Love this place. The staff is always extremely helpful, whether it's finding a particular item in the store or suggesting the next audio book for you. I've never felt rushed; all the employees are generous with their time to help you any way they can.
Their selection is also pretty extensive. The store is easily navigable. I enjoy just browsing. On their website you can make a list for yourself that can be accessed in the store so you don't have to remember what you wanted next. That's convenient!
They sure make my commute more pleasurable. -

I went to All Ears Audiobooks to get a copy of The Night Eternal (The Strain Trilogy #3) by Guillermo del Toro on the day it was released. I was surprised that they had it in stock but someone beat me to the stores only copy. Lilly one of the owners was behind the counter and she put me on a list and told me they would call me when the book came in. She also hooked me up with a profile on http://www.allearsaudi..., so I could make a list of books that I might want to rent in the future. Once you compile a list you can order the audio book you want and they will mail it to you if you like or you can pick it up.
This is the second visit to this store and both times the staff has treated me well and took the time to help me discover new books. Lilly told me about http://goodreads.com a website that would recommend new titles to me. I'm really excited to have found this place. -

I like this place. This store has a great assortment of audio books to choose from. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. I like the rental program because it makes it easy to just go in a check out the audio book of your choice instead of purchasing it.

As a busy mom, I love to multi-task with my All Ears audio book. A skilled actor does all the reading for me as I breeze through my day, riveted by the latest Bestseller.
My kids and I recently listened to the "Artemis Fowl" series, by Eoin Colfer. The Irish actor brings the books alive like nothing else. Same with Harry Potter. Who can possibly play all those character voices better than Jim Dale?
Kids are able to listen to a book that is far above what they are able to read. All Ears has a tender spot for young readers and they not only try to have every good audio book on the shelves, but the physical book as well. That way, a child has the option to read along with the audio book. My kids even alternate audio with "paper" book.
The people at All Ears are so nice and bend over backwards to be of service. I highly recommend! : ) -

All Ears has to be the best little audio bookstore in the world. I love audio books and I love All Ears Audio Books. They have a great selection of audio books for purchase or rental. They also have a rental program which works like NetFlix; have an audio book out for as long as you want, when you're done bring it back and pick up another. They'll also ship you books through the mail.
The staff at All Ears are all really great and they make very good suggestions based on your interests. Try finding a suggestion at your regular bookstore. Parking is easy as they're in a big shopping center with a REI and Jamba Juice. -

They have a great selection of books to rent or buy. The girl at the counter was very helpful and friendly with a big smile. Showed me their selection of children's books and made a few suggestions for my 4 year old son. Hubby rented some book on business which he will be listening to on his commute everyday... as for me? Well, my 4 minute commute to work everyday just isn't enough to listen to a book on CD but maybe I'll try it on my walks.
They have memberships with unlimited monthly rentals for a fixed price or individual rentals if you are an occasional renter. The price is reasonable for the unlimited rental fee as long as you make use of it and rent at least 4 books per month. -

I've been a member of All Ears for four-plus years now. I love this place. The staff is very helpful, their hours are late, and they will even make a list in your account of books you might want rent later as well as reserve for you a book that is already checked out.
Here's why I like it over downloading audio books on the web...
1) My car radio always knows where the story stopped off. If I listen to something else on my iPod, I loose my place...and I don't have to recharge the iPod battery if I just use CDs.
2) If you like MP3s, they offer a back up CD in almost every book (I haven't seen one without it yet) so if you are more electronically savvy, you can use that.
3) My membership is *UNLIMITED* (you don't have to have that option, I do though) which means I can get a different book EVERY DAY if I wanted.
4) I don't have to wait for downloads, manage files, rip or make playlists (see #1 above).
4) The people there are FANTASTIC! They always have good recommendations and are very helpful.
5) You can peruse the aisles; check out new releases, staff picks, etc. It's always updated and new and they always have the hottest authors.
6) As an added bonus, they have several audio book and non audio book related functions throughout the year...the last one was on de-cluttering (which I was hoping to go to but couldn't make). Their Harry Potter parties were excellent - keeping kids and adults alike entertained while waiting for their books.
7) Their prices are comparable to online audio book downloads - my membership averages about $20 a month. SO WORTH IT!
I can't say enough about this company! Please support them and start enjoying the pleasure of books being read to you while you work, drive, or relax!
Oh yeah - they even have a one-way rental option (NO MEMBERSHIP REQUIRED - they *trust* people!). Rent a book for a car trip and receive a self addressed stamped envelope to mail it back in. NO RISK for you! So if you have people visiting, they can get a book and take it with them - then mail it back. -

Why bother with shipping, waiting, downloading, high fees, etc. when you can walk right in and peruse a great selection of the latest books and listen to them TODAY!
This wonderful store in Campbell next to the Jamba juice is staffed by friendly, knowledgeable, intelligent people. I'm talkin' high quality here.
There's a great selection of the top rated books, as well as those classics or past top books which you meant to read, but didn't have the opportunity. They will archive your "to read" list, and email or call you when it's available. They will obtain books you desire to read in some cases, if they do not already have them.
They can even offer a 'bookmobile' type of service to your company provided there are a qualifying amount of audio book listeners!
From fiction, mystery, children's, serials, non-fiction and business (http://www.marykay.com...), I have been able to relax, learn and improve my knowledge and skills via the books available at All Ears.
I've tried other websites, stores, etc. and have been disappointed, but happily remain with All Ears. Check them out today! -

Audiobooks are well organized and easy to find. They have a great selection too! The only downside is that I think they don't allow enough rent time.
