I'm not familiar with LAX, and needed a round-trip transfer from there to Anaheim. I spent an hour researching companies online, and thought I'd roll the dice on this one, as it had mixed reviews but the best price on a town car. Now I know why. I booked with them over the phone and asked the reservation agent where to go after I get off the flight to meet the driver. She said that I simply go to the first "curbside" outside of the baggage claim. I told her I wasn't familiar with LAX, and she said that all I'd need to do is go curbside and if my driver wasn't there to call the "dispatch number". So, I thought, that's easy enough.
I arrive with my 9 year old at 10PM (5 minutes late). The driver called while we were landing, so I missed his call. I walked the the curb outside baggage claim, and no car. I called his cell phone back, and got voicemail. Tried 3 more times, and left message telling him the terminal number I was standing outside of. He never answered or showed. Few minutes later I called the "dispatch number" on my receipt. They answered and said they would call him and call me back.
At this point it started to get out of hand. The driver called me with a thick accent and was yelling "I'm HERE...I'm...BLAH BLAH BLAH".... I could not understand a word he was saying. I told him where I was located, but he kept screaming at me, words that I could not understand... It was ridiculous. If he would have only listened to me I'm sure he could have found us. Besides the fact that he should have known where to go, as this is his job.
I was standing next to Primetime Shuttle, and they heard everything that was going on. I asked them to get me on the next shuttle and I called the dispatch line back to cancel. The driver kept calling me and yelling BLAH BLAH BLAH, and I told him that it has been a 1/2 hour and that I was taking Primetime instead. He then proceeded to cuss at me, which was the one thing I could understand!

I needed a car service for a trip to LA from the LAX to Willshire Area.
Found web site from google called and someone just said over and over again hello, hello. I called back and I could hear a room full of people similar to when your phone dials someone from your pocket and they can hear everything. I am new to this site and rating companies but I am a long time client of all airport sedan service. I was actually a little shock at first when I originally saw the low rating for the company so I decided to sign up and rate them myself. This company has been in business for years and I have used them myself for business for over 3 years regularly with no problems at all. It became clear when I read the reviews that only those who have problems rate this company on the site and for a couples issues and their bad rating in over 10+ years of business... I would consider this company great. As I mentioned before, the company has been in business for years, the staff is friendly and knowledgeable, vehicles are clean, drivers are experienced, and the prices very competitive. I just felt bad that a couple bad ratings would ruin the rating of such a good company. This company was recommended to me by a colleague and he also still uses the service himself, and I know that they have a page on their own website with many positive feedbacks from their clients throughout the years. I would suggest that your take the negative feedbacks with a grain of salt, after all the first person didn't even use their service and rated them 2 stars based on a bad phone call. I highly recommend this company and their staff as I have had no issues or problems in over 3 years nor have I heard from other people of such!!! -

Had no problem booking the ride for my mom and she was picked up from her home on-time and driven to LAX so I gave this service one star for completing SOME of what we paid for. The problems started when she was SUPPOSED to have been picked up from LAX on her return. No one showed up and mom waited 45 minutes on the curb. The woman is in her 70's and was frantic. We called the driver, got his voice mail. Called dispatch and she was certainly apologetic but couldn't do anything. The driver calls dispatch and says he has picked her up, so dispatch tells me she is picked up. NOT! I am on the phone with her right at that moment and she is still waiting. What a nightmmare.
