I don't think our property manager had addressed our windows since they were installed 30 years ago.
James came and made MAGIC happen.

That's what my window now do...
Thanks yelpers! I swear... I love this site. I use it for everything... and then the other day when my windows where looking nast... I thought to myself... hmmm... let's try the ole yelp.
Life is too short for me to go on my roof like a monkey and try to clean my windows... and it would probably take me all day... James came in and within 2 hours all of my windows were done and he was on his way. We are going to do a quarterly plan so I never have to worry about it getting to the point of it being gross before I have to try to book another appointment. (and I save money that way too!)
I mentioned it to my dentist and she really liked him as well. -

Hubs usually uses the handy-dandy Scunci steamer on the windows, but hadn't gotten around to it in a while and it was getting hard to see outside. When we finally turned to Yelp to direct us to a good window cleaner, once again, we were not let down. James was great. He was upfront and clear about what he does (inside & outside, cleans screens but not sills/tracks) and stuck true to his word.
For our typical Sunset District row house - windows in the living room, dining room, kitchen, two bedrooms, plus two downstairs windows - we paid $175. He was done in about 3 hours, and even gave the huge mirror in our living room a cleaning. Now, about a month later (yeah, yeah, I'm a slow reviewer. But hey, I'm pregnant with twins. Sue me.) the windows still look great! It rained a couple of days after the cleaning - yep, good ole Murphy's Law - but whatever James used on the windows seemed to have made the raindrops slide away and leave no spots.
Technically wanted to give 4-1/2 stars but couldn't figure out how to do the half star. Didn't give a full five *only* because there were some wet spots on the carpets next to the windows afterwards. No biggie - it dried pretty quickly with no stains or odors. (Plus, I'm currently hungry. Hungry=crabby.) -

James at Allbright Window Cleaners in South San Francisco came out to our house in Foster City after we had our new windows installed. He was punctual, professional and very thorough. He made sure not to scuff the walls with his ladder, or damage the landscaping. We had all sorts of stickers and glue from the new window install - it's all gone and sparkling clean now! Our home is brighter too! I barely knew he was there while working, and he was gone before I knew it! I would definitely recommend his services - He does commercial window cleaning too.

He did it again! seriously, he does a great job - it's been stormy and our windows got covered with pollen - not anymore! they are so clean our dog walked into the sliding glass door!

I was truly impressed with the level of service I received from James.
I had a gnat problem that was directly related to the dirt and fungus on two skyroofs. I was panicking because it was a really bad problem and I didn't know what to do. James came over that SAME day and cleaned the windows and the gnat problem went away. I really appreciated that. He even explained to me why the gnat problem occurred, so now I know I have to call the handyman to fix it. Thanks James!
The windows were super bright and clean after he cleaned the windows for 3 whole hours. I thought it was going to be done in 2 hours or so, but he definitely put in time on the windows to make it super clean. I was very satisfied with the level of service I received from James.

We had a similar experience to the prior poster. James was efficient with a quote, showed up when he said he would, did an excellent job, and finished promptly. We are on a hill and have a second story, so it isn't the easiest job, but he did fine with it. Very highly recommended.

James did a great job of cleaning my windows that were chock full of seven years of spider webs and oak tree residue. Plus he came all the way out to Oakland on short notice to do so! Highly recommended

You don't know how much you need James' service until he washed the first window!! James professional, punctual, courteous (we run a business and he cleaned during biz hours), and most important detailed! We couldn't believe how much brighter our office was after his service. Screens were clean, windows were spotless, sills were clean. On top of all this, he is a great guy and I enjoyed chatting it up with him. Try his service, you won't be disappointed!

James did a great job on our house and it was a lot of work as the windows are all multi-pane. Great work at a fair price. Prompt and courteous as well!
