Vikki and Shannon recently coordinated my best friend's wedding. They were a-ma-zing.
Vikki and Shannon are an excellent combination of laidback and fun, but also detail-oriented and in control. They had come up with a detailed schedule for the wedding day that literally went down to the minute. They were fantastic at giving enough structure to ensure thing rans smoothly, and advising where to pull back on plans to make sure things weren't too busy or stressful.
A genius touch they added to the wedding was that they sat the bride's guests on the groom's side, and vice versa. That way, the guests could actually see the face of the person they are closer to. So thoughtful!
The wedding itself was very smooth. A couple people showed up with extra +1s, but there was no drama. Vikki and Shannon (or maybe Molly) swiftly determined if the couple wanted to accommodate the extras or not, and then very smoothly shifted seating and other related logistics around. Asking if they should boot the uninvited guests was the only time they actually had to get the couple's input -- the rest of the day was all about having everything run like clockwork without the bride or groom having to think about anything.
And, they took care of the couple throughout the evening. They blocked out a window of time for the couple to have their "Oh my God we just got married!" moment, and took care of little things like ensuring there was hot food ready for the couple when they finally were able to sit down.
Also, Vikki, Shannon and Molly are fun people with good energy. Highly recommend. -

Shannon and Vikki (and Molly) of All You Need is Love Events made my wedding day exceptional and seamless - I truly don't know what I would have done without them. They are professional, warm, and calm, and brought order to a chaotic day.
Among their many advantages:
+ They operate as a team. This means that when you contact them with a question, one of them responds virtually immediately - they are always available to patiently answer questions. It also means that they personally oversee everything the day of your wedding - one of them is making sure the vendors are getting everything set up correctly, while the other is always near the bride and groom to make sure everything is running smoothly. This team-based approach is rare - we met with other coordinators who bring an assistant that you've never met before, but with Shannon and Vikki, you are dealing with them both from the planning start to the final dance of the evening.
+ They "get it" - if you tell them you're not into a frilly wedding and you prefer something simple, they understand and help you hone and carry out your vision.
+ Their personal touches elevate them to a whole different level. They don't just do their job - they go above and beyond. They exceeded every expectation we had.
Simply put, Shannon and Vikki are exceptional at what they do - when you combine their team approach with their personal touches, the result is excellence and an unforgettable event. Worth every penny. If you are looking for a coordinator, stop looking and just hire Shannon and Vikki - you won't regret it. -

To be honest, I didn't think I needed a wedding planner at first, but our wedding venue required at least a day-of coordinator. Luckily we got hooked up with the wonderful Vikki and Shannon, who are absolutely worth every cent. Here's why:
You hear a lot of nightmares about scary, controlling wedding coordinators that impose their will on your wedding, but these ladies are the exact opposite. From the beginning they made sure everything was all about me and my groom and making sure it was our dream wedding, not theirs.
They were always super flexible (driving an hour each way to meet with us at our venue), responded seemingly instantly to any desperate last-minute e-mails, were great about sending deadline reminders and providing inspiration, suggestions, and lots of support when it came to details for our event.
And that was all before the actual wedding. When it came to our big day, these ladies outdid themselves. Of course they ran the ceremony and corralled all our vendors, and made sure all the bridal party was where they were supposed to be. But where they just made our day was how they took care of every conceivable detail that as a bride you can't even imagine will come up: they'll keep track of your purse, make sure you eat, appear out of nowhere to bring you a perfectly timed drink refill--in my case, lots of water-- make sure all your vendors are paid that day, and much much more.
I've only done one wedding now, but the band we hired (who has done hundreds of weddings) put it best: They told us that the women at All You Need Is Love are flat out the best wedding coordinators they've ever worked with. -

These girls are a godsend. No joke. I would give them 10 stars if the rating system allowed. The whole process with them was easy, comfortable, professional, and I am happy to say that I have two new friends in Vikki and Shannon. They were always easy to get in touch with, offered valuable information throughout the planning process without EVER being pushy or concerned with what option would be easier for them. They wrangled our wedding party of 20 people (20 PEOPLE!!) on the day-of for a myriad of things without being bossy, dealt with some very poor behavior from a family member gracefully (and kept it to themselves - I found out how rudely they had been treated from someone else - so professional). Basically, it would have been a sh*t show without them, and the few little things that did go wrong (brides - things are going to go wrong, no matter how much you plan), they kept away from me so that I was fully able to enjoy the day as the wonderful, magical, memorable day it should be (and was!). I adore these girls, and you will to. I promise.

Vikki and Shannon were amazing! From the first meeting, we felt that they understood our vision of our wedding as well as how to make it happen. They gave us many suggestions for vendors as well as cool event ideas that went along with the vibe we were trying to achieve.
During the weeks leading up to the wedding they took everything off our plates, and this allowed us to just have fun and be with the people visiting from out of town rather than worrying about last minute details.
The day of the wedding was practically stress-free and we were able to enjoy every moment. Our guests were taken care of, the place looked beautiful, things were carried out just as we asked, and we were even delivered our favorite cocktail when we arrived back from the post-ceremony photos!
All-in-all, these women are professional, have great taste, listen to you, and can be trusted to make your day just the way you want it. We are so grateful that All You Need Is Love was there for us! -

I heard about All You Need is Love through a friend who worked with them for her wedding in Hawaiii and she couldn't stop raving. After seeing the pictures and meeting Shannon and Vikki, I was sold. They created the most uniquely-"me" 30th birthday I could've ever imagined, and for a fraction of what it should've cost. They are creative, calm, and meticulously attentive to details. I can't say enough about how lucky I felt to have the freedom to just let go and enjoy my day!

We can't say enough wonderful things about All You Need is Love Events. If you are looking for the perfect balance of organization and inspiration for your wedding then Vikki and Shannon are the girls for you! From the moment we met Vikki and Shannon we felt an overwhelming sense of calmness as we talked through the vision for our wedding. They listened attentively and gave creative ideas when we weren't quite sure which direction we wanted. Every email and phone call were answered within 24 hours, making us feel like we were the only couple they were working with. We never felt like they were too busy to answer our questions or offer support during the stress of wedding planning.
They took care of everything at our reception, from setup to timing to cleaning up at the end of night. Vikki and Shannon made sure we always had a drink, ate, and most importantly would remind us of when a big moment during the reception was coming up so that we weren't scrambling to get to where we needed to be. Our parents were so impressed with their professionalism and loved that they were also given friendly reminders about the big moments. My husband and I were able to enjoy our wedding without any worry of what might go wrong. In our eyes everything was perfect because Vikki, Shannon and their team always stayed one step ahead, probably even 3 steps ahead, of all our vendors.
After the wedding was over, I thought "What am I going to do without All You Need Is Love?" They truly are the best coordinators because they don't treat you like a client they treat you like family! -

If you are looking for the two finest wedding company in the industry, look no further than All You Need is Love Events! Shannon and Vikki are an absolute crack team. I have seen this incredibly organized, compassionate, thoughtful and effective team at two weddings now. The first was a dear friend from work whose wedding went off without a hitch. I had several friends in the wedding party, and over the course of the wedding, there were numerous comments made about how helpful and kind they were to the bride, groom, their families and wedding party. About a month ago, Shannon and Vikki planned my sister's wedding (the ultimate test besides your own wedding, I suppose!). Every time I turned around in a state of panic for a bobby pin, a cell phone, a question - either Shannon or Vikki was right there with a calm and collected answer. My sister and our parents continually remark the day would not have been the same without All You Need is Love Events. I cannot stress enough how much Shannon and Vikki will transform your wedding from a "fun party" into the most perfect and memorable experience.
