My husband and I wanted a no frills wedding with traditional Hawaiian touches, since it was just the two of us and we already had a Maui backdrop (with whales!). Not only do Kolleen and Bruce offer MANY frills, they were one of the only planning services that did offer a more stripped down a la carte service. Everything was customizable and easy and it took the stress out of getting married (other than the usual excited jitters).

The wedding day itself was perfect. We picked a pretty popular beach location so Kolleen suggested we make it an hour earlier. What a great suggestion! We had the location completely to ourselves and the only company we had was a stunning sunrise and an unbelievable amount of butterflies. It was truly a dream. We also really appreciated how in the moment Kolleen was. Sure it's an important ceremony but she understood us and used humor and fun anecdotes throughout. It felt caring and personal, like we'd known each other for a while.

If we ever get to renew our vows on Maui, we will definitely call on All Ways Maui'd!

My wife and I recently were visiting Maui on a family vacation. During our vacation, we planned on renewing our wedding vows while there. Our last visit to Maui was on our honeymoon twenty years ago. After some research we chose All Ways Maui'd Weddings & Ceremonies and we could not have been happier with our decision.

Our vow renewal celebration was small, only our immediate family, five people in total. Both Reverend Kolleen and Bruce Wheeler could not have been better. Reverend Kolleen did a great job in guiding us through the planning process. We chose to have our vow renewal performed at sunset on the West side of Maui -- the best sunsets I have ever seen around the World. Bruce's photography captured not only the beauty of our vow renewal but also the beauty of the setting. Both Kolleen and Bruce engaged our entire family in the evenings events. We thank both of them for a truly once in a lifetime memorable event. Kolleen and Bruce, you are the best thanks from our entire family.

10 years ago Reverend Kolleen married us on beautiful Maui. She came to us by a great recommendation of our hotel's concierge and we were so glad and blessed with Kolleen and the beautiful ceremony. With the beautiful ceremony came Bruce Wheeler, Kolleen's husband, and an amazing photographer. Everything about our wedding ceremony was perfect. 10 years have passed and we decided to renew our vows and again reached out to Reverend Kolleen and Bruce. They once again did not disappoint us. The location suggested was breath taking, the renewal ceremony was spot on and the 250+ digital images were amazing. The special thing about the ceremony this time was not only the event but it felt like we were with our best friends that shared our special occasion. Once again, thank you so much for making our renewal so special. Mahalo!

Kolleen and Bruce are simply amazing. They just helped me and my sister give my parents the most wonderful anniversary gift: a vow renewal service at sunset. I'm from PA and had never been to Maui before but months in advance after contacting Kolleen, everything was easily planned! We wanted a simple, intimate and traditional Hawaiian ceremony and boy did we get it!!! With a beautiful back drop to boot. We all loved the ceremony and Kolleen & Bruce! Kolleen planned for us a phenomenal ceremony, she truly is an expert! Bruce took picture after picture after picture!!! He captured every moment for us and even took many staged photos, everything turned out perfectly. I can't recommend, or thank, both Kolleen and Bruce enough!!! If you're looking to get married or renew your vows on Maui, definitely use Kolleen and Bruce you will not regret it!!!

We needed someone AWESOME to help plan our destination wedding from a few thousand miles away. No easy task, right?

I went with Kolleen because we just hit it off right away. She struck me as honest, experienced, kind-hearted and straightforward. She made me feel the most at ease.

And we are SO glad! Kolleen is AMAZING. What a sweetheart! She's got the ability to calm you down, just by the sound of her voice.

Kolleen's recommendations were spot on. Thanks to her suggestions, I felt fully-informed, and things turned out exactly as she said they would.

Kolleen gave us exactly what we wanted - a simple, lovely, and tasteful wedding. She understood what we wanted, and knew how to make it happen. It made it easier to actually ENJOY the wedding when the big day arrived.

Speaking of which, the ceremony was so beautiful! Even other vendors on the island say how beautiful Kolleen's ceremonies are. She's earned that reputation for a reason. She recommended the picturesque Maui Tropical Plantation for our 20+ guests, and the vows were just as gorgeous as the scenery.

What put things over the top, though, were the INCREDIBLE pictures Bruce took. He's excellent, and such a cool guy. Totally positive, pleasant, and a great sense of humor (they are the cutest couple!). Everyone felt completely comfortable with him.

And the pictures - I can't praise him highly enough! How did he manage to take so many beautiful pictures? One after another, every single subject portrayed in such a flattering light. He was really generous with his time, and the quality of his work is remarkable.

I'm very critical of pictures taken of me, and usually complain loudly about how I look. Not in this case - I'm thrilled about how the pictures turned out!

Would I recommend Kolleen & Bruce - in a heartbeat! Thanks for going above and beyond for us, and for giving us one of the happiest days of our lives.

It seemed like an impossible task to find a good planner from a distance just by looking at their sites. And honestly, I wasn't sure how would it turn out till the actual day arrived. But Bruce and Kolleen proved to be just right! Good price/service, perfectly relaxed, engaging and comfortable to be around. We eloped, so it was only about us and it wasn't staged or scripted, just romantic and in the moment (although I was very nervous, I felt comfortable).

They were very responsive via email, gave good ideas and info, helped with the location, came on time. You can choose the type of ceremony and customize every part of it. We even wrote some bits ourselves, and it fitted Kolleen's samples nicely.

The BEST part was taking pictures with Bruce. Super relaxed, fun, even complemented us on how comfortable and romantic we are with each other, and that it is a pleasure to take our pics. And it seems so since he took hundreds of them! (I'm not exaggerating, I just don't want to write the actual number so people don't expect it from Bruce every time :) ). There was no hurrying us, we went all over Kula Botanical Gardens and took pics, talked and laughed, and in the end he took out his memory card and handled ALL of our pics to us. No other photographer will do that for you, and definitely not for the price we payed!

I've always wanted to get married in Hawaii. When we finally chose Maui I started looking at different ceremony packages and ministers on the island. I decided to go with Kolleen because she would reply to my emails and questions promptly. Her advice and suggestions made planning our destination wedding a LOT easier. The package prices that she offers are also very reasonable. We chose to have photos included with our package, and the photographer happens to be her husband, Bruce. Both Kolleen and Bruce are very nice and friendly. You will feel like they are a part of your family by the time your ceremony is over. We had our ceremony on the morning of Friday, December 29, 2013 and it was so perfect and beautiful thanks to Kolleen and Bruce. Kolleen had suggested Charley Young Beach in Kihei, and it was a great spot. We only had 3 guests attend our wedding, and Kolleen made sure to include them in the ceremony. Bruce took photos throughout the ceremony, and when Kolleen had finished the ceremony he took some nice ones of just us and some with our family. I love all of the photos he took, and am glad that he took so many because in some of them people have their eyes closed. I would highly recommend Kollen and Bruce (All Ways Maui'd) to anyone who is considering a destination wedding in Maui. Kolleen's advice and suggestions are great, she helps you choose a good and appropriate location, and she helps you plan the ceremony. Bruce's photos are the cherry on top, and together they make a great team. I thank them both for being an important part of making my dream wedding come true!
