I used this company due to the stellar reviews on Yelp. I found it very easy to schedule the move using their website. I was sent a confirmation email almost right away. I also used the nifty Yelp deal they are currently offering. I also received a discount for agreeing to pay cash.
On the day of the move I got a call letting me know they were on their way. They arrived on time and worked fast. I was impressed by all the tools and supplies they had on hand. I had packed my boxes prior to their arrival and just asked them to tape them shut for me because I didn't have packing tape. I also used some of their wardrobe boxes. I had a large piece of furniture I wasn't sure if they would be able to disassemble or move since it was custom built in my home. They took a look and after assessing the situation I asked them if they could just break it down so we can trash it and they did so. I was very grateful for that because they could have just said we don't demo things we just move things. Not only did they demo it for me they even helped me dispose of it.
They had me moved from the South Bay to Orange County in 4 hours and that included the drive!
This was by far the best few hundred dollars I've ever spent! -

I read all the wonderful reviews and decided to use their services. We were told the movers would be to our home between 9-10am. They called at 9:30am and said they would be to our house in 30min. They didn't show up until 1pm and didn't call us back to let us know either. We checked for traffic issues and there were none, so there was no reason for them to be this late and not call. This caused us a bunch of issues the rest of the day trying.
Following the move we realized my husbands expensive watch had gone missing. I can't say for sure what happened, but it was in a drawer the day before the move and gone after the move. Unfortunately, our insurance won't cover the cost of replacement either. The whole experience was definitely not up to par with the other reviews. I would not use All Out Moving again and suggest anyone who does to hide their expensive items. -

I used this moving company while I was 7 months pregnant and had to move my office to a home office. I highly recommend them! The two movers they sent went above and beyond, were fast and efficient, and very compassionate. I know that may sound silly to say that "compassion" is important, but when you are 7 months pregnant you notice these things.
Give them a call...the price was very fair. :D -

I had a great moving experience with All Out Moving. Because they arrived late due to mechanical issues with the truck, they offered me a 3rd mover for free. Gary, Dima, and Andrew S. were very efficient, and moved my entire 2 BR apartment in the minimum 3 hours. I would use this service again.

I found them on Yelp and was impressed by the rave reviews. So I decided to give them a try. I made the reservation over the phone and it went very well. Olga helped me decide on three movers based upon how much I had to move and pack. I needed help with moving as well as packing up a bunch of stuff.
I was told the movers would arrive between 9 and 10 a.m. Around 9 I received a call saying they were on their way and would be there in about thirty minutes. So at 9:30 the truck arrived.
I was helped by Stas, Anton, and Hickory. They were kind, professional, courteous and organized. They made an assessment of all that I needed moved and packed and they got started right away. They were careful with my fragile belongings and did an excellent job.
I was very impressed with the quality of service I received from All Out Moving. I would definitely recommend them if you need to move anytime soon. -

We hired Alex, Artur, and Tony on 5/12. They did an excellent job. They were prompt, called me ahead of time, wrapped up our delicate furniture, were fast, were careful, managed to do everything in one round, friendly... excellent job. They even managed to move this super heavy dresser of ours up a flight of stairs.
If you're looking to move, get the coupon on Yelp and hire these guys. Top notch service. -

We used these guys for a multi-location office move. Alex and Mike were on time, super nice and very helpful. They didn't complain even though our move was during a rare LA rain storm and they got soaked.
We had used another moving company previously and were not impressed. I saw the reviews of this company on Yelp and decided to try them out. They were super professional and very accommodating, even though we changed/added locations during the move itself.
Would definitely use this company again and ask for Mike and Alex personally! -

Would definitely use them again, hopefully not anytime too soon. The movers were scheduled to arrive between 8 - 9 on a Saturday morning. They called in the morning to say they were on their way and arrived at 8:30. As soon as Mike and Alex arrived, they got right to work and didn't stop until our last box was unloaded at our new place, 4 hours later. They took extra care with packing everything, used plenty of blankets and tape, didn't scratch up any walls and nothing was broken.

John and Abraham were GREAT!!! They called to let me know they would be about 20-30 minutes late, but showed up 15 minutes late (not too shabby). They were very professional and worked hard, carefully packing up my things before moving them. I used the yelp coupon, which helped a little with the cost... I was surprised when they showed up with a truck and large trailer (expecting an actual moving truck) but they made it work by filling up the bed of the truck also. I have to say it was a good thing I had moved all my boxes of stuff so they only had to take the large items (furniture, appliances, barbecue, large barrel planters... otherwise they would have to have made another trip... I provided them lunch and drinks...kinda bummed I was still charged for the time they ate.. but they did work hard... I would recommend them in you need movers, just realize its not a large moving truck...

Once we were able to get the type of moving truck we wanted (not a truck with a trailer hitched to it), things went smoothly.
Charles and Jonathan did an awesome job and when we are ready to move everything back to the house, we hope we get them again. They were careful with our furniture and wrapped the furniture nicely to protect it.

Didn't know that the actual drive time was billed as "extra", or that they would start receiving "time and a half" after 6pm, so recommend planning accordingly.
Everything was well taken care of, properly re-set up in my new location.

Had more stuff than planned. It took 2 guys to pack everything in their truck and it all barely fit. We had everything packed and ready to go, it was just a matter of getting it all in the truck Moved about 5 miles away. Took about 2 hours to unload only found 1 glass cup that broke and everything else arrived unharmed. Will definitely use them when we move again and next time we'll try to not have so much clutter.

I can't say enough good things about this company! I had to change my date a week out from moving and they were so understanding and changed my reservation immediately! Then they called when they were on the way, were perfectly on time, completely courteous and professional , and so careful with all my stuff. It took a lot longer than I had anticipated and they finished the job and even called for another guy to help! I had never used a moving company but when I have to move again these guys will be who I call! 100% satisfied no complaints!

Bought their Groupon deal back in November with the expectation that I would be moving in February. I did. So I used it.
I used their online reservation system, picked the day and time that I wanted, paid the deposit required, got an email. That was it.
Moving day rolls around, Mike and Abraham show up exactly on time, with everything needed for a quick, successful move. All the big-ticket items were protected heavily, and moved without problem.
Got everything in to the new place no problem. Well, shit. That was easy.
Incredibly smooth move. These guys were pros. The Groupon was a steal, and will definitely be using their services in the future should the occasion call for it. -

Really pleased with these guys and will use them for any moving I have from now on! I needed movers in a time crunch (ie: within 2 days). Not only did they squeeze me in, but they helped me take down shelves and pack everything up...since I wasn't as organized and ready as I should have been. (Thanks Daniel and Paul!!) I was so happy to have the help but more so I was happy with how efficient, helpful, presentable and nice they were! It's rare to find movers this professional and I am more than happy to recommend them to everyone I know.
I've used movers before and have had absolutely horrific experiences (over charged, tv's and furniture broken, wasted my time for HOURS, didn't speak any English, disgusting trucks, no blankets, etc etc etc) So I can tell you from a lot of experience, these guys are a rare breed in the moving industry. So happy to have found them through yelp! Daniel and Paul are on my speed dial for moving from now on! -

Great! I had Mike, Abraham and Alex helping me move on 3/10/12. They were GREAT. They were very sweet and remembered our names, and they were all extremely fast. As you know you have the movers for three hours or more and they finished well before three hours, so they helped me organize furniture and figure other things out in my living room. They are friendly, fast, and CAREFUL. Nothing was scratched, nothing was ruined, everything made it, in tact! Sweet guys and very great moving company! Highly recommend them!

Alex and Emir (I know I'm spelling his name wrong sorry) were amazing! I definitely recommend this company. They helped me move all day this past Sunday and were very friendly, careful and accomodating. The truck they had fit in my underground parking too, which was a bonus/saved time...most moving company trucks are too high to fit.
I will use this company again in the future. -

These guys are FANTASTIC! We had to move out of our house for a week to get our hardwood floors redone. Anton and Igor took great care in moving our furniture out of our house and into a pod. Not only were they on time, they got an amazing amount accomplished while they were there. It took them less than two hours to disassemble the furniture and load it into the pod, and a little longer to move it back into the house a week later. Nothing was damaged, and they were always cheerful and helpful. Thank you Yelp for having this company on your site...

First move 12/2011:
Dennis and Jonathan are the best movers I've ever had. I've moved over a dozen times in LA. They moved my stuff very carefully into a storage unit. I have a one-bedroom with a refrigerator and a few furniture pieces. The move took 4 hours with all the saran wrapping and extra help with some packing/taping boxes for me.
Second move 1/2012:
I was so pleased with the movers, I called All Out Moving a second time to move my stuff from the storage unit into my new home 3 weeks later. I called just 4 days before I was supposed to move. I requested Dennis and Jonathan, but I guess they were booked. Anton and Igor moved this second time. They are great too. Very fast. It only took 3 hours the second time.
For my second move, I had the option of hiring other cheaper movers that I found on craigslist, but after using the yelp coupon/discount, and after the first move went so well, I just didn't want to risk a different company that may be too slow, costing me more time or money for additional costs.
All Out Moving customer service is fantastic. They are very friendly, confirmed everything on email and over the phone, and made sure that I was refunded for the $12 wardrobe box that I "borrowed" while I used it in my storage unit.
**These movers deserve a huge tip as I have a feeling they don't get paid a lot for their job. One of them mentioned that they rely on tips for this job to sustain them. I felt bad when I heard that because this kind of job really does a lot of damage to one's body. -

Paul and Daniel just moved us from Orange County to San Jose. They were careful, efficient, punctual and very easy to work with. We are so glad we went with all out moving for a flat rate. They were less than the two other quotes I received and no nickel and diming for plastic wrap, tape, etc.
They moved us out yesterday in 3 hours and then moved us in in about the same amount of time. Every piece of furniture and box was treated with care.

I loved their online reservation system, their all-inclusive, no-hidden-fee pricing (they won't sneak-in an extra charge for stairs, or tape, or boxes, or narrow hallways), and their outright service guarantees - like wrapping objects/furniture with moving mats and plastic wrap.
The person confirming my reservation, Robert, patiently answered my questions. The two movers themselves, Charles and Igor, were also very patient, in addition to being careful and efficient.
I'd recommend them to anyone moving in the South Bay area - even if you find other movers quoting a lower price. With movers, quality trumps bargain-hunting every time. Go with All Out Moving and have one less thing to worry about. -

This was the first time that I've used professional movers to help me move. And I'm glad I did! This was the best few hundred dollars I've spent in a long time. Igor and Anton worked super hard packing and lifting all my heavy boxes and furniture from my second floor apartment to my new third floor apartment (without elevators!). They were very professional and efficient. Although it took longer than I expected it would have taken my family and friends way longer and with added back pain had I not used All Out Moving. I would highly recommend using All Out Moving if you're planning to move.

A great experience and a great group of guys. This was our first time using pros and we had a certain amount of anxiety over it. The crew from All Out ended up being the easiest part of the move. I've been meaning to write this review now for 2 months but that's what happens when you're moving. We closed on our new house on Dec 21 and wanted to move Dec 24. I figured no one would move us on Christmas Eve. After making several phone calls around getting really really annoyed with movers that weren't licensed or insured or that had really bad yelp reviews, I called All Out. The reservation took only a couple minutes to make, they helped me decide how many movers we'd need, and gave me a good price.
The movers, Dennis and Charles, were on time, super-friendly, and big muscular guys. They wrapped our furniture up so well I could never have done that myself. They moved things with ease that would have taken us 3 people to move and we would have been struggling. They had no problem with our stairs and did everything very efficiently. They seemed very trustworthy which is super important with movers and they took extra care with some of our special items. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone and will definitely call them if we ever move again. Moving usually sucks but Dennis and Charles made it nearly effortless.

I received a quote from 5 different companies before I chose All Out. They gave me a flat rate based on the stuff I needed moved and the distance. I moved from Los Angeles to San Jose and the guys were able to do it in ONE DAY! Igor and Anton were my guys, and they did an exceptional job. The expectation was to pick up on Sunday and deliver on Monday, but the guys hustled and were able to deliver that Sunday night.
Igor and Anton were very careful with my belongings, especially a large mirror that I was concerned about. They covered everything in wrap for the move and set everything up in the new apartment exactly where I requested.
I would recommend All Out to anyone! They were extremely professional over the phone from the beginning to when I requested they deliver early. I would and will use them again for my next move, and I'll definitely be telling everyone about them.

I had a WONDERFUL experience with this company last week.
I am a nice person, but also have zero patience for carelessness, unprofessionalism or rudeness. These guys were bright.
I have a lot of antiques, several very expensive pcs. & they paid special attention to something that was hard to pack & was a gift from a friend who had passed away. In fact - they re-wrapped it for me to make sure that it was safe.
I have also never hired a company before based purely on Yelp reviews w/ no personal references from friends, but I am so glad that I did.
They showed up on time, were polite, worked hard, worked quickly, appreciated the Gatorade & pizza, and did a double drop-off in the Bay Area (from L.A.) w/ no complaints on either end. I would hire them again in a second, except I'm too tired to ever move again.
I tipped them well and they were appreciative. Six stars! Thank you Wes, Charles & John. -

This is the second time we've used All Out Moving (previously known as In N Out Moving) and we'll use them the next time we move as well.
Mike & Abraham helped us this round and couldn't have been more helpful, careful, friendly or efficient!! They arrived a few mins early (and called to tell me they were on the way), packed up our entire storage unit in record time, made a last min stop by our current residence where they helped us pack up a few extra items & quickly (but carefully!) unloaded everything at our new location. They even unwrapped all of our furniture and moved the pieces around until we were happy with their positioning.
Definitely recommend these guys! -
