This company is EXCELLENT! After making a lot of calls to get a few broken house windows fixed, I thankfully came across this company. They were able to come out and quote the work within the hour, and I thought the price was great. It took a few days for the glass to come in since one of the panes needed to be special ordered. When they came to do the installation, they were efficient and did a great job with clean up. A great company, with great customer service!

We had an estimate done today and the guy that came out, who was probably the owner was incredibly RUDE. In fact, he had a higher price than the one he quoted me on the phone. But the higher price was not the problem, it was his attitude when he came to my house all because i said that I needed to talk to my husband first. He became very irate and started to raise his voice and said that he did not want to do the job and walked out.

Called them on Monday, 9/27 and they came out within an hour, took measurements and quoted me a price to replace a broken thermopane, and a another pane. Installed everything 9/29 and were in and out with in an hour. Great work, great prices, definitely use All American for any glass work you may need.

I am a Realtor, and needed them to come into a listing of mine to replace a window that had a broken seal. Just one window. Not exactly the biggest job on the planet. When we called him, he said that he could be there in an hour. By the time I got there, he was waiting for me. His price was unbelievably reasonable, and the new window was installed the next week. I didn't know that service like this still existed.

I had two cracked fixed window panes that needed to be replaced on site. They came out for the quote and were here when they said they'd be, and when I scheduled the work, they were here on time, worked quickly and efficiently, and made sure everything was protected. They cleaned up after themselves and left everything in great shape. They also ended up charging less than the original quote. I was very impressed by these guys and their pricing, and would recommend them without reservation.

All American Glass Co. is a GREAT company and I hghly recommend them. We have used them twice with favorable results both times. They are very professional and courteous. Also clean! They took off their shoes when they came in my house and I didn't even ask them to. They also do great work. AND, they are very reasonably priced, at about HALF our other estimate.

All American Glass is good - no, GREAT - old fashioned customer service. I would highly recommend them with confidence to anyone. They do a superb job of custom glass. They made several glass tops as protectors for my furniture. Creating these to the exact specifications so they fit and looked right was challenging. They did a quality job, and were exceptionally fast. They offer the convenience of in-home consultations. All the sales and service people who came here were incredibly customer focused. Tremendous value for the money - a custom look for a very reasonable cost and great service. They took great pains to install the glass tops just right. This is the way it's done - keep up the good work American Glass.

This company installed 4 broken windows in an apartment building. The did a great job, provided a ball park estimate, came out and measured and delivered and installed the windows in 2 days. The owner was prompt, courteous and meticulous during the installation and even tried to find some window clips for us for free that were previously broken. Service doesn't get much better than this in Chicago. I wish I had used this company when I installed my windows.
