Trying to find a company to rent chairs from for my wedding was not the easiest thing to do, especially all the way from Houston. When I finally did find a company, I was disheartened to find they charged $250 for delivery. I only needed 10 chairs and they were about $3 a piece, so that seemed like a lot. Then my friend was going to pick them up and take them back, but the distance was just too far and we figured he'd be driving so much he might miss the reception! Not cool.
Luckily, I found All Seasons Event Rentals, thanks to Yelpers. Karla was super duper helpful, and really quick to get back to me whenever I had questions. The chairs were delivered and picked up on time; they even brought two extra for free in case we would like to have two even rows of six instead of five.
I did not get to meet whoever delivered the chairs, but my husband did. He said they were incredibly nice and helpful. Oh, and needless to say, ASER was MUCH cheaper than if I had gone with the company I had originally planned.
The Verdict: Personal. Professional. Affordable. Where would I have been without them? Win. Win. Win! -

The only frustrating vendor from our wedding day. Why? They delivered chairs for our ceremony in the wrong color.
I'm not a high maintenance bride so I didn't get worked up over it. But we signed a contract for a specific product, and on our day we did NOT receive what was listed on the contract.
They're lucky that brown was passable in our location vs the white we ordered. Still we didn't get what we paid for and that irks me. The company did offer to refund our deposit, which I appreciate. They also stated this has never happened before. Fingers crossed that's true & it doesn't happen to you too.
Easy communication & followup leading up to our event. But at the end of the day I can't sing their praises from the rooftops because of our experience. Others seem to have much more positive experiences. -

While looking for tables and chairs to seat about 80 people for a bbq, I googled table rentals and found All Season's Event Rentals (ASER).
I already had gathered a couple of quotes from different businesses and they were all about the same give or take $50 or so. I called ASER, left a vm and my call was returned within the hour. I described what I needed and their quote came in $500 cheaper than all the others.
Carla was extremely helpful in setting up the afternoon including table cloths and a couple of extra serving tables. Her crew showed up on time and were in and out of there within 30 minutes. Not only did they come out and set us up, but they also dropped by and picked everything up that evening.
Furniture and set up was perfect and the price was great! -

Our RSVP list for our baby shower got a little out of hand, and we needed seats for all our guests. We called All Season's Event Rentals and within a 5 minute conversation we had ordered 25 chairs, 36 champagne glasses, and 25 highball glasses for delivery--yeah it was a "let's drinks and say "ooh" and "ahhh" kinda party.
We had same day deliver and pick up and I spent about $180. Totally worth it. They were punctual and friendly, and Carla is awesome. Their pricing kills the competition and the quality of the rentals was very high. The glasses did not look like they had been washed in a dishwasher about 1000 times, and the chairs were cushions and very nice. We will definitely use them again. Save some time and money and go to All Season Event Rentals first--then compare. -

I found All Season's through Yelp, and I hired them to provide all the tables, chairs, and silverware for a party I catered in July. Karla was extremely responsive and helpful in getting the order perfect for the event. The rates are reasonable, and the service great. Thanks, I will be using their service the next time I need party rentals.

i have decided to update my review. since my post, the owner had contacted me and my husband to explain, and while i have not talked to her, i appreciate the effort. overall, the condition of the rentals were good and the prices were reasonable. but i am still very disappointed that they were almost two hours late causing family and guests to help set up the chairs, and also claimed not to know about the stairs despite charging a long haul fee and discussing it over emails.
