All Pro Tae Kwon Do is a great place for kids to learn martial arts, discipline and respect. Master Fanelli is the best instructor around. He is great with kids of all ages and has the utmost integrity. His studio is clean and he is constantly updating to make it better for the kids and the parents. Highly recommended.

I really tried to "let this go"; however, the number of emails that I received from others recounting experiences that they have had with Master Fanelli and All Pro Tae Kwon Do has prompted me to respond to his comments posted earlier this month.
Here are the real facts - and for anyone who would like to see evidence of these facts I will happily provide it by email. GIven that Yelp is a public forum where people get information from which they make decisions, we should clarify facts as they can be proven - not from memory or our interpretation of the facts.
1. I came into your studio on Friday, September 23 and you charged my credit card on Monday, September 26. Not only is that NOT a week, it is merely a weekend where you have one class available for people in Chris' category. He did try to attend but you failed to explain to him that the class is a sparring class where he would need additional gear - so he had to go home without trying a single class before I paid the entire year.
2. Bad experience in Texas? Huh? You again have the story wrong. ANYONE on this forum can see that I posted a 5 star review of Master Graf's ATA in Austin, TX on 7/14/2011. How could that have been interpreted as a bad experience Master Fanelli? Again, for the sake of the readers, stick to the facts.
3. You only saw me and my husband 3 times during 3 months. So what? We're not interested in learning TaeKwonDo and we work for a living! Our nanny has been/lived with us for almost 7 years - we trust her judgement implicitly. Plus, if you wanted to see us, you might have needed to step out of your office to do so. I don't debate the fact that you are always on-site. I believe that to be true. However, what I said was that you did not teach any of the classes that the adults in our family saw (including our nanny) because you were in your office sitting at your desk, not in the studio where the class was taking place.
4. You are offended because I didn't come to have this discussion in person. Why should I? I came to talk face to face in September. You discussed your philosophy for teaching and we discussed our mutual expectations. Those weren't met. As the CUSTOMER, Master Fanelli, I wrote to you directly to express my disappointment that it wasn't meeting our expectations. As you know, I worked in a different state! Why should I, the CUSTOMER, be inconvenienced when it is not working?
5. You strive to make your customers 100% happy. Really? Well, aside from my personal experience where you've failed miserably, I got several emails from people who saw my first posting with all of their experiences. I want to stick to the facts as I know them so I won't provide any "heresay" but suffice it to say that not everyone is a "Satisfied Customer"!
Finally, I am copying the emails that you've sent to my private account here so that prospective customers can get a taste of how you address your "fully paid up" customers: (I have deleted the email addresses for both sides.)

I will state the FACTS, I'm disappointed, on your end is FICTION. It is too bad people (like you) have to hide behind the computer and do something like this, very sad. You could not have the decently to come in person, just again hid behind a phone to express yourself, and you state that you own a $1B company, big ego.

Within an hour, check my comment on yelp. Your high expectations are so unrealistic.
Best wishes.
OK, Master Fanelli, one last question....IF MY EXPECTATIONS WERE TOO HIGH, WHY DID YOU TAKE MY MONEY???? Why not explain to me that I am NOT going to be happy before accepting me as a customer? I told you my expectations on 9/23/11.1 Previous Review: Show all »

My son has been training at All Pro TKD for just under 1 year and I cannot stress how great it has been. You should have seen what it was like to get my son to sit down and do his homework before he started training.

If you love used car salesmen, you might love these guys. We went in to look around, and they pounced. I felt like the time I accidentally set foot in a used car lot. Afterward, we got a call every single day for five days, asking us when we were going to come in and give them the $500 they want. No "try it for a month and see if you like it" here. Nope, it's "drop $500, and if you don't like it, we'll keep the money. You can keep the spiffy white suit, which by the way costs $60." Well, they don't say that quite so blatantly. But they do make sure you sign something that says "no refunds." I decided never to join the class after the second phone call. Save yourself the spam, give them a false number.
