Pro-fess-sionalllll is all I gotta say about this fabulous company! They were on time, had GREAT customer service, and the van they picked us up in was super nice! I was definately impressed! They had a step stool to get up in the van and the driver assisted the ladies which I thought was a very nice touch. The driver was also SUPER friendly and just the right amount of talkative with the guests but not too talkative... if you get what I'm saying? Hmmm...

All Points transportation offers something I've not had in quite some time...Customer Service. Great Customer Service at that. Every time I've called they greet me and can discuss in detail each and every one of my past ventures with them. No other transportation service in the area is as intune to the needs of their customers like All-Points. Catherine and Michelle are attentive and very accomodating. All their drivers are extremely professional and eager to please.

With over 20 years in the service industry I saw a need for something better when it came to transportation options in the Triangle, and I also knew it meant more than just shiny new cars! So we started All-Points with qualified, professional drivers (not a part-timer who shows up in jeans and a sweatshirt...), friendly & knowlegable reservations agents and a committment to the highest level of customer service avilable in the area.
