A few days ago one of our ten year old torsion springs on our roll up garage door broke. The garage door was now out of service and it was after hours. We called on All-Pro and left a message. Early the next morning we had an appointment set up and they arrived right on time. This is a company that we used 6 years ago when are door opener motor needed replacement. This companies commitment to service has not changed since the last service call. The repair technician was very professional, knowledgable and friendly. He replaced both torsion springs, serviced the tracks, rollers, and drive motor, tested and charged exactly as quoted. I asked about the warranty on the springs and he said that they were guaranteed for lifetime. Unlike other "5 Star" rated garage door repair companies in San Diego, he did not try to upsale the warranty coverage or uneeded parts etc. BEWARE - other companies will charge an extra $100 for a lifetime warranty on the torsion springs. The garage door works like new, and I would highly recommend All-Pro for any garage door repair or replacement. They are without question the best in the business! I would highly recommend All-Pro.

The guys at All-Pro Garage just came over to fix a broken torsion spring on my garage. I was very satisfied with the entire process; from the point of calling and setting up the appointment to watching my garage door open and close smoothly. When I called, they gave me a quote for the service over the phone. It was a very reasonable price and the amount they quoted was the final price I paid. They arrived on-time and finished the repair in 20 minutes. Not once did they try and point out other things wrong with my garage that needed fixing. I highly recommend these guys for any garage door repair.
