I got my new tires here. I was really pleased with their service. Quick. Professional. Answered all of my questions to my satisfaction.
Their prices are very competitive with all of the other shops around town. But when I was calling around looking for tires this was the one place that really seemed to know what they were talking about. They seemed to know all about the existing tires on my car and had good recommendations for what I should replace them with.
I forgot to check the dates on the tires they installed while I was at the shop but I remembered when I got home. I was very happy to see that they put tires that were manufactured about one month ago on my car and I had never even raised that point with them at any time when I talked to them. I am glad to see that they apply good practices like this on their own without being prompted. -

I have used All J's Tire Center countless times. If you are in need of tires for your car I HIGHLY RECOMMENDED you talking with them. Their prices are just as good as anywhere else but their knowledge of the tires far exceeded anyone else out there.
You have to give them a call... I have used them for my personal cars and also for 40 or so cars that I have on my dealership lot!
Finally they are one of the best places to buy new tires for your exotic and performance vehicles! -

I went here because I had hit a pothole with my 2008 chevy aveo and my tire was leaking air due to screwing up the wheel. My parents have gone to All J's for years and recommended I go there. I went there and they hammered out the wheel for a very cheap price but instructed me that I will need to get a new wheel. I decided to take their advice and asked them to get me one. They took down my cell phone and said they'd call it when it was in. After about 2 months I suddenly realized I never received a phone call from them. I called to see why and the guy said something close to "oh yeah we never found that wheel but I can take another look and call you back" Now it's been another two months and I haven't heard ANYTHING from them. HORRIBLE customer service. I went to three other places since then who have all told me they have wheels that would fit perfectly for my car with no problem and told me it was extremely easy to find a wheel for a 2008 chevy. So why couldn't All j's find one?! No clue. But needless to say I will not bring my service back to them ever again. I am surprised a place with such good reviews has such terrible customer service.

History
Established in 1973
I 1972, three friends, Jim Behrendt, Jerry Banwell and Jerry Johnson worked at Ed Stein's Tire Center on 22nd and Hennepin ave in Minneapolis, Mn. When that business changed hands, the three of us decided it was a perfect time to strike out on our own. With the help of people in the business, ( Ed Stein, George Esoph and Jim Roth to name a few) and our many friends and relatives we were able to succeed and we are proud to say that we are still here after more than thirty years.
Meet the Business Owner: Jim B.
After graduation from St. Johns University, Jim and two partners started All J's Tire on the corner of Washburn and 50th St in S. Mpls in a small gas station. The business grew to the point that a larger building was needed and the current facility was constructed in 1981 on the corner of Xerxes and 50th St. We are a second generation company now with Jim's son Zach in the business. We have always considered ourselves to be a family business because our emplyees stay with us for many years. This creates a continuity and a familiarity with our customers current needs and services they have already purchased.
