After starting my way up from an admin in a real estate office all the way up to management, I realized something important about the Boston real estate market... The common business model had become stagnant and the client was no longer being put first.
Upon leaving to start my own company, I restructured the standard "office infrastructure" to a more modern approach that not only better serves the client, but rewards hard working ethical agents as well.
