Great theater. Movie Presentation and Live Organ prior to credit roll give the theater spunk and personality. Fantastic time overall. The coffee house has great ice cream as well.

This is an old art deco theater that has been totally and beautifully renovated. What can I say, except that when people do stuff like that and then start serving coffee there, you would really have to screw it up to get less than 5 stars from me. Yeah, I'm a sucker for that kind of thing. The owners definitely did not screw this place up.
I've only been here once, as I was passing through the Hershey / Annville area, and I didn't see a movie, but I fell in love with this venue even as a place to just have ice cream or coffee. Whether you're sitting inside or out, this is an absolutely delightful place to hang out with friends or family.
Note to the owners - there are lots of old theaters here in central Ohio that would appreciate your brand of love. If you want to expand here, I would be happy to help spread the word. Please oh please oh please! -

You can not go out to see a movie in a better theater, anywhere. The cleanest theater I've ever sat in...the owner is wonderful - sell your ticket, makes announcements before the show, and usually runs the movie too. He encourages comments, helps folks find seats and promises a full refund if you can't find a comfy place to sit when the theater is full...they sometimes have live music before movies...they only run the best movies there...it's worth the drive to Annville.
The coffee shop/cafe is great too...sometimes the lines are little long, but the food is good and very reasonably priced. Skip the "smoothies" - it was just ice w/ syrup...but the ice cream is outstanding, and they have a unique selection of flavors. The milk shakes are a real treat too - served in a tall frosty glass.
you'll find no better service and experience anywhere...next time you are looking to go to the movies...see what they are showing and check it out...you will not be disappointed.
Aside from 1st run movies, they also have TONS of special events and showings...
Bathroom rating - 10 out of 10! -

This a great old theater that is beautifully restored. They show first rate movies. The owner announces events before each movie, which is a nice touch. A nice bonus is the adjsacent coffeehouse where you can pick up some cheesecake, coffee or a sandwhich and bring it right into the theater. A great night out in an area seriously lacking.

As others have said, it's a fantastic venue. My reasons for giving four stars instead of 5 are that, if the theater is crowded, you might have some issues with the head in front of you since the theatre maintains the old seating format (though that's also part of its charm). Additionally, service at the coffeehouse can be a little slow, so if you want to do dinner and a movie, be sure to give yourself an hour or so before the movie's scheduled start time. One of the really cool features is that the sound is piped into the bathroom, so if you drank too much soda before the movie started, you at least won't miss any dialog. Beware though, the hot water at the bathroom sink is VERY hot, and it takes no time to get that way it seems. Don't scald yourself like both my fiance and I did.
