I can't believe I'm the first to review All Pro.
I called All Pro yesterday and spoke with Bob over the phone regarding gutter cleaning and possible repair. I also called 2 other companies to get quotes so I could compare.
Bob was very knowledgeable and polite and sent over a quote by email within 20 minutes. I was concerned that since he quoted me just by the size of my house and address that they would arrive and up the price, but that wasn't the case at all. He charged exactly what was quoted.
From the three quotes I received he was right in the middle-not the cheapest but not the most expensive. It was a a very fair price.
We spoke for over 20 minutes about some concerns I had about some of my seams and I felt confident he knew what he was talking about and gave me a very fair price to seal them.
His team was able to come the next day which was awesome considering it's been raining non stop for the past 3 days.
I feel badly that they were up there in the rain, that can't be very comfortable or safe. But they did a great job.
We arrived home right as they were leaving and they were both very friendly and told me how the cleaning went and said they'd be back to seal the seams when it stops raining.
They were fast and efficient and after they left I went outside and heard a strange trinkling sound that I couldn't place until I realized, OHHH that's what it sounds like when water is properly draining.
Wouldn't hesitate to recommend All Pro. In fact I plan on having them come out to do some power washing to my roof come the spring.Listed in: Taking Care of your Home

I used their gutter cleaning services last year and wish I had not. They charged me $175 for cleaning and the total time the spent cleaning the gutter was under 10 minutes. They claimed they were all done and left the house. They may have had other engagements to get to in a hurry.
I would not recommend them, please look else where and put your hard earned money to better use. -

This company performed a gutter cleaning service at my condominium complex. I came outside to find my hose being pulled from underneath my patio gate so I went outside to find out what was going on. What I found was one of their employees using my hose to attach the company's hose so that they could spray the gutters. I was very upset because they did not have my permission to do so and I demanded that they cease using my hose. I went back inside. About an hour or so later, I came back outside to find my hose reconnected to my nozzle but leaking all over my patio. I have an outdoor automatic litter box for my cats that requires a constant water supply so just shutting off my hose was not an option. I found a different employee and demanded that he fix my hose, thinking that it was a washer problem or something like that. Turns out, the hose itself was damaged and could not be repaired. The employee took pictures and reported to hs boss and said that the boss would get back to me. I emailed my property manager who in turn contacted the company.
Anthony, responded by denying all responsibility, accused me of lying and having a damaged hose prior to their use of it because the nozzle has paint on it which apparently looked like cacium deposits on the high tech cell phone picture, oh and that they never used it, but they would replace it anyway. I cannot believe that this company would accuse me of lying when they were so blatantly in the wrong.
If the hose was broken before, why did their employees use a broken hose? If they did not use the hose, why would they take pictures to show the damage?
But the kicker is the lack of logic that this accusation has. I guess I was just waiting around for his company to trespass on my property and use my hose without permission, all so I could get them to replace my hose. Wow, I really lucked out there.
Lack of response from this company caused me to contact the BBB as well as their insurance bonder in seek of a remedy.
When replacing my 100' Ace Hardware hose, they tried to pawn off 2 50' flea market hoses. Finally, they scheduled to deliver the correct replacement and retrieve their flea market hose for 10am on 7/9. The showed up after 12pm without calling me to alert me that they were running late or any kind of notification.
I am driven to write this review even though this problem has been resolved because I just received their BBB response. They are still accusing me of lying and denying that they damaged my hose, while claiming to "take the high road".
This guy Anthony is the epitome of a tool. I will be doing everything in my power to have their services terminated by my association!Comment from Bob c. of All Pro Window Cleaning Services 10/3/2011

You may not want to waste your time looking into All Pro as it doesn't appear they need business. I called them on a Monday and was told they'd send someone out to provide me an estimate and that I'd probably hear back by Friday. On the 8th business day of waiting for a response back I called and was told that they'd call me back in 30 minutes. Well another business day has gone by and I still haven't heard back. So I'm going to call another window washer in the hopes they need my business.

I agree with the other reviewer, these guys think they're too busy to respond to customers. I have called them 2 times to come do gutter cleaning, and Christmas lighting. I also submitted one request over the web. I did this over a 2 week period, and haven't had a single response. In my last voice mail, I even told them that I haven't had any response and would appreciate one. These guys are terrible.
