    Response to Nancy H. - Yeah, my picture 'says it all' - thats me at Alcatraz joking around, because I am in fact, not ghetto - as if that has any relevance to this story (by the way, I changed my pic, just for you!).  I never wanted something for nothing - I wanted to pay for a pickup from the airport.  I don't swear, and I also don't use profanity. This company disrespected me, and you are calling me out on it? Hmmmm, could this be an inside job?

    Your Photo? A strangely recent wedding photo, but your first concert was the Police? You must look young for how old you are.
    Finally, if it weren't obvious enough that you work for/own the company, you have a former employee giving you compliments.

    Funny that this company doesn't want to admit to a thing.

    EDIT: This company has been contacting websites in which it receives poor reviews from and asking them to be removed. I just wanted to say that I am keeping track of my reviews - if they are removed from any site, I will submit two more on other sites in the removed reviews place. This will not end.  Onto the original review....

    For my mom's birthday, my entire family was coming to Chicago to visit for a surprise. My sister ran into a lot of air travel problems, and ended up pretty upset at the airport.

    In an attempt to circumvent another bad experience at O'Hare, I called All American Limousine service for a private car, and a sign or 'greeting' as they called it. I was told that it would be $85 (although the owner,  Jim Tountas, told me a different number when I called the next day). Anyways, I was in a loud restaurant, and I asked their dispatcher to speak up three separate times.

    When my sister arrived, I assumed that they would be waiting for her with a sign, as we had agreed on the phone. This was not the case, nobody greeted her, and apparently she was supposed to call when she arrived (but I couldn't hear that, because the dispatcher didn't speak up at the end of the call), but why should she call when a 'greeting' is expected.

    So, my girlfriend and I hopped a cab from downtown all the way to O'Hare to pick her up, then came back downtown. On the way, my sister inquired about what had happened to her ride. I was curious myself, so I called All American Limo back to see what had happened to the car. I was rudely told that I was supposed to call, and that my credit card was charged $65 (for absolutely no service), and then promptly hung up on. I called back and told them that I would be reversing the charges and next the dispatcher for All American Limo said to me, verbatim:

    "Suck my fucking dick you fucking faggot.", and hung up on.

    I have filed a complaint with the Chicago Chauffeur Association (who are taking this complaint VERY seriously - I am taking the recording of the phone call to them today for the third time - I use GrandCentral, which records all of my phone calls).  I have been told that their license is in jeopardy.

    I also contacted Chicago Convention & Tourism Bureau (CCTB), where AAL has a listing. They will not remove AAL from their listings, because it is a member based service - this causes me to question the validity of the CCTB, because it obviously doesn't have tourists best interests at heart.

    Absolutely terrible experience!  Jim was very unprofessional and rude to my visiting guests for my wedding.  He showed up 45 minutes late and still expected me to pay for a full hour of service (which I later noticed I was charged on my credit card even after I was assured after a long argument that it would not be).  These guys are a pain in the neck --- just not worth it.  Even if they were free, I would rather take a bus.  They are completely non-reponsive and will not take any blame for their failure to perform their services.  This makes me believe they don't really care about their company reputation and if they don't care about that, why should they care about you as a customer.   Negative 10 stars if I could.

    UPDATE:  Somehow, my review keeps getting deleted.  Jim, do you have anything to do with it?  Don't give these guys your business, you will somehow get swindled.  Check them out at the Better Business Bureau and I guarantee you there are issues with this company.

    UPDATE 2:  Still getting deleted.  I'm not giving up on this one.  I strongly believe All American Limo should go out of business.

    They were late to pick me up. The car was dirty and the heat didnt work,When i brought it up to the owner, he had no answer.

    We hired them for our wedding and it was a huge mistake. The limo they sent had broken a/c (they knew this when then sent it), which was horrible for us to travel 45 minutes on a humid summer day in Chicago. (Don't worry, though, the driver had a/c, it was only broken in the back). They also charged us $150 for a limo we reserved and then cancelled about a month before the event (since they claimed they could not hire it out as we held the limo). So, they could have sent the other limo out (that we were penalized for holding) if they knew the a/c was broken. We called to get our refund for the $150 and they did not call us back until we said we were protesting the charge and they finally called and gave us just the $150 back. DO NOT use this company for your wedding.
