These guys are great! I've had them come out twice, once for a dryer and the 2nd time for my dishwasher. Both times they came out the very next morning after I called. They were extremely prompt, friendly and explained the problem clearly. They also did all of the billing electronically from my house, which was pretty cool. I even got a discount for being a repeat customer.
They email a quarterly newsletter that is actually useful! It has tips on the upcoming season and what to do to prepare your appliances. It's never sales-y.
I will definitely call them again for my next appliance issue. -

Also, I forgot to mention a discount before I paid and they mailed me a check afterwords!
They know their stuff. I called a different company before this one: a little more "old-school" type. That company didn't even know how to open the back of my freezer since it's newer. All Tech knows their stuff.

Our dishwasher just wasn't working right, we thought it was time for a new one. Called All Tech just to make sure, and they fixed it with an inexpensive part they had on the truck. Saved me hundreds of dollars on a new dishwasher. Prompt, knowledgable, courteous and even e-mailed me a reciept right on the spot. Really impressed!!!

Solid service. I called All Tech on the strength of the previous review here in Yelp. My fridge was on the fritz and I was concerned that it could be a very expensive fix. But the tech showed up (he worked with my hours and came close to 5-ish) and diagnosed the problem within an hour. He then coordinated with me to return two days later and when he returned, had the issue solved quickly with the parts he'd brought with him.
Rating four out of five only because the initial quote of $69 for a diagnosis visit turned into a bit more (but not unreasonable at all). I would have had no problem with the final cost had they quoted it up front but I thought it was a bit off-putting that I was quoted a different price at two different times.
Regardless of my pickyness, I heartily recommend All Tech. They did me good and I'm quite satisfied. Also, work is warrantied for 90 days, I believe.Comment from Brian D. of All Tech Appliance Service 9/22/2011

I had a 10-year old Bosch dryer that suddenly stopped rotating. Being the hands-on nerd that I am, I decided to diagnose the problem myself, deducing that it was either a belt or capacitor failure. I took my dryer apart and found that the smaller blower belt had come off and shredded itself. Since I lacked access to the part and didn't have a proper socket wrench extender to pull the motor, I just put in a call to All Tech. I found them by googling "Bosch dryer repair."
I requested an appointment on Sunday and the tech arrived first thing Monday morning. Since I'd already found the problem and prepped the machine, all he had to do was confirm the problem and then order the part which he did via a 3g laptop connection. Two days later, he showed up and installed the thing which took about an hour. We were able to work together and clean out the 10 years worth of dust and lint as best we could and then re-stacked it in my closet.
They pretty much handle everything online so there are electronic records of all transactions. All the prices were spelled out up-front which I liked. They did mark the belt up about 20 bucks, but I assume this was to cover shipping costs, etc. The total repair was only about 140 bucks.
I can't see any cons to their service. They respond quickly, their techs were friendly and professional, and their prices are spelled out up-front. Try getting that from anyone else. I will definitely use them again if any of my appliances go on the fritz. -

These guys were fast! I called in the afternoon on Thursday and they were at my house by 10am on Friday. Not only that but the tech (Jon) called when he was 20 minutes away just to let me know his ETA. Jon was courteous and quick; 20 minutes after he got there the problem with our dryer was solved and he was finished. I also liked that they emailed me the receipt - very efficient. These guys get a solid A+.

Excellent, excellent service experience. I worked for an HVAC company for over 10 years and I know how hard it can be to give a customer a same-day appointment, but they did it. The dispatcher took my info and a tech called me back right away. The tech gave me a 2-hour window and said he'd call back when he was on his way. He did and said I'd see him in about 20 minutes. Since I'm busy with 2 little kids and didn't want to forget to listen for the doorbell, I set the alarm on my phone for 20 minutes; we saw his truck pull up in 19. He diagnosed the problem with one look (it was obvious when the front panel was removed), showed me the broken part & had the replacement part with him. The price was just what I was quoted and he left me with a magnet and business card, just in case I needed to call back. He took my email address to send me a receipt which was the only glitch. My name has a unique spelling and he got it wrong. I emailed their main address from the business card later that afternoon asking where my receipt was and making sure they had the correct address. Sure enough, he'd misspelled it and I had the receipt within minutes of the email exchange with the service department. I kind of wish I'd been able to try their website appointment setter, but that wouldn't have gotten me same-day service. I won't hesitate to call them or recommend them.

Same day service. On time for the appointment. Fair charge for fixing my washer.Jake, the service tech, was knowledgable AND personable. I will definitely call them if I ever need another appliance repair.
