Worked with Dan for kitchen remodel design. Chose the Indian Shivakashi and porcelain stone-like tile with glass accent tiles, drew up 2 designs went with the traditional look and couldn't be more happier! Got a contractor's discount by working with SGK home solutions (Evan Sprague).
Have an idea what you want (dark vs light granite), there are too many choices just to browse. -

I really enjoyed my experience at ANS selecting tile for 3 bathrooms and a kitchen. Tony was extremely helpful and has really good taste. He helped us stay within our budget and also select beautiful tile. We are so in love with it!
I will say that my tile installer was terrible at estimating quantities so we were pretty much short on every single tile. It was a nightmare 3 weeks of going back and forth trying to get tile shorts. In some cases, we had to order an entire box of tile for just one piece. But whenever they could help us, they would - like digging around for a sample or checking with their reps.
Most of their tile is shipped here so don't expect them to have everything on stock, especially when you have a tile short. As long as you know what you are getting yourself into, you'll have a good experience! -

This is a hit and miss place.. they talk nice and have high powered sales folks but everyone including our contractor did warn us that they bait and switch. Their prices are very high.. one can easily get 30% less outside. Secondly very often they will tell you about back orders after you place the order and that is very frustrating and will screw up your job. In this day and age where information is so freely available, retailers should do better. For e.g you could just head over to the Porcelenosa show room and get better prices instead of buying Porcelenos products from this store. Dan is a great talker but in hind sight, he is a great salesman, if you know what I mean.

NO communication w/ sales rep for an extra piece of stone I needed. Said it was 10-12 weeks out. I was sold $4,000 worth of stone and he said it would cover my kitchen...wrong! Then I learned Burlingame store had it and he didn't even care to let me know. This totally affected my kitchen to have not enough granite to install as planned. Nice reps, but make sure you order enough and confirm w a designer, not just your contractor, or their sales rep! Try Sears Home Design for free, have granite too.

We've been looking around for tile for a home project. So far, every store in the Bay Area has been helpful and kind. It's been no problem getting samples. Except for All Natural. So far I have been promised a photo of my tile sample to be sent to my email by the Burlingame store and a call back from SJ. Neither has happened after days of calling them.
No effort on their end of any kinds whatsoever, and numerous lies of actions they will take.
Good luck to this store in this economy. We've found our tile solutions elsewhere. -
Review from Jackie S.
It's a good place to visit for tiles. There are lots and lots of tiles to choose from. There seems to be more help involved in the tile section than the granite area.
The showroom for the granite is pretty amazing. Although the selection is smaller than Daltile, there is still quite a few slabs to look at. I noticed that the square footage for the granite is more expensive. I didn't see a lot of slabs in the $20 range.
This place is pretty busy, so you will need to hunt somebody down to ask for help.
In addition, you will need a fabricator to install the granite. We asked for a quote for the granite, and the salesperson said that they are "lazy" and didn't do installing. At least he was honest about that part!
Free donuts and coffee in the back of the tiles section.

HEADLINE: If you are remodeling or constructing new ... this place is a mandatory stop before you make any final decisions on tile, countertop granite / marble, flooring, accents ... period!
The wife has snookered me into three major remodels to our house since moving in back in 2000 ... a kitchen cabinet remodel that ended up gutting most of the first floor ... a master bath and bedroom remodel that also gutted the entire space down to the wall studs and floor trusses ... and a facelift to our pool deck, spa and outdoor gas BBQ ... each and every time we relied upon the guys at All Natural Stone to help us make the tough ... but ultimately correct ... decisions on all our stone and tile needs.
We have worked principally with Sal on all three projects ... he has a heart of gold and the patience of a saint ... we like to methodically go through the whole immersion process when we do these things. I would be driven crazy by people like us, but Sal's a real pro and unbelievably customer-centric.
Their warehouse full of granite and marble slabs is simply outstanding ... we have always come here first ... entertained going to a half dozen more places around the Bay ... but have always come back here to ultimately buy our stone. Sal and the crew are SOOOOOOO patient as we have them move slab to slab to slab ... under inside lighting ... out in the sun ... how about the fifth one in? .... never an impatient word from any of the crew. And, remember, these slabs need to be forklifted around at a size of roughly 5x8 feet and weighing several hundred pounds. A lot of work required to do this ... again, saintly patience.
Inside their showroom, they have an outstanding assortment of tiles, stone and ceramic flooring, glass / metal / tile accents ... you name it, they got it.
Our kitchen counter top granite and backsplash tiles were bought here ... our master bath countertop granite, imported stone flooring and stone work in our shower enclosure bought here ... our rock overlay for the pool deck and the BBQ encasement and the granite we used for the spa and the BBQ countertop were all purchased here as well ... all unbelievable quality and service!!!
I hope we're finally done!!! ... but if we have another project, we'll be back here in a heartbeat.
Thanks to these guys, we have one of the prettiest homes in the neighborhood ... inside and out!!! -

This might be a 5-star place, but all we have done so far is look for glass tile. If/when we actually purchase and install, we will rate that part, and that might push it to a 5 or a 3.
The wife and I want to tackle a renovation project this summer after watching HGTV all the time. Renovation Realities is terrifying but Sweat Equity has us fired up and ready to buy a wet saw. What better way to use it than a glass tile backsplash?
So we Googled a bit and came up with All Natural Stone. We headed down on a Wednesday to check out the selection. Wowsers. It was amazing. They had such an assortment of tiles. A woman sitting there designing her friend's new bathroom stepped up and helped us wade through all the selections. She gave us good advice, candid and honest.
We chose like 5 or 6 that we liked, and they gave us the floor samples to take home for 48 hours. The guy who helped us out was very friendly. the service was great.
But this place is all about the selection. Seriously, awesome. By far the best place we tried out. -

Selection: 5 star
Prices: 4.5 stars
Customer Service: 3 stars (I was there for nearly an hour and no one ever approached me...albeit it was RIDICULOUSLY busy in there)
Showroom: 5 star
All in all, I think this place is worth making the trek to check out. Their customer service staff were engaged with other customers the entire time but from what I saw, they are very professional and seem like interior design experts. They know their stuff. If you are lucky enough to catch one of them, I'm sure it would be a positive experience. -

This place is wonderful. There is always someone available to help you. They patiently answer all questions. I love that there are so many displays. If anything, I can actually get overwhelmed by all of the choices.
If you're looking for any sort of stone or tile, you should definitely go here. -

UPDATE: Tanya moved out of the state about a year ago and now Tony has done a great job taking Tanya's place. Tony is great to help locate a certain style or offer suggestions for other options. He has helped me by pointing me in the right direction when I describe what type of material and colors I am looking for and also knowledgeable about the materials the sell. Great help is hard to find.

After having driven all the way to Oakland for a decent tile selection, I happened upon these guys doing an internet search. Happy we checked them out. The selection is impressive, and if they don't carry something you are looking for they are happy to special order.
Erin helped us out and was knowledgeable and patient. They are now our go-to place for tile....and they also carry an impressive selection of granite slabs. Their prices also beat out the likes of Color Tile with the advantage of a much broader selection. Parking can be a bit of an issue but it's worth what little inconvenience you may experience. -

Worked with them on two remodeling projectes and had great experiences both times.
They help keep you focused when you are overwhelmed on making decisions (which comes along with home construction) and are very friendly. I worked with Erin and she was top notch and helped me find items within my budget and allowances.
Bring in measurements/plans and some pictures of what you like and they help with the rest. Be sure to understand your budget and what you don't want, so they can help narrow your options.
Don't get distracted on the prices...ask them to help find less expensive alternatives to achieve the same look. Plan on spending minimum a hour for a small job so you have time to look and plan. -

After visiting MANY tile shops, I stopped into this place. I came in with a sample from Home Depot. Instead of dissing me about this sample, the most awesome sales guy, Dan Bartel, helped me with various designs for our tile deck. He showed me ways to use the more inexpensive Home Depot tiles, but with designs that I could accent with their amazing accent tiles.
He could have just blown me off, but it was clear he wanted not just to sell something, but to really give great customer service. You can tell that he loves his job and enjoys the creative process and does want to help.
If you need a bit of help, this is the place. Maybe all their sales people are great, but Dan was the best I met after visiting maybe 6 or 7 places.
Give them a try!! -

I like this place because they have a great show room. One stop shopping. Ok, prices are not cheap. As soon as you walk in, go to the back of the store put your name on the list.

I was going to give 0 star but I think I'll give 2 for the reason below.
Note that they are very friendly when you actually do show up and talk to someone so that deserves at least 1 star.
However, I placed an order with them on 10/12 and was promised that it will arrive on 10/15 and latest on 10/18. I called on 10/18 and was told they will call me. Of course there was no call. I called again on 10/19 and finally was told that the order was placed on 10/18. So obviously they completely forgot about it and placed the order when I called. I was upset and finally they decided to refund the full amount without taking a restocking fee. This is why I gave another star for the total of 2 stars.
BTW, my order was a box of tiles that costs $55 including shipping so maybe that's why they didn't care about the order. I just placed the same order with Lowe's and it was $11 (w/ free shipping). -

We have done business with All Natural Stone on three different occasions. Each and every time we were very happy. Jeff was very helpfull and the selection was awesome. We just had " Velvet Marble " installed on our fireplace and it's a knock out . They delivered the stone to our fabricator with NO problems. Yes they are busy, and with good reason.

Tony @ All Natural Stone was patient with my distraction of having my 1 yr old in the showroom & helped me to focus on the project succinctly & artfully. We chose the Adex USA - Neri line of white subway tile, which I love but unfortunately needed to be shipped over from Spain. It ultimately arrived over 2 months later & as I anxiously awaited the shipping container the staff of All Natural Stone provided me with a blow by blow account as to where exactly the tile was allowing us to estimate a start date for final tile installation more accurately. Every staff person was professional & communicative in my questions & I highly recommend the store as a whole for any project.

Our experience was abyssmal. I was so happy the day I went to FINALLY pick up my last order of tile: It meant I would never have to do business with them again. We had three orders. I ordered the first one and paid for it. It was supposed to be in in 2 weeks. 4 weeks passed (I'd lost track of the time). I called. It wasn't in and apparently it as never ordered because miractulously it came in 2 weeks later (total of 6 weeks). Ordered the second set of tile. It came in wrong. Ordered the third set of tile. By now, I've learned something: I called every week on Monday or Tuesday to check status, even though it wasn't due for a month or so. One week, I got busy and didn't call until Thursday. Guess what? It had arrived the on the Thursday before and no one called. You can find beautiful granite and tile elsewhere. Had I known then what I know now, I would have.
