Eric & Barbie with Allbright were extremely friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. They were able to come take measurements in short notice and provided us with many different texture, style and color options. I changed my mind several times and they would revise my quote within minutes to help me really see my options and make the best decision for my home. The prices were the best I found in all my research. They came highly recommended from a few other homeowners who also raved about their service after the installation. My house looks complete with character and it didnt cost me an arm and a leg. Friendly service is always a plus as well. CALL THEM! Its worth it.

My window tinting and blinds were taken care of in a timely and professional fashion. They were sensitive to my budget, which as a new homeowner was very important.
I was sincerely satisfied with the work done and have passed their name along to friends and family, and will continue to do so.

They don't even deserve one star from my last experience with them but I'm being generous based on the first installation job they did for me.
Do not believe their "All products are GUARANTEED for as long as you own your home!" LIES!!!! I had my shutters installed by them about 5 years ago - I had every room done - except for 1 bedroom. They did an OK job - it wasn't super great but at the time the price was reasonable and I remember the installer fella was nice and did the installation in a timely manner.
In 2010, I decided to get the last room done with the same folks that did my whole house, so I called and asked for an estimate - outrageous - but I will get to that later. The estimator that came to my home reeked of cigarettes - it was truly disgusting but I wasn't going to let that make or break it. After reviewing the room/window that I wanted the shutters, I showed him the other rooms that already had the shutters (same size and color) in and told him this is exactly what I wanted. I thought it would be easy since his company did the previous. First, he disputed with me that my shutters were not "white" but off white. Uh, you know - I think I would know if my shutters were white or off white. Since I did order them (and had been living with them). But he was the man estimator and probably saw me as idiot client so what would I know - right? I really didn't want to insult him but I had to make sure he was going to order the right color so I showed him the original Allbright order form (when they did the whole house) and how it clearly was marked white (yeah, I still have the file - I'm good like that). When he saw that it was indeed white, he back tracked and sort of dismissed it as... well... uh... we have different vendors now... uh... don't worry - you'll get the same "white" color. (But inside I was starting to worry) But I told myself - OK, so he isn't the best smelling, most knowledgeable estimator around but I wanted the last room to have the same shutters as the rest of the house.
Maybe he was upset or disappointed that the job was so small (since I it was only going to be a one room project - i.e. commission) or that I made him feel not smart with the color of the shutters but he gave me the bid that was about 1/3 of what I paid for the whole house (3 bedrooms, 2 baths and a kitchen)!!! I was pretty shocked. I understand inflation... but gauging!?!?!?
But the real deal breaker - if all that wasn't enough was when I showed the estimator fella (whose name I know and whose business card I still have) all the broken shutter pieces that needed replacing and given their "guaranteed for as long as you own your home" guarantee - you'd think it would be a no brainer. Let's just say they didn't install the shutters in the last room and they NEVER came to replace any of the broken hinges on the shutters they installed in my home. In fact, I even called them and I NEVER got a call back. Some customer service!?!?! The lady on the phone was a real peach too (I'm being sarcastic). She kept asking me what my call was in regards and I'm like shutters. Seriously, what else would I be calling about.
Just because they have their so-called "guarantee" clearly posted on your website doesn't mean they will honor it. STAY AWAY FROM THE CROOKS AND LIES AT ALLBRIGHT!!!!! -

If you are in the market for window coverings in your home or office there is no one better than Allbright. They did my entire house with a variety of their products ranging from bamboo shades, high end draperies, and solar window tint. I could not be happier with the outcome of the products and the service that I was given. The Allbright staff was very friendly and helpful in suggesting options for my home and the installers were very efficient in doing the job. I would highly recommend Allbright to any of those who are looking to add a little flare to their home or office.
