Review from David P.

My car got t-boned in a hit and run up in OC. No bueno. Sad face. Not to worry because karma's a b*tch. I made sure to buy hit and run coverage for situations like these. My insurance recommended I get serviced here because of their outstanding service and long relationship with 21st century. At first, I was skeptical, thinking they're probably just getting me to be serviced at a shop that uses cheap low quality or non-factory parts. I did my research and read nothing but rave reviews for All-American. Sure, I'll bite and check it out.
Upon pulling up to the shop (it's sorta hidden so don't forget to turn into the street next to the Toyota dealership), I was greeted by one of their managers. She took a look at the damage and told me an estimated timeline of how they would fix my car. You could tell she definitely knew her way around cars. She took a look at my damage report and said since they work directly with my insurance, they can work on it faster. Also, I would be getting all OEM parts. They were also caring enough to ask if I needed a ride back home once I drop my car off or if I needed a rental car. I opted for the rental car because they work directly with Enterprise and gave me a discounted rate of $20 a day for a Hyundai Accent.
I spoke with Corbin throughout the whole process and he always updated me on how my car was doing and what damages they were tending to. Keeping the customer in the loop is a plus in my book. They handled all the communication lines with my insurance and made sure 21st century paid for all the parts. I was only billed my deductible. Their estimated timeline was two weeks and a half. I got my car back in two weeks.
Upon picking up my car, they gave me a tour of what they fixed and asked me if it was to my satisfaction. Originally, my car's left rear end was smashed, tail lights destroyed, and gas tank was bent. The car looked like it was new off the lot. Everything was fixed to what it was before, they gave me a new door frame, rebuffed everything, painted my car with a perfect color match, and even detailed my car and washed it. I came away very satisfied with this body shop and would recommend it to anyone. Customer service and satisfaction was held very high here. Corbin was a great guy and always kept me up-to-date with everything. It's no wonder why they consistently have high ratings. -

I was rear-ended on the freeway... two times... Once in my boyfriend's truck, and once in my SUV. Both times, the other drivers fault, but each time enough damage to definitely need repairs, and luckily no sustaining injuries.
For the truck, not too much damage, and only took them 10 days to repair.
For my little SUV, they had to replace the entire back-end, floorboard; It was $500 away from the 'totaled amount'. I took it to this shop, and they did a great job. It took around 45 days to complete, but throughout the process I would get updates from the shop letting me know what they were working on and what I should expect. My SUV was perfectly detailed when I picked it up. Generally, this was a first class experience.
Hopefully you don't need them, but if you do, go here. -

Farmers suggested I bring my car here, have an 06 bmw 5 black metallic which was damaged from a drunk driver who skinned my car. I received it back /w black overspray that spanned the entire passenger door, mismatched colors on the side mirrors, and too much clear coat that it dried up as a droplet on one corner. I brought it back and found that they sanded down the over spray, and sprayed a thin layer of paint all around the car, so it now the sanded area has a large swirl mark that can be seen, and the rest of the body has lost it's shine because they sprayed all over the body in attempts to match the color. I decided I wasn't going to come back because I was without my car for several weeks, and each time they kept adjusting, the paint quality worsened... luxury car owners should steer away.

All American Paint & Body saved my car! I got into a nasty accident on the freeway and had damage to the front and back of my car, but there wasn't enough damage for my insurance company to right it off so they recommended I take it to All American Paint & Body. I really didn't have any expectations because I'd never had repairs like this done before but working with everyone at All American to get my car back on the road was a really terrific experience from start to finish. This auto body shop is exceptionally professional and they even called me on a regular basis to update me on the progress of my car's repairs. Three weeks later, my car is back in action and it looks fantastic. You would never know that the accident had happened. Thanks All American! I really hope I don't need auto body repair done again anytime soon, but if I do, I'll be calling you.

This place was more than awesome. Great staff and great work done on my car. I had an insurance claim so I dropped off my car, they wrote an estimate and took me to work. Corbin was very friendly and kept me in the loop as my car was nearing completion. The repairs were done so fast and my car was retuirned to me as good as new, even better because they washed it :) Thanks guys!

I was referred here by my insurance company, and knew they had some good reviews on yelp so I went there. They called me about 5 minutes after I got off the phone with the insurance claims person. My truck was in for 3+ weeks, and they called me every time something new was happening..."just wanted to let you know its now on the frame rack"...."just wanted to let you know its in the paint booth"...."just wanted to let you know we reassembled it"....."just wanted to let you know its in detail and you can come get it"....
When I got there to pick it up both my wife and I (I'm using her account) were surprised because it seriously looked brand new. Now I'm not prone to hyperbole, but it really did. I actually asked Quique (sorry if I misspelled it) why he didn't talk me in to painting the bed too. Wow, it looks great.
The did the repair as fast as they could. They really are that nice, and they really do communicate pretty well. Given the circumstances, car repairs are never fast enough no matter what, but they did minimize (in my opinion) and communicated well. Thanks guys! Justin M.
