All Wireless Repair rocks!  I have had 3 repairs there, and I always sit and wait.  What I notice EVERY TIME is that Joe gives personal attention, and honest feedback to each customer who comes in or calls.

I say he sends away 20% of people who call or come in.  Either back to Apple/AT&T for a lower cost upgrade, or just an honest assesment that he cannot fix that type phone.

You can tell he owns the place and it's success is his livelyhood.

I highly recommned All Wireless Repair!!!

I have had my iPhone repaired here, and they did a good job. Today, however, my customer service experience left a ton to be desired.

I met with the manager/guy in charge this morning. My wife's iPhone home button was not always responsive when pressed. We demonstrated and he agreed he we would need a new home button for $59. He said there was about 30 minutes in front of us, then 30 for the repair so to return in an hour.

We returned 90 minutes later and they had forgotten to work on her phone. We heard the discussion between the man in charge and the tech who was to do the repair so we know we were forgotten. No apology, no explanation to us other than "we need an additional 30 minutes". You do the math. You know what happened...

We return 45 minutes later, but my wife did not enter the store with me as she was a little frustrated with the lack of apology. Upon walking in, the man in charge commented snidely that "shouldn't there be two of you" as I walked in... Fine, he doesn't know we were frustrated.

He proceeded to tell me they did not even attempt our repair because they could not replicate the issue. What? We did it together? Why did you make us wait and return? He then said when they remove the screen to do the repair, there was a chance they would break that and cause additional issues that the phone didn't have, and they wouldn't take on this repair because her phone "was not actually broken".

He then proceeded to demonstrate as he clicked the button how he could make it work. Then he asked me to do it. And I was able to replicate the issue. He said I was not "pressing the button the right way". Now.... I'm no Steve Jobs... But I've owned 4 versions of the iPhone and they always respond properly, except this particular device.

Long story short- They said they would fix it. We wasted over 2 hours waiting for them to fix it. They didn't even attempt to repair it. Then they talked down to us like we were stupid, back-woods, tech-illiterate hicks.

I will not recommend this shop or return. They have lost a repeat customer. I would much rather find someone who costs a little more that follows through on the work they say they will and treats me with a modicum of respect as a paying customer.

Before you start reading this, please note that my review is specific to an ANDROID phone that I got repaired here (Well, almost...). Although I have no experience getting an iphone or ipod repaired at this place, from what I've heard, this store is great at fixing Apple products.

Here's how my story starts. I had an HTC Sensation with the broken glass. I lived it with for a few months as most of the repair shops were asking for ~$200 to fix it. One day I was passing by this store and thought of checking with them how much they would charge. The guy said it would be $129 + tax. I thought it was a great deal as the price of repair was way below what other repair shops had estimated. They had the part available and said I can leave the phone and get it back the next day. They also gave me a loner Nokia phone for a day.

I went to the store next day to pick the phone up. I put my sim card and played around with the phone a bit and realized that it wasn't responding to my touch as well as it used to before. Not only it was slow, it wouldn't recognize swipes sometimes and I'd have to press some numbers two to three times before I can type a full phone number. I told him about it and he said I should  factory reset it, once, that generally does the trick. He also added that I had 30 days warranty so I shouldn't worry about it. Since I didn't have a lot of time, I left and did a factory reset later that day, but no luck, the phone would act the same way. I called the store again and the same guy picked up the phone. I told him that it is really not working.. he said no worries, this was the last part he had and I could go back after the holidays and they'll fix it for no charge.

I went back after the holidays, he didn't recognized me - I showed him the receipt and told him about the problem. He took the phone and gave me a loner phone again - this time for a full weekend, as the guy who could fix the phone wasn't available.

I went back to the store after the weekend, he again didn't recognize me, so I showed him the new receipt. He pulled the phone out and gave it to me - as soon as I opened the gel case of my phone to put my SIM card back, I realized that the volume button had fallen off - it literally jumped out and fell onto the table. He and I both saw that - he took the phone and the volume button and went to one of his technicians and talked about it for a while.. then he came back and told me that they'll need to reopen the phone to fix it and the guy who could do fix it isn't available until the next day. That's fine, I said, but let me make sure that the original issue is resolved. You should do that, yes, he said. I played around with it and it still had the same problem. I showed it to him again and he agreed that the touch sensitivity was poor..

That's it ! from this point, he suddenly said he would give me a full refund as he thinks that his people can't fix it. He said he has already spent $80 on parts (which means the part was actually $40 and he was charging me $100 labor - not a bad business !) and fixing  volume button and the glass is going to cost more than what he could afford. He said he knows another guy who used to work there, he is actually an expert on Android phones and he should be able to fix it. He started giving me the other guy's address (somewhere on South Lamar) .... I'm like... wait wait... you can refund me my money and I can go to the other guy but at least fix the volume button for me... and he said he doesn't want to spend anymore time on it. He said he wasn't frustrated with me, but was frustrated with the situation. He said he isn't going to repair HTC Sensation anymore. He also added that the other store should be able to fix the volume button too.

Finally, I'm like.. alright give me the money, I'll go to the other guy on South Lamar. And then he asks me how much I had paid.... Now, I remembered it was in the neighborhood of $129 but I didn't remember how much was it including tax etc.. so I told him to check his records or receipts.. he said he doesn't keep receipts (Really???).. and he wasn't ready to say the price because he didn't remember how much he had charged. So I told him that it was around $129.. he said he thinks that too. He gave me $130 back.

I'm still confused whether I benefited from this deal or not. I went in with a functional phone having a broken glass. Now I have a phone with a brand new glass and NO volume button, and the touchscreen doesn't respond to my gestures properly. However,  I appreciate the fact that he gave me all my money back even after spending a couple of hours on my phone, if not more.

My only suggestion to the store is that they shouldn't take up the work if they are not very confident about fixing it.

I'm planning to go to the other technician sometime later this week, will let you guys know how it goes...

The first trip in to the store went well enough with a promise to replace my iPhone 4's battery in about an hour for $59.  I came back just under an hour later and was told to charge the battery.  I started to drive out of the parking lot and noticed that the battery wasn't charging whatsoever.

What gets this place the five star rating is how they responded.  Joe immediately took another look at the phone, reassured me, and got one of their technicians working on it while I waited.  About 5-10 minutes later, there was a new battery, which works like new.  To make matters even better, they cleaned both my phone and my OtterBox to look like new.

Another factor counting in their favor is the unbiased, honest advice that Joe provides to customers.  If you need a workaround or a solution other than the official corporate line from the Apple Store, this is the place to go.

I'll start off by saying this place could possibly work out for a simple repair, however I would never risk taking an expensive phone for repair here ever again.  Note, I've used this place in the past for an iPhone 3 glass repair and it was fine.  However, I'll never go back.

The glass was cracked on my iPhone 4, so I brought it here for a replacement.    For $150....which I thought was high, they replaced both the glass and the button.  (The button was an upsell made by them, I didn't notice it was sticking...but they said it would work much better if I replaced it.)  So I took their recommendation.

So I get the phone back in 15 minutes and when I go to make a call on the way home it's ALL messed up.  I won't get into all the details, but basically people can't hear me via the microphone or headset anymore.  Here is what I know.  The phone worked fine (albeit the cracked glass) before I went to All Wireless...now it does not.

So I waited a few days hoping it would fix itself....you know, because that works sometimes.

When Plan A didn't work, I went back a few days later and told the guy working what happened.  He took the phone back to the workshop, opened it up...then came back to deliver the results.  This is when it got weird.

He immediately went into this pre-meditated, highly-defensive presentation which began with him laying a cracked phone glass (which was not mine), the new glass, and finally the innards of my phone all in neat row.   After the evidence was laid out on the counter he began by asking me exactly what time of day I came in originally, and who I spoke too.

I was SO not prepared for this.  I was having a pretty good day up to this point and now this dude was officially harshing my mellow.

When I told him I didn't think the guy I worked with was there, he said "no, it was probably me." When I said..."Uh, no..I don't think so."  He was like "Yeah, it was probably me."  Uh no, but ok whatever.  I didn't get the point of that whole "you talked to me" exercise.

The whole thing was super uncomfortable...but my spidey senses tell me that this is defiantly not the first time this has happened...and they knew they should have told me about the water sensor....but they knew they wanted $150 more.

Anyway, he then pointed out the notorious iPhone water damage sensor and  admitted that while they should have mentioned the warranty was null and void before they replaced the glass (for $150!!), there was nothing he could do except sell me one of their lovely pre-owned phones.   To sum up I said "no thanks."   I wasn't in the mood and now felt pretty much like a sucker...so I just left.

This is when it got weirder...he asked when I was leaving "Will you recommend us to your friends?"

Another nice visit to AWR.  About 2 yrs ago I had them fix the roller ball on my Blackberry.  Was a fair price for the work and I was in and out in 15 mins.

Today I went in to get my iPhone4 home button fixed.  It was going downhill in that it wasn't being responsive and periodically didn't work.  There is a small crack in the glass near the home button.  I didn't want this repaired and after looking at the phone the tech determined he could probably get inside without further cracking (no promises given, none expected).  Came back in a hour and the phone is good as new (w/ a crack, but only the one I showed up with).  Home button is responsive like the day I bought it.

The guys are nice, in person and on the phone.  It's a no frills, get it done kind of place.  Very happy to have gone in again and left happy.  Seriously, I had a smile on my face.  Thanks so much!

In other news, I bought an Otter Box.  They have a nice, if small, selection.

If you phone needs repair, go here!  Even if you live south!  I've been here twice, the staff is friendly and they won't charge you an arm and a leg like the other places around town.

Make sure you go before the lunch crowd & before the 5:00 P.M. rush and you'll be money.

I got my phone fixed for free the second time I went in :)

    HOLLA!

Ohhhhh and I think it was the owner, commented on the UT and TTU game saying UT would win, even though I was in doubt... 52-20 Texas... Way to call it man... Will definitely be back as it is most likely that I will Kill another iPhone. And will probably wait until they can fix my iPad2.

If I had written a review back in late September, I would have easily given this place a solid 5 stars based on my experience back then. After leaving there today - 1 star is all they'll get out of me.

Back in September knowing that the 4S was going to be released soon, I opted to have them repair the cracked screen on my 3GS instead of upgrading to the iPhone 4.  The man that either manages or owns the place was friendly and the tech replaced the screen  in less than 10 minutes while I stood their chatting with them.

Time passed, new iPhone 4S is released, I'm too busy to bother upgrading (yet) and my 3GS is working just fine until yesterday morning when the lower portion of the screen isn't responding to touch - at all. No drop, no water damage - just stopped working.

I upgrade to the 4S right away but decide to pop back in to All Wireless Repair to see if they might take a look at the 3GS they repaired 3 months ago for me. Not a bad idea to have working phone as a back-up, I've learned.  Not assuming they'd fix it or even give me an estimate for free - the first thing I asked was if there was a charge to just look at the phone to which the guy replied "no". He asked me a few details about how long ago they had fixed the phone (same guy I chatted with back in Sept for 10 minutes) as he opened it up and fiddled with the innards. He can't fix it but says his tech will be back and take a look at it.  I can't really wait so I decide to leave the phone but prior to leaving I tell him that I really am not interested in having them do ANYTHING that incurs a charge. If it needs something that costs - I want to know prior. He replies that he thinks they'll be able to easily fix it and, since they just charged me a couple of months ago, he isn't going to charge me again.  Sweet!

I call back a few hours later and he tells me some hooey about a "mark" inside the phone basically implying that he does not believe his business did the earlier repair (what??!) . He says the phone is fixed and it will be $39 - half of what he should charge me. When I ask him for a little clarification he states, "It would be like me explaining how to ride a bike over the phone. Just come in and we'll talk." Huh?

I go in, he hands me my phone and - before he starts to say anything at all - I tell him that I'm disappointed that he would charge me anything at all since I was pretty clear that I didn't want anything done to the phone and that I was not truly interested in continuing to invest in a phone that is dated, by iPhone standards.
The guy walks off as I'm talking to him and goes over to the tech with the parts apparently removed from my phone and I hear him say "Does this look like marks from us.?.." Again - questioning if the original repair was done at their store.  I hear this and just state to them clearly "Yes, you were the ones that did the original repair".  The guy walks up to me, puts the phone on the counter, states rudely, "We're done here. Bye." And walks off in a huff before I can say anything.

So - Did they repair my phone? Yes. (twice) Was I charged again? No.

I have no doubt that they are able to repair phones quickly but I question their integrity and their customer service practices. If they kept any kind of repair records they would have easily been able to see that I had just been in a few months ago. If they had a question about the validity of my having the phone repaired there recently, why did they proceed with the repair knowing I did not want to spend any money without full-disclosure of the cost first?

Buyer beware - don't leave your phone for an estimate for repair without getting something stating the terms in writing.

I'll be looking elsewhere for my future repair needs and I'll definitely share my experience with anyone looking for a place to repair their phones.

Just like the previous reviews have stated:  Friendly Service. Fast Turnaround.  Reasonably priced.

They repaired my damaged iPhone 4 (charging port died) within 30 minutes.  I should note that 10 minutes of that time was devoted to charging the phone to ensure that there weren't any issues with the install.  Very cool.

This isn't exactly the type of business that I want to visit often, but when I need to, I'm glad these guys are there.

When I first got my 9 year old son his iPhone, I told him, if he broke it, that was it, no more iPhone.    Well, after having it for well over a year with no problems, it finally happened, he dropped it on the bathroom tile and shattered the screen.  He came out of the bathroom balling his eyes out because he knew his iPhone adventure was over.   I felt his pain, I would have cried as well if I thought my iPhone was gone forever.   So I hopped online to search for a repair shop and up pops All Wireless Repair.  I go to Yelp to read reviews, and there were TONS of great ones.   I also saw that if you check in on Yelp while you are there, they'll fix any 3G screen for $49!  BONUS!!
I showed him the phone and my check in and he said "No problem".  Walked to a counter in the back and, I swear to you, in less than 2 minutes he was back at the front counter saying "All done".    I realized I was totally in the wrong business!  Dude just made $50 for 2 minutes of work!!
All in all, if you need your iPhone 3G screen replaced, this is the place to go!

The other reviews are accurate. My poor cracked-beyond-recognition 3GS was better than new in less than five minutes.

My husband's phone was long overdue for a new screen; I'd been hunting on Craigslist and checking out Chronicle ads, etc. Finally I just said f-it because I knew it was going to cost about $100 no matter what. And I think if we waited any longer his phone may have been beyond repair. It was REALLY messed up. Seriously. Like, glass was missing and the undercoating was peeling up. Yeah.
So I saw the other positive Yelp reviews and liked the idea of brick & mortar v. some yahoo who could screw me over and drive away with my cash. (Plus I'm lazy and didn't want to run to the ATM.) So this morning I went thinking they opened at 10am and it'd take an hour to fix (per their online info). I happen to get there at 9:30 - precisely when dude is flipping the sign to "Open". Sweet! I walk in, tell him I found them on Yelp; he quotes me $119 and "shouldn't take more than 30 minutes". I buzz down the street and back about 1/2hr later - sure 'nuff! My husband's got a brand new-looking, fully functioning phone again! Both guys were super nice. I was going to give a positive review anyway, but this next part didn't hurt:
I didn't want this "early Christmas gift" (haha) to go to waste so I brought his old case along. But I only had 2 parts of it's 3-part case (we lost the red rubber cover that went under the bigger, black rubber cover; which went under ANOTHER black plastic clip! (Thing's so dang bulky my hubby ditched it....thus the busted screen.) Any who, I asked if they sold something like the interior red rubber case...instead he was like, "well here - we ain't selling this thing" (a used double case lying around under the counter - a lil dusty but who cares? Free case! It was practically the same case, [black plastic inside, rubber armor outside] - but I think a fancier brand. Yes please!) I mean, they sell cases; they could've charged me. That was purely a nice, random thing to do. They wiped it down, put it on, made sure all the buttons worked - right on.
So go here. Just go already! :)

Just called after dropping my 3GS and shattering the glass. Repairs for 3GS are now $69, and iPhone 4s are $139.

Said it'd take 5 minutes to fix.

Okay truth time: this wasn't the first time I've cracked my iPhone screen. And it probably won't be the last. However, this was the most efficient phone repair I've ever experienced and it was a great value.

I walked in, saw four people waiting and thought it would take ages- honestly, it took only 6 minutes! My phone was pretty busted too, it's in perfect shape now. They knocked $20 off the price the second I mentioned yelp and were extremely nice and easygoing.

I'm glad to find such a great repair service, thanks Joe!

    "All Wireless Repair"

"::sniffle:: Do you fix iPhone 4 screens"

    "Sure we do! It's $149.00"

"Can you fix it now? Please, please, please!"

"Of course! We'll have it done in twenty minutes, come on over."

    "THANK YOU!"

You see, I was in tears after trying to register for classes at ACC. I spent five hours of hell in their hallways trying to give them my money. Sweaty palmed and teary eyed I went to call a friend and.... SMASH... my whole screen cracked. I called the nice guys at All Wireless Repair and like most local Austin establishments they took care of me and made jokes and conversation.

Needless to say I splurged and bought a case too.

Had such a great experience with this local company right now. Stupid me dropped my iPhone 3Gs the other day. I was dreading taking it in somewhere. Would I have to leave it with them for a whole day?! Well, I walked into this shop and the owner Joe tells me I'll have my precious phone back in 7 minutes. Yesss. This review is for customer care only (because with their honest and helpful advice, I didn't need my iPhone to be repaired).

When I arrived, the owner, Joe, listened to me when I explained in detail what was wrong with my iPhone, the water damage and resulting death of my iPhone. His tech said, "There is a 50/50 chance." I was disheartened.

Joe told me the options for repair, but concluded with asking if I had talked with Apple. As soon as I finished telling him about the brief conversation at the Apple Store with a salesperson, he immediately called Apple. Up until that moment, the consensus from everyone was that I would need to buy a new iPhone. After talking with someone at Apple, Joe arranged my next course of action.

At the Apple store, I met with a Genius who had my iPhone inspected by a tech. Ten minutes elapsed. Then, instead of having it handed back to me, I received a brand new iPhone. The reason why? I followed Joe's advice which involved absolutely nothing morally compromising (no lying about the damage or whatnot). Keep in mind, this happy ending depended on the condition of the phone, so don't expect this to happen to you regardless of how badly your phone is damaged.

If your iPhone is damaged, go to All Wireless Repair immediately. I am the kind of person who applies the Scientific Method to almost every decision. If I had just gone here first, I wouldn't have gone close to 48 hours without a functioning iPhone. Oh, the agony!

YAY! While trying to juggle my toddler and a stroller at the Renegade Craft fair this weekend, my iPhone 4 fell with a petrifying "splat" on the Palmer Events Center's concrete floor. It was missing its usual and protective bouncy case because said toddler removed, chewed-on, and hid it that morning.

After spinning through all the doomsday scenarios of phone replacement, extended contracts with ATT,  and just being plain phoneless, I finally consulted the google and found All Wireless Repair!

I just went there during my lunch hour today. Handed them the broken iphone, when to eat next door at Mikado, then picked up repaired and shiny phone. Good as new:) They were super friendly and also helped my colleague with a phone issue he was having free of charge.

So, in the frustrating world of mobile phones, this place is an oasis of good service for a deserved fee. $139 and life as I knew it before the "splat" was restored. Thank you All Wireless Repair!

Because I'm constantly on or using my phone, I occasionally drop it. Okay, more like a lot and finally the screen cracked. As with those things, I wailed and gnashed my teeth and got all super frustrated that I'd have to buy another phone until I figured out I could just fix the screen.

Like your favorite hole in the wall chinese restaurant, this is secreted in a strip mall on 183. I drove past it at least once before I found it. But I called ahead, confirmed that they did I phone 3Gs repairs and dropped in. I also checked in -- and although the check in offer is meant for the actual 3G, Joe honored the check in and I got a sweet discount.

In and out in about 10 minutes -- and that's because there were other customers. The clincher for the fifth star for me though is that a day or so after I came in, the screen was being all wonky. Not sensitive until i hit the power button. So I called All Wireless and they fixed it right up, yet again but for free, a guarantee on their work. And this time, it seems to be absolutely fine. In and out with exactly what they promise -- a new working screen for this sometimes working phone.

I brought my 3G in to get the LCD replaced after I dropped the phone on hardwood floor and the screen went all white. It cost me about ~$75 with tax. The owner was super friendly and we had a nice conversation while I waited for my phone to get repaired. Only took about 15 minutes.

After about 3 days of use however, my LCD did the same thing it did before despite the fact that I didn't drop it. I brought it back in since they have a 30-day warranty and they replaced the LCD again for me, but since they were a bit backed up with customers, it took about 2 hours this time.

All-in-all, I would recommend this place but be sure to keep your receipt in case anything happens.

I recently cracked my iPhone 4 screen and also had damage to my home button which I thought meant it was beyond repair.  I called All Wireless Repair and was really impressed with their knowledge and urgency in fixing my phone.

I went in immediately and their team was very responsive to the issues, had all the parts in the store, and was well priced.  I dropped my iPhone off and within hours it was as good as new with a new screen and a functioning home button.

What I really liked was that the owner was very active in the business, nobody ever tried to upsell me on anything but what I needed and they did high-quality work.

I would highly recommend using these guys as they know what they are doing and care about the customer.

These guys are great! Especially with the yelp check in discount. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes (I had some other questions and made another purchase). The phone repair only took about 5 or so minutes. Will go again if the need arises.

I'm on my third iPhone. I know, I know... I don't deserve nice things. I lost the first two and the third is a hand-me-down that I'm just using to limp along until the next big thing comes out. My little plan almost came to a screeching halt last weekend. First, I noticed that the home button didn't work. I found that to be very inconvenient, but I could make do. Then I noticed that the microphone wasn't working. Again, I could manage. At least I could text, right? Once I realized that the phone wouldn't charge, I knew it was all over. I watched my little battery percentage get smaller and smaller until finally it was dead. I bought myself a cheap burn phone, and agonized for days enduring the horrific struggles associated with not being able to view text threads, identify songs playing over the loudspeaker at the grocery store, or Google ANYTHING. Feeling hopeless, I called All Wireless Repair, and they were confident that they could fix it. The technician immediately knew what he was dealing with. Cable #4? Something like that. Anyway, I took the phone in, he took it apart, reattached the cable, put it back together, handed it back to me, told me I was good to go and to come back when I had a real problem.

I could've hugged him. And let me tell you, I Googled the shit out of everything for the next few days. Unfortunately I have to return to All Wireless Repair soon because now have a real problem. I dropped my phone in the parking garage this morning and the screen is shattered. I may be able to get it done cheaper somewhere else, but these guys really came through for me the first time, and that kind of customer service is absolutely something that should be rewarded.

I was carrying too many things when I tripped on one of the steps and my iPhone went flying off the side of the railing and onto the ground. It rolled underneath my apartment building. After the maintenance man retrieved my cell phone, I took it to All Wireless Repair where they fixed it in about 10 min. They charged me $85 (including tax). Heck, it took the maintenance man longer to get my phone from underneath the apartment building than it took them to fix it.

    HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Big thumbs up!  They were fast, professional and nice.  My daughter dropped her iPhone and was very upset that she cracked the screen because she knew SHE would have to pay for it.  These guys had a $49 Internet special and fixed it up in 10 minutes.  She also picked an Otterbox cover for extra protection for the phone.  Thanks!

Dropped my iPhone 3GS this morning and shattered the screen. took the phone to all wireless repair, and within 5 minutes, walked out with a brand new screen at a very reasonable price. Very friendly, I would definitely use them again in the future!

    Great place!
My blackberry trackball stopped working.  I had to be on a plane the next day so panicked, found these guys online, and went right away.  They greeted me, fixed it, and it only cost me 30 bucks!
Sprint charges 50.00 minimum if you have their insurance at 7.00 a month.
These guys were so fast, nice, and a great price.
    They saved my weekend!!

Seen ads with pictures of horribly smashed iPhone screens? Wait til it is in your hands.  It is a lot uglier.  These guys came through for me again.  I seem to sling my iPhone 4 around like a wild west quick draw shooter but the things are so smooth they are slippery and I have twice now lost it and got a cracked screen.  They're open late and convenient hours on the weekend so you won't have to even go 24 hours trying not to slice your finger on your touch screen.  Fast, quality service.  I hope I never have to go again, but if I do, I will definitely be back here.

My wife knocked her Iphone off the bed and it stopped working.  It was very traumatic for her.  She said, "But I dropped it so many times before, why did it break THIS time?".

Going to the Apple Store only made things worse (Nice comments by Bill K here on Yelp).  They want to take your broken phone away, give you a refurbished one for $200, and then fix your old one and sell it to someone else for $200.  That's a pretty good racket - they do the best when you break your phone.

We figured it was probably worth a shot to try and get it repaired first.  If it was $100 or less then it would be worth it and she wouldn't lose her set-up and contacts and all.  She took it to All Wireless at around 10:00 and I was surprised when I got a text at around 10:30 that said "It's fixed! It was $99!".

She said they were extremely nice and professional and they must be pretty good at what they do to have fixed the phone so fast.  It wasn't just a cracked screen - the screen was just haywire and it wouldn't even synch.

So if you break your phone, I say give them a shot before you shell out for a new or refurb one.

After being treated like a prisoner at Guantanamo Bay at the Apple Store. My phone was acting goofy. When I took it to the Apple store, it just started working but when I got to the car, it died again. After having to beg, borrow and steal to get a appointment, I decided not go go back.

There was a place in Kansas where they would fix my phone for me but I would have to overnight it to them, they would fix it and overnight it back. I woudl still be out of a phone for almost a week. I do have a spare phone to use temporarily. I stumbled across these guys on Google. it was close to work and figured i would drop it off at their location between meetings.

Joe was quick to assist. We had thought it was a simple Home Button replacement. He was honest and upfront with me. At worse case scenario, they would have to replace the digitizer as well and it would still cost me less than $99. (The Apple store wanted $199 for an out of warranty repair.) He offered to crack the case right there to see what they might need to do. He immediately identified the problem and told me it would take them a day to fix. He even gave me a loaner phone to use until the next day.

The price is right with these guys. There are no hidden fees or surprises. You know what you are paying for upfront. I will be bringing back any other phone I have to these people.

DO NOT USE THIS PLACE THEY WILL OVERCHARGE YOU AND DON'T WARRANTY THEIR WORK!  We had an iTouch screen repaired at this store after it had been dropped and screen shattered.  The repair cost $130 and was supposedly warrantied for 30 days after the repair.  Within 48 hours after bringing the iTouch home from their shop a large liquid bubble appeared on the screen.  There was no impact or other trauma to the iTouch.  The defect occurred during normal iTouch charging and use.  The problem occurred on the weekend and the soonest my wife could get back into the store was the following Tuesday, the 5th day after we picked the iTouch up.  She went into the store and indicated that there was a problem with the repair and that we needed to have the service reperformed under the warranty.  The technician immediately was condescending and stated that this was not a warranty issue but was the result of another trauma to the iTouch and kept insinuated that our daughter had dropped the iTouch.  This was absolutely not the case and my wife indicated to the technician that the phone had been in a case, had not been dropped, and that the bubble appeared while the iTouch was being charged or used.  The technician would not accept anything that she said and said that they could not warranty the problem but could fix it for an additional $75.00.  He also was very impolite and rude to my wife and eventually to me on the phone.  My wife was very upset and tried to explain that this was not right and that they were risking a legal claim and a very bad reference, but they would not do anything.  My wife gave him my number and he called me and said that he could not speak with me over the phone but that I needed to come into the store before he would speak with me.  I tried to tell him that I did not need to come into the store in order to speak with him and he immediately hung up on me.  This is absolutely the worst customer service and warranty response that I have every experienced and is clearly an attempt to squeeze more money out of us for terrible workmanship and service.  At this point we will very likely be taking this business to small claims court.  We will also be filing a claim with the BBB and will be making sure that we get the word out to as many people as possible not to use this place of business.  I have worked with iTech Electronics previously and they are far more professional and warranty their work.  They are at 8312 Burnet road (right down the street from this place) so I would definitely go there instead.  I have also spoken with http://www.iphoneunloc... and they were very helpful and professional, so I would also recommend them over this low-grade unprofessional place.  DO NOT USE THIS PLACE THEY WILL OVERCHARGE YOU AND DON'T WARRANTY THEIR WORK!

Wow. Just had a VERY unpleasant meeting with the owner, Joe. I'll try and make the story short. iPhone, dropped in water, bag o' rice. My iphone 4 rose from the dead a few days later (yea!!!) but after taking my iPhone apart to really let it dry out, I lost the screws to the phone.

AT&T couldn't help me, so they referred me to this cheerful chap. I called in advance from the AT&T store. Joe told me to come right over and he could fix it for me in 5 minutes.  Afterall, all I needed were 3 little screws. I drove there all the way from Round Rock and was told it would be 30 minutes and that they had the hardware I needed. That's no prob. I told him I was going to walk down the strip shopping center to have lunch while I waited. He told me no, that I had to wait by my phone sitting on the counter??? Ok. Then 15 minutes later he told me that he should have told me to come on Monday instead of today, Friday. I gave him a confused look and said, "well I called in advance and you told me to run down here, so I did". Then he said, "I WAS going to do you a favor, but not anymore." ????? As I grabbed my stuff angrily off the counter and started walking out the door he said, "Glad I could help."

I'm still in awe. I feel like Larry on an episode of Curb your Enthusiasm. I'm still trying to figure out what i did to offend this guy sooo much. According to everyone else's reviews, Joe must be the iPhone god. He's definitely not the king of nice!!!

After the incident, I went down the street to another repair place and they fixed it for me in 30 seconds. No charge and they even smiled! See ya laterz, Joe.

These guys rock! Why, might you ask?

    (1) They exhibit *real, authentic* customer service.
    (2) They both offer a warranty on their work, and they honor it without a peep.
    (3) They met my husband to repair both our iPhones on a *Sunday.* (They are closed on Sundays.)
    (4) They are experts in the wireless field, fixing more makes, models of phones than I knew existed.
    (5) They have a 1980's brick cell phone in their case. Funny.

There are not a lot of businesses that operate under this paradigm of honest, authentic customer service. But this place is one of them. So, if you need to fix your phone, I highly recommend this place.

I called about a lower-end phone and wanted to save everyone some time. The customer service was very good and the gentleman on the phone was friendly and patient.

The bottom line is, unfortunately for me, they will not work on anything besides fairly new smartphones. Nearly all of their business is with iPhones and that is basically all they stock parts for. In general, they won't even look at a phone that would cost less than $200 to replace. It completely makes sense because they wouldn't be able to charge very much to repair phones like mine; who would pay $60 to fix an $80 phone?
