dr. Mozelsio was quick to tell me I could call her if I had any questions in the meantime & I was quick to set a follow-up appointment...happy to finally be in good hands! -

I'm writing this from the office...where I have been waiting for over an hour. Unimpressed. They asked me to come in 30 minutes early, but for what? To be waiting for an hour?
UPDATE AFTER THE APPOINTMENT
I really wouldn't come to this practice unless you're just looking for a quick prescription. My Dr mentioned Flonase so many times that I'm SURE he's getting a kickback. Meanwhile I asked about eating honey from local bees to help my allergies and he said it works slightly for some people but really isn't a viable solution and went right back to discussing shots and Flonase.
I like a more naturopathic approach to healthcare. I like to feel more listened to. I don't like feeling like a warm body splayed out on a cold table. The assistant who actually scratched all of the allergens onto me was pleasant, but my overall experience was not. -

This place is a factory. Strict rules that are more for a production line than for human care. If you have ANY OTHER choices for allergy care - don't use this practice.
The best thing is that you can use their wifi during the frequent and lengthy waits. -

Dr. Mozelsio has been taking care of me for the last few years. I really like her. I've also been getting the allergy shots for about the same length of time. For the most part, if you go during their non-busy hours, they get you in and out pretty fast. Bring a book or your phone to play games because the requirement to stay 30 minutes past your shot time is for your safety.

Both my son and I have gone here for allergies and asthma. I have seen Dr. Mozelsio now 3 times and she has literally given me my life back. Prior to seeing her, my asthma, cough and allergies were out of control. I now haven't had to use my rescue inhaler in months. I HIGHLY recommend this office and doctor. All are friendly, professional, and listen to the patient!

My daughter has had several appointments with the allergists here and it's always the same experience. We show up the recommended 15min prior to the start of the appointment and end up waiting at least 30 min before we see the doctor. The doctors are great, but the over scheduling really sucks. I understand this can happen occasionally, but this seems to be standard procedure.

I have been very pleased with dr. Mozelsio and her staff. My daughter has both asthma and allergies and they have been instrumental in successfully treating her conditions.
