We had an excellent experience with All Seasons. Mark in particular is knowledgeable, professional, and easy to work with. And the work product was terrific: pre-All Seasons, our property flooded in the winter like Lake Shasta, but post-All Seasons we have no drainage problems whatsoever. The crew even fixed a gutter that I screwed up DIY, no questions asked. They also quickly fixed all the stuff they inadvertently banged up across our property. If I had to offer one critique, it's that the clean-up was a bit incomplete---the crew left cigarette butts all over our property, and as I'm going through the yard trying to till, dig, and otherwise landscape following the drainage work, I am encountering large chunks of concrete that All Seasons should have hauled away rather than bury in my yard.
But that in no way overshadows our All Seasons experience. This is an excellent company that deserves the highest marks.Comment from Mark C. of All Seasons Construction 2/28/2012

Fantastic service, super drainage knowledge. Very efficient and clean while doing the job too (a french drain around the whole house, tying in downspouts).

I hired All Seasons Construction to tear down and replace a 2nd story deck (180 sq ft). And the end result looks great! Not only did they do an excellent job, but they were able to both start AND finish ahead of schedule.
The original deck was made of wood (which was badly damaged by water), and had a 2-3" concrete overlay (not sure who had that bright idea).
All Seasons provided a very detailed quote about how the job would be handled, and checked in regularly to let me know the progress. They also got a dump box for demolition day and everything was cleaned up along the way. So it was nice that the area didn't look like a construction zone while all of the work was going on. -

Just wanted to give you guys some professional accolades. I'm working with XXXXX and XXXXXXXi XXX to do the second phase of their remodel and saw the work that you folks performed there and just want to give you props. The basement area looks beautiful, and done in such a way as to make my job so much easier. I've done a lot of foundations in my time, redone many too, but this one really is something to be proud of, and it is reassuring to see that there are other contractors in the area that have the same quality standard that we have.
Who did your shoring?
We do much of our own concrete/foundation work as time allows us, but you will definitely be on the top of our list when we get to crunch time.
Cheers!

Review from Craig M.

While the final product -- a new foundation, drainage, and sheerwall --was completed succesfuly, (two plus month effort, although I was assured it would be completed in four to five weeks) this foundation project was subject to numerous unfortunate and often unecessary setbacks. Parts of the job were subcontracted out, something I was not made aware of ahead of time.
While it is understood that a job of this nature will create much in the way of disruption, the site was by no means kept clean. A huge pile of debris was left adjacent to the street for the better part of a month -- something that could have been avoided had the contractor rented a dump box -- and something the neighbors would have appreciated.
I found the crew to be dedicated and hard working, but oversight and communication with me was lacking. Too often part of those making needed progress on the job were absent -- apparently working at other job sites.
Of more importance the original contract failed to detail aspects of the job hat would necessitate the demolition of furnace parts and ceiling, shelves, and and an existing wall of one room, resulting in additional time and expense.Comment from Mark C. of All Seasons Construction 8/4/2010

I came across All Season's while working at a client's house. Mark and his crew came and did some foundation work and where very speedy and respectful of my property. A few month's later I needed to get some concrete steps repaired so I contacted All Season's to see if they could do the job. I also contacted several other concrete and construction companies and All Season's was the only company to call me back. Once again these guys did a great job. The crew was knowledgeable and respectful of my property. Mark checked in on the job as they were finishing up. The foreman John and his crew were great at answering all of my questions and making sure I was comfortable with the slight slope the steps needed to allow for drainage. I would recommend this company any day.
