This was one of the easiest home improvement experiences I've had. The estimator, Rick, called ahead of his appointment to confirm, came on time, and walked us through all of the options available to us. We agreed on a solution, and signed the proposal a few days later.
Rick called to let us know the schedule for the work. He came with the team doing the construction to walk the installation, and left us in James and Doug's capable hands. Even when it turned out that we would have to move the fence line, after the post holes had been dug, there was no flapping the crew. They took care of it with no fuss and filled in the old holes. The following week, they were back , right as scheduled. At the end of the day, the fence was erected, the mess cleaned up, and the job was complete.
Rick quickly resolved a minor issue with the final invoice, coming to check out the final job. The small punch-list items were quickly taken care of.
These folks really must love what they do, because it really shows in the kind of pride they take in craftsmanship and service. Neighbors, visitors and delivery people, everyone who has seen the new fence has commented on how well designed and built it is. I can't praise them highly enough. -

We were mostly pleased with our cedar fence quote, installation and cost . . . until dark streaks appeared beneath every nail! When we complained, All City responded that we hadn't specified galvanized nails, so there would be no repair or discount. I've talked to several other fence contractors since then. None of them use "brights" . . . the cheap nails that rust. So proceed with caution!
