WONDERFUL!!! I have 3 boxers and they have all been there at one time or another....They are there 24/7 no matter what! Wonderfully nice and clean with the best care, it's a resort for your pet! Rocky just had surgery 2 days ago and they worked with me the get the price down so I could afford it...thank you!

We came here because my moms cat was attacked by a raccoon, her wound abscessed and we couldn't get an appointment with our usual vet until the next day. I might come here again if there's another emergency, but there are a few improvements they need to make before I'd consider coming back otherwise. The care here was rougher than our normal vets provide, our cat absolutely hated the staff, there wasn't always an assistant helping (relying on us to restrain our cat instead, which we usually do to some degree anyway but it's still nice to have one in the room when needed), and there was usually about a 15 minute wait (we had to come for several follow-up visits since surgery was involved.. twice).
However it wasn't all bad. Many of the follow-up visits were free of charge, their facility is clean, for the most part they're very efficient (wait time is the only complaint here), and everyone's pretty friendly. Most importantly I do believe they took good care of her. The healing process wasn't entirely smooth-sailing but she is back to her old self, apart from being an indoor-only cat now.
