This is an amazing studio with a lot of different teachers and a lot of different types of yoga classes... so if you weren't totally in love with your first class, definitely give it another go because there are several teachers worth mentioning here that are 5 star worthy.
Teachers I highly recommend: Cathy C., Sheri S., and David H. Also, I've enjoyed classes by Mel W. and Jessica G.
As soon as you walk in, you are often greeted by one of the friendly 'goddesses' working the front desk. After a short time, they will start greeting you by name - which really gives All That Matters a major bonus because it makes you feel welcome before you've even stepped into a room.
There's adequate space for belongings, there's a library where you can sit and read or check books out, and the bathrooms are clean. Even at its busiest, I've never had to wait too long to use the ladies room.
Services - I have done reflexology with Madonna and it was AMAZING. I've also received a massage there once and enjoyed that as well.
Last thing I love about All That Matters are the workshops. They are fantastic. I have taken Reiki with Myra, Laughter Yoga with Chris, several workshops with Cathy C relating to yoga and also a gong healing with Stephanie M. Each experience has been extraordinary and unique.
If you find yourself with sometime in RI, do your mind, body and spirit a favor, and go to All That Matters and see what's happening... and whatever it is, give it a shot. -

It's my haven. I've been to yoga (with many instructors, but Cathy C is just the most incredible teacher), meditation and for massages (I see Joes...who is there on Fridays and Saturdays).
Everything is instantly relaxing and calming from the moment I can see the awning from the street.
There are not enough words to explain how much I enjoy spending time at All That Matters. A gem. -

Wow. Why are there no reviews of this place? Gorgeous facility and incredibly friendly people. I have only been a few times, but the yoga was great and the massage fantastic. Wish I lived a lot closer....

This is a place that everyone should frequent. All of the different classes, workshops, programs, tie into and reinforce one another. The atmosphere is very relaxed & grounding. The teachers/staff are all very accomplished and knowledgable and whatever you take part in, you leave feeling renewed and strengthened. A beautiful facility!
