I needed a plumber to come and look at my water pressure regulator, the water pressure in my house was way too high. I called and talked with Jaime at around 9am and he was here by 2pm and had it fixed by 3pm. This was way faster than expected, I know it's an easy job but I expected to set up a time tomorrow to have him come look at it but was pleasantly surprised to here he would be here in the afternoon. On to the service; best ever, I dealt with others in the area and no one was as communicative, professional, and educational. He told me how to fix it next time to save money and told me this area was prone to failure of the regulator. My neighbors told me the same thing yesterday, so it's good to know Jaime is truthful. Overall I will absolutely recommend them to all, and I will use them again for all my plumbing needs. Mention that you saw them on yelp and you will get a discount; a hefty discount. Thanks again to Jaime and Jose for the great work.

First off: I saved 50% on my bill because I mentioned that I found these guys on Yelp. Yelp, please :-)
Jaime was great--he was able to come out within hours and had my toilet flushing within 10 minutes. Combine that with the discount and you pretty much couldn't ask for better.

Well, I'll start this review by saying that I came across these guys accidentally when I called my home warranty company last year for a plumbing issue in my house I had just bought. They called from their list of approved plumbers and the guy they sent out was a joke. He broke a hole in our toilet among a lot of other things they messed up and mis-diagnosed! I was left with a mess and resorted to searching the internet randomly to find someone for a second opinion.
I ran across All American Plumbing through a referral site and figured, what the heck, they couldn't be worse than the other guys who trashed my house!
When I told them my story of what had happened, the owner came down in person late that same night. He checked out the situation and then showed up the next morning with a whole crew of people. He wanted my experience with them to be different. It definitely was. We have major plumbing issues that were not disclosed to us when we bought the house , so at least with Jaime (the owner) being so good, it helped my mood about the whole thing! He is an amazing guy that actually cares about his customers. This is a family owned company and you can tell by how personal the service is. He worked with my home warranty company to get them to pay for part of the cost. We were only able to do the worst fix first and he gave us a quote with a major discount for the rest of the work if we figure out how to pay for it all (still working on that one!) Things were good for a while then started to have problems again this year so I called him back. He came to our house at 7pm the day I called. He remembered me and even my line of work and our conversations from more than a year ago! He reminded me that we made the problem worse by using chemicals on our drain.... which he told me last time never to do... the truth hurts to be reminded that you were warned and still did what you weren't supposed to!! He is honest but in a nice way :)
I found out from him after they were here 2 times checking and running cameras through everything that we have a very expensive problem... (40 year old house with cast iron plumbing.. need I say more )...they did what they could for now and apologized for charging me for coming out when they couldn't fix it right now for us (because of my budget). They charged me very little for everything they did for 2 days and they truly want to help me fix the rest.
I got a call from the owner 2 days later, saying he still was thinking about us and wants to try to help out. He knows we cant pay that large expense right now and offered to come over and sit down and see what we can work out so that the problem doesn't get worse and more costly over time.
He is terrific, a great person with compassion (not something you think about with plumbers) His crew is very good and professional. Some of them don't speak English, but he always has someone in charge that does and they are all very polite and careful around the house. I just remember over the years dealing with home repair type things and some people aren't always very caring about your stuff like these guys are!
I would recommend these guys highly. They are being hit with the economy right now as hard as anyone and I definitely would say to give them a try if you need plumbing work done!! Its always great to support the littler guys. Even though they are a fairly small company,they have all the technology and resources to do big jobs and small.
They work the whole county even though they are based in Temecula, they are in SD almost every day. Hopefully you won't need their service but if you do... they will be there for you!
