2001 N Linview AveI've been reasonably happy but not overly impressed with the service at All Creatures. Our dog has only had regular checkups and a short altercation with Lyme disease, but just in the few visits we've had I could ask for more. The way that they've dealt with our dog has made me feel that they could be doing more to comfort and relax him when he's visiting the vet. I've had several other dogs and dealt with many other vets during my life, and this is the place I'm least impressed with.
That said, despite poor "bedside manner", they've gotten that job done and taken care of our boy, so I can only complain so much.

Excellent animal clinic. The two veterinarians who worked here took fine care of our cats, and my former roommate's cat. Ours needed an overnight stay for dental work, and they even called us with updates after the surgery. Although the cat didn't appreciate it at all, we were grateful to have her in good hands. It wasn't too expensive either.

All Creatures is a great exotics care clinic in Chambana. Although my poor little, uh, guy didn't make it, they really did the best they could.
And now for the story:
I'd always wanted a chameleon, so when I discovered that Sailfin had a new group of juvenile veiled chameleons, I outfitted my pad with a lovely terrarium, complete with heat lamps, greenery, and a waterfall to up the humidity. I'd done my research, and determined I wanted a male, not a female... easier to care for... and for someone new to chameleon care, that's important.
So, I bring home Rufus. I lovingly 'shake and bake' his crickets, 'water' him, etc. He grew to about 4x his initial size in a few months... but then he started getting skinny. A colony of unconsumed crickets began to form... and he started climbing down his tree and digging in the dirt. I got a bit worried.
So, after I got a referral from the Vet Med school, I took him to see the staff at All Creatures Animal Hospital. And it was there I learned my little guy wasn't a guy at all. He was actually a very gravid female, ready to lay eggs... and I had been caring for him like a male, so he was now suffering from a severe calcium deficiency.
Although the staff at All Creatures did everything they could, it was just too late. But they were very knowledgeable, and actually specialized in exotics, unlike some other clinics I'd been to in the past where the vets had taken a class or two in vet school. I would highly recommend them for your herpetological veterinary needs.
And one other suggestion:: if you get a chameleon, take it in for a checkup, get the animal /properly/ sexed, and save yourself the time and money it might cost if you end up with a transsexual (yet appropriately named) chameleon, like I did.
