Prices are really reasonable. Service is fantastic. We've had service with them for more than a year and a half, it has been reliable and occasionally a real god-send.
Seriously, if you don't like to scoop up your yard yourself (and who does?) and you live in/around San Jose, this is one of the best services of all time. -
