Great service! Mike was very informative on the phone....Reggie and Kyle were very courteous and friendly....I had a VERY messy roommate..they amazingly removed all the stains! And they charged me less than quoted! AWESOME!

Discovered these guys from Yelp. Needed a section of carpet repaired (dropped a hot iron on a berber rug....whoops). E-mailed them a photo of the damage and they provided a reasonable price estimate and scheduled me in very quickly. Mike, the owner, did the repair himself. 17+ years experience. Looks fantastic, and price was even a bit cheaper than the quote. Highly recommend.

Had my rugs cleaned by All American, one rug had 30 years of candle wax and dirt and the other rug had two years of newborn spills and accidents. I was amazed to see the difference once the job was done. There was no sign of candle wax, not sure how they did it but the rug looks brand new! Our kid's rug had numerous spots, I had thought about throwing it away but am now glad I didn't as it looks great! Friendly service, affordable, picked up and dropped off my rugs. I recommend them highly!

OK, so... what do you do when you have a cream colored carpet and your two year old spills grape juice or tracks in the mud he got on his shoes from jumping in puddles?
Well, after you call the hospital for the umpteenth time and ask if they are absolutely sure there's not a return policy on the baby they insisted was yours and squeezed the crap out of the 3rd stress ball you've gone through that week, you call All American Carpet Care of course!
I've used All American for the last several years and I've NEVER been disappointed with them. They always fit me in at a time that's convenient for me and do an excellent job.
Now, I'm gonna tell you a secret here, but don't tell All American... Once... a few years ago, I was seduced by the Zerorez guys and their promise of their magical ionized water and soapless cleaning system. Well, twice the price later, my carpets weren't magically cleaner, nor did they stay cleaner longer, which is what I was hoping for originally.
At least now I'm sure that I had been making the right choice all these years: All American does the best possible job at a very reasonable price. Whether Reggie, Mike, or any of their techs come out, I can always count on a job well done, even on stubborn stains like grape juice!Listed in: The Month Long Yelp

THE BEST IN THE BUSINESS!
I have used All American twice now for carpet repair at the rental I was living in. My roommates were out of town one weekend and asked to watch their bearded dragon for them while they were away. I agreed thinking, "how hard could it be." After feeding the beast I left for an evening on the town. To my astonishment when I got home at 1am the house was filled with smoke and smelled like burnt tires! Frantic I discovered I had forgotten to put the heat lamp back on top of the creatures cage and left it on the carpet. I lifted if up to reveal 3 inch in diameter crispy chicken nugget where carpet had once been.
Not knowing what to do and fearing losing my deposit, I went to the phones to try and find an expert to help me with my issue. After calling numerous companies with no luck, I finally got a hold of 'All American Carpet Care'. I spoke with Jenn who was very professional and courteous. She schedule and appointment for me. The next day the owner of the company Mike Bruno, showed up at my front door. He was very nice, knowledgeable, and down to earth. It took him less than an hour and my carpet was as good as new. I called him earlier this week for some follow up work and he came to my house today with the same level of knowledge and expertise!
Very professional and awesome work...I would recommend them to anyone! -

The carpet at my business was a complete mess!
I had dark brown commercial carpet installed over two years ago and even though it was dark in color (to begin with), it was now covered with paper dust, other dirt, grease stains, gum, water stains, and puppy mistakes. It got so bad that I was embarrassed to look at it every morning when I opened up the shop.
Last Friday morning the guys from All American Carpet and Tile came out and made everything look brand new again. They gave the carpet a pretreatment, got all the stains out (even the ground-in bubble gum), and the Owner, Mike Bruno, even showed up with a floor buffer and cotton pad to help dry the carpet since we have considerable walk-in customer traffic. Mike also left a few "Air Movers" behind, which he picked up later in the afternoon, to help get the carpet dry so we could get back to business.
The office area looks great again (smelt good too) - Fantastic Job! -

Did great work, very friendly and inexpensive. My 3 bedrooms, hallway and stairs cost $150 and I did not even need to be there. Carpets look awesome and they removed a stain I thought would be there forever

We've been using All American for many years. We own a house and rental property in Pacific Beach, and Mike is always our go-to guy when it comes to cleaning the carpets when a unit turns over. Just last month they were even able to dye a small area of carpet in one of the bathrooms where some bleach had been spilled. It came out great. We trust All-American 100%. These guys really know what they're doing. It's not just some guy with a carpet scrubber.

I was referred to All American Carpet Care by an acquaintance. We bought a new house, and the carpets needed to be cleaned. We also have tiles in the bathrooms that needed some deep cleaning. I searched on Yelp and after reading many reviews, I decided to go with All American and am definitely satisfied. The carpets came out beautiful and look brand new. I will definitely be using All American again. Mike was very good.

I was home for christmas break in San Diego and had to get the carpet cleaned.
- all american carpet cleaners came earlier than expected, which was great because we had other things to do and needed the carpet to dry earlier
-they were quick and efficient
-they removed all stains except one where my dog puked
-they took approx 2 hours to do 6 rooms the hallway and a spiral staircase
- they were very friendly and offered to come back free of charge if any spots showed up
-all their products are completely organic
- they didn't push to have more rooms cleaned or extra amenities
