SYNOPSIS:
AAY! is one of the best things to happen to me in my 12+ years in Los Angeles.
----------
BACKSTORY
I began AAY! Bootcamp about a year ago. I was leery of bootcamps. I've had some really crappy and short-lived experiences with a couple of others in my area. But I had immediate trust in AAY!'s Elaine and Nar. You can sense their knowledge, commitment and sincerity right away, in the thoroughness of their on-boarding process.
That professionalism is apparent in the thoughtful email responses to your questions. It's in the measurement and weigh-in process. It's in the way Elaine and Nar correct your form during class.
I'd say the tone they set with students is very professional, maybe even slightly distant -- there's no awkward 'oversharing' on their part -- which IMO helps create a sense of mutual trust. That implicit pact and mutual respect really paves the way for improved fitness.
INSPIRED PROGRAMMING
Nar and Elaine's full commitment to their students inspires your full commitment to your own health and fitness -- all within the intelligent framework of their program. I describe it as intelligent because the classwork is always fresh and inspired and suited to a range of fitness levels.
The workouts are dynamic and flexible enough to support the 60-year-old who just needs to get his heart rate up, right alongside the 20-something USC student who is training to run a 5-minute mile. That, along with the weekly diversity of the workouts, is a pretty amazing thing to see in action.
My personal favorites: Kickboxing, boxing, soccer, Indian runs, steps, obstacle courses, basketball, and frisbee.
INSTRUCTORS
The classes attract very dedicated students. I actually can't fathom how Elaine and Nar scale the personal attention they give to each student. It helps that they have a handful of support staff (Erika, Martha and Ashley) who are similarly awesome-hardcore and super helpful.
NUTRITION
After I had been enrolled in bootcamp for about eight months I felt ready to 'level up' my fitness program. So I joined Nar's nutrition course. Truly a life-changing experience, Yelpers.
By learning foundational principals about my metabolism, meal portions, meal planning, and timing, I was able to drop over 20 POUNDS in three months. It was not easy. But AAY!'s nutrition course, coupled with daily fitness classes, remains one of my all-time most rewarding personal challenges.
COMMITMENT
The more you immerse yourself in the work of planning and committing to your own health, the more Nar and Elaine will commit to ensuring your success. To me, that's what an ideal coach/trainer is meant to do: Be fully cognizant of a student's personal goals and always help her raise her game. More than that, Nar and Elaine will help your realize that you are capable of more than you ever imagined.
I've never felt better. AAY fitness and nutrition programs are hard work, no doubt, but there are few things I would have rather spent the time doing over the past year than committing to AAY! The results are beyond my expectations. -

I was one of those that discovered Elaine and Narina through Groupon. These ladies are great! Even though the class might have more people depending on the time, they always have the time to help you correct your form. Also, they're not one of those typical boot camps where they scream and yell at you or make you work out even when you're hurt.
The type of workouts vary from week to week. My favorites are the ones with the basketball game and obstacles or the resistance band ones. The location of the gym is really convenient to me but since they only have morning, weekday classes, I have to admit I've been quite lazy. I think I attended 7 or 8 sessions out of the 10 that came with the Groupon because I just hate having to get up so early to go work out. Although I have to say once I get there and do the work out, I feel great afterwards. Again, it's just cuz I'm lazy. I normally go once a week or less, the rest of the time, I run at my normal gym but the class that I did attend once a week was a great way to break up my usual boring workouts. I don't know how those ladies who go to class everyday does it though cuz I'm sore by the end of the day, so at most, I'd only be able to do 2x a week.
Since it's winter, there is no way I would crawl out of bed when it's so dark outside to go workout, but eventually, I'll get their intro pack (10 sessions for $99 if I recall correctly) and get back into it again.
I would totally recommend this place for a supportive and varied workout program. -

I love this place!I have been going every weekday for almost three months and I can definitely see a change from where I started. Elaine, Nar, and Ashley are great teachers. I've never lifted weights before, but now I really see the benefit in the way I look and feel. All around a great program.

I love Elaine, Nar, Ashely, and all of the instructors at AABY Boot Camp. When you hear "Boot camp," many people think that you will be yelled at and only do sprints and pushups. This is not the place for that at all. They encourage you to do the best you can do and offer a program that is constantly changing, so you work in all the ways you need and never get bored. With their excellent nutrition tips and reminders, I am in the best shape of my life. I added Boot Camp in to improve my yoga and it most certainly has! Love love love AABY!

This is my 7th week with AAY!, and I must say that I have not felt this healthy and fit in a long time. I've just moved to LA for grad school, and decided that I really needed to make a change in my life so that I can maintain the body and mind wellness needed to maintain sanity while in a PhD program. I was feeling easily fatigued before going to AAY!, and I truly believe that not having a regular exercise regime and healthy eating habits contributed to my being prone to being tired easily (being tired=less mental clarity). Within the first 2 weeks of going to AAY!, I immediately felt a change in my energy level, I was happier and less cranky, and my body was definitely getting stronger and more toned. Most of all, not only do you feel the positive changes in your mind and body, but you also get to really see the results!
Some of my favorite things about AAY!, and what I've gained so far:
- Elaine & Nar are amazing! They're so supportive and are extremely knowledgeable about what they do.
- The trainers push and motivate you to do the best you can (without the kind of overbearing military-style orders), they tell you when you're doing a good job, and they will give you personalized attention (they come around to make sure that you have the right posture and body mechanics when doing the exercises).
- They vary their exercise routines from week to week, and sometimes incorporate sports/games. It's really tough work, but they keep it fun and engaging for us! It never gets boring. When I exercise on my own, it gets so boring that I stop after 15 mins. I warn you: AAY! will make you feel so good that it gets addictive... Sometimes I wish they had weekend classes just so I can go 7 days a week! ;)
- It's a wellness bootcamp: not only do you do rigorous exercises, but you'll also be given nutrition and wellness tips. Their exercises also emphasize the body-mind connection and engage the core -- a very holistic approach which I absolutely love.
- They have a weekly e-newsletter that gives you a preview of the following week's exercises, exercise and nutrition tips, member-related news, etc. (I love how organized these ladies are!).
- Results. If you go regularly, you will really begin to see and feel the results and changes in your body, even after just the first couple of weeks. Also, this is a nice and welcome surprise: after a few weeks, I stopped craving for coffee (I used to drink a cup or two every day), and my body naturally started wanting healthier foods.
- It's tough, but doing it with a class is so motivating! The members encourage one another -- it's a really great and supportive community.
- It's really the best start to my day, and no matter how challenging it feels when I'm working out during that 1 hour, I always find myself thinking "that was so worth it" every time the hour ends.
Bottomline: AAY! has truly impacted my life in a big way. Thanks Elaine, Nar, and Ashley for helping me stay healthy and fit! -

I have done a handful of bootcamps and this is definitely one of the most professional. The two owners are constantly in communication with their members to ensure that we're getting what we need out of the program.
I also appreciate the newsletters and tips to help keep me motivated to reach my fitness goals. -

I just passed my 1 year mark with them! Whew! When I originally signed up last year, my goal was to do it for a month in summer or maybe stretch it to two. Who would have thought I would last this long??!! So many things have happened since then but one thing remains, I LOVE coming to this place:-) They have stellar reviews because they deserve it. I'm kinda confused with the other lady's review but AAY answered it well. Heck, if I don't feel I am getting what I need from them then why would I get up so early in the morning, drive 15-20 minutes or so or spend my hard earned $ with them??! But to each his own.
The trainers are wonderful. They are very supportive and not once did I feel discouraged or intimidated. They push you to do your best. It can get very challenging but you can only get what you put into it, right?
Thanks Elaine and Nar for one year of working with me on my fitness goals! I am in the best state because of you and now with Erika and Ashley, I'm so excited for the future!2 Previous Reviews: Show all »

I attended 5 days a week for three months straight over the summer. I saw great results with minor tweaks to my diet. The workouts change each week which make them fun, not boring! Also there are options for low and high impact with each workout. It's a great environment to work out! The trainers are excellent, positive and motivating. They keep you accountable!
I wish my schedule didn't change so I could have kept attending. I miss this place!
The price is reasonable when compared to other boot camps in the area. -

5 STARS!!!!
I will definitely miss going to this bootcamp! I had bought a 10 session pass from groupon a few months back since this place had such good reviews. It was to jump start my workout routine again. And it sure did!!
If it wasn't for the drive I most definitely would be coming back! Elaine and Nar are great! Very motivating classes that always leave me feeling great after each session, not to mention sore the next day after a weight training class. Since I had only 10 sessions with them I tried my best to put all my effort into the classes. Even though I went maybe 1 to 2 times per week it really gave me more energy and strength. Each week they had different exercises planned for the week, usually Mon-Wed would be a strength training workout and Tues-Thurs would be a cardio workout. It was great they offered 4 time slots during the morning to accommodate different schedules. Also a plus was that they had extra mats, weights, resistance bands, etc.., whatever was the workout for that day they had the equipment there if you didn't have your own.
Like I said in the beginning of my review, I'm a little sad that my 10 sessions expired so fast. I would join in a heartbeat if it was more convenient for me to drive there daily. Glad I had the experience to try this really awesome bootcamp!
Thank you Elaine and Nar for your motivation! -

These girls are amazing! I am super sad though. I started a new job that makes it impossible to train with them. I wish they did night classes as well :(
It's a little pricey too, but it's your health, and they get your act together with out being scary or mean. They truly care about you, and your outcome. -

Great work out and not your typical hardcore, army style, people screaming at you bootcamp. Here form and safety are priorities enabling you to get the best workout possible. They also have great communication with their members and keep things changing with a variety of workouts.
My BIGGEST complaint is the music......they need to change it up and use some newer hits in the classes (if I hear the 2008 Jai Ho from the Slumdog Millionaire soundtrack one more time in class, I think I might cry). Please girls, just go to iTunes and make a playlist with the top 10 songs or google "best work-out playlists". It helps SO much with motivation and energy to have great, upbeat music.
Other than that, these girls are top-notch and I highly recommend them! -

I like Elaine and Nar very much, but I think the workouts are not nearly as hard as I would expect from a boot camp. I have been to two other boot camps before, including Boot Camp LA which I absolutely loved and would go back to if it was not so far from where I live.
I gave them three stars because I do appreciate Elaine and Nar's attempt to provide one on one service and their newsletter which I find very helpful, but at this time, I do not think they deserve five stars until their work out are more effective.Comment from Elaine M. of All About You! I can't say enough about this place. I've never been able to commit to a long-term fitness regimen, but I've been coming here 4-5 times a week for months. The trainers are awesome and they keep things fluid enough that it never gets boring. If you're in the area and want a long-term workout class, I really suggest you check it out.

I've been attending AAY for about three weeks now, and they have exceeded my expectations! If you are looking for a motivating and challenging workout for any level, you will find what you're looking for here. Despite what you might expect from a "boot camp" the instructors are friendly and encouraging and will adjust the workout to your needs. They do a great job of keeping you interested by mixing up the workouts each week with a variety of strength training, cardio, yoga, kickboxing, etc.
The only drawback for me is the cost since my current gym membership is much less expensive. However, if you are looking for an exercise facility that offers one on one type instruction their prices are similar to all the others I've seen in the area.
Well done ladies! -

New to the LA area, I wanted to see the city from a different perspective so when my cousin invited me to join her "on a hike with some friends" on a Saturday a couple of months ago, I jumped on it. Little did I know the hike was sponsored by AAY Boot Camp. Not only did I find a great hike, but I found this great boot camp.
The folks I met on the hike were fun and interesting and easy to talk to. There was a pre and post stretch.
Plus, the AAY rep (name) was informative. She f/up with me on more AAY information a few days later like she said she would.
Their newsletters are fantastic! They include recipes and nutrition tips, photos and a list of their daily activity options for the week. Their rates are competitive and they sometimes offer membership deals. If I weren't committed to 2 soccer leagues right now I would likely join!Listed in: Fitness

I have been attending All About You BootCamp for the past 7 months and love it. I lost 25 lbs. in the first 5 months. I feel great and am at the same weight I was when I got married 20 years ago. Elaine and Nar are helpful and knowledgeable about fitness and nutrition. I love going to class at 7 in the morning. There are always different and new workouts each week.
Today I took my teenaged daughter and her cousin for a complimentary class. Afterwards they both said they liked it and thought everyone was nice and helpful. My daughter really didn't want to get up early on one of her last days of summer vacation but was glad she did. Now that's a compliment! -

I hadn't maintained a consistent fitness regime since graduating from college and was really thinking about joining a bootcamp to jumpstart my exercise routine. I recently joined All About You! Wellness BootCamp and have been attending bootcamp classes for about 3 weeks. I joined because it was conveniently located (about a 7 minute drive away from my house), and it received the best 5-star reviews out of all the other bootcamps I had researched.
If you read the other reviews, you'll know that the general consensus is that Elaine & Nar are phenomenal at what they do. I'm just another bootcamper who will attest that they are very attentive to every individual in the class and will give you a great workout no matter what day of the week!
The classes offer a wonderful sense of community with about 15-20 bootcampers per class and a wide range of ages and fitness levels. Classes also differ every week - there's always new cardio and strength workouts - to really challenge your body and push your endurance. When I first started, I could not run 1 lap around a standard sized basketball court without huffing and puffing. I'm at the point now where I've already started to train for my first official 5K (woohoo!) thanks to Elaine & Nar.
On top of the exercise portion, they both offer great nutrition advice and suggestions (like the importance of vegetables..which I was seriously lacking!). My consumption of fruits and veggies has skyrocketed in the last month. If you had told me one month ago, that I would be shopping for plain Greek yogurt, whole wheat pita bread, on top of fruits and veggies, I would have laughed in your face. You'd have to know me to understand that I used to be the reigning queen of the anti-veggie movement. Now I find that the nutrition tips I receive from both of them has helped me to make wiser and healthier food choices every day.
I found myself fully embracing the program and I have to say that bootcamp is lots of fun. I never ever thought I would type that! It really is a wonderful way to jumpstart your day. The encouragement and support I receive on a daily basis is extraordinary - from fellow bootcampers cheering you on to Elaine & Nar's motivational "great job" emails. I highly recommend that you take advantage of the 2-day guest pass and check it out for yourself! -

Like my profile says, I am a Yelp-a-holic, so it was only natural that I would go to this handy site to find fitness boot camps!
After finding All About You Wellness Boot Camp (AAY) on Yelp, I decided to join and have been with the BootCamp for almost 10 weeks and have LOVED every minute of it. Whether you're looking to lose weight, tone, have never lifted a dumbbell or done a squat (or don't even know what a squat is), have been working out for more than 10 years, are bored with your regime, or if you're like me and wanted to lose those last few pounds and inches, AAY is definitely for you.
Nar and Elaine are two knowledgeable and very creative trainers. They have a 52-week program, which means every week is different, which means you are always challenged and more importantly you are never bored. Each week varies from strength-training, to circuit style training, to team sports, kickboxing, yoga, hikes, pretty much any fitness activity you can think of they do. They always keep you motivated and consistently encourage you to challenge yourself. Like with any workout you only get as much out of it as you put into it.
What I also like about AAY is that you are not only getting your sweat on for an hour or an hour and half, you're also learning about living a healthy lifestyle which lasts a lifetime. I've had personal trainers and have joined other boot camps before and realized when I joined AAY that those other trainers/bootcamps were missing some part of the healthy living equation. AAY reminds you that a healthy lifestyle is not just about exercising, but also about proper nutrition and reducing stress daily. AAY offers nutritional counseling and their weekly newsletter is filled with helpful information about living healthy. They also offer a Trader Joe's tour to identify the healthiest products to purchase. I know what you're thinking, isn't almost everything at Trader Joe's healthy? Trust me, you'd be surprised.
Prior to joining AAY I thought I had the healthy eating thing down, but the few tweaks and suggestions I got from Nar and Elaine about my diet have made all the difference and I am starting to see results that I've been trying to achieve for the last year.
Now if what I've written so far in my ode to AAY hasn't convinced you to check them out, I am taking out the big guns and going to tell you what I like BEST about AAY - the PRICE!!!! They are one of the cheapest in the LA area (and trust me I've done my research) and definitely offer you more bang for your buck. They also have four classes each day in the morning and evening, so I can either go before OR after work, which is perfect for my schedule. So...if you're still not convinced, you can come and try it for yourself. AAY offers two bootcamp workouts for FREE (print out the guest pass on their site).
I don't give out very many 5's on Yelp, but AAY definitely deserves it. Thank you Yelp for helping me find All About You Wellness BootCamp! Yelp is the gift that just keeps on giving. =) -

These ladies- Elaine and Nar- have literally changed the way I feel. I thought I was in pretty good shape, but their super supportive workouts- with no pressure to hurt yourself- and reasonable nutrition advice (for energy and health- not freakishly fast weight loss) have been inspiring and awesome. I go 5 days a week and I am not that kind of person. So great to see people really get healthy over time and get stronger. More and more dudes too - so that's cool!

As a busy business owner trying to find time to fit in a little exercise, I am thankful to have found All About You Wellness BootCamp. I was afraid to even start an exercise program but am I glad I did. I am so thankful that I found these two AMAZING woman who make it a priority to change my life.
They care about each and every person that steps foot into their facility.
I was able to start slow and I am continuing to move forward. I have found a little piece of heaven even while working out. I have more energy than I have in years. I actually look forward to working out every day and I NEVER though I would be able to say that.
I HIGHLY recommend you take the time to meet these ladies and start on their program, for they will change your life as they have mine!!!

I enjoyed my favorite class, STRENGTH TRAINING, yesterday! Elaine is wonderful as a class leader and the instructions are very clear. I appreciate that each individual can work-out at their own level and still accomplish so much.
AAY offers many class options and the attendees are very postive. The free parking is a nice addition. I would recommend over and over again! -

Love love love this program! I'm attending 4-5 times a week, and I wish I had the time to go 2x a day! The workouts are fun and always different and you can work at your own comfort level without feeling like a wimp. That being said, this sure isn't the place to slack off! The instructors never let you stop moving and encourage you to challenge yourself. And they give you lots of info about the workouts and why we are doing them, so you understand the benefits. After an AAY class I arrive at work in a great mood, feeling refreshed and energized!

I have attended AAY! Wellness BootCamp since last summer and it has definitely helped me get in the best shape I've ever been in. I love to stay active all the time, but I get bored easily. Hitting AAY! BootCamp consistently is always fun because each day is a new routine so your body is always doing something different and, of course, burning more and more calories. Our workouts include running, weights, kickboxing, yoga, Pilates, hiking and much more!
AAY! Wellness BootCamp has the two most experienced and sweetest trainers: Elaine and Nar. They offer a great workout (no matter what shape you are in), but their methodology is one of positive encouragement and support. This isn't one of those "mean" boot camps where you are degraded.
If you are out of shape or have an impediment such as a bad knee, they will modify your exercise instructions specifically for you so that you can go slower or do a low-impact version of the activity. If you are in great shape, count on an instructor who can outrun you and will attach themselves to you at times to push you even harder.
Thank you, Nar and Elaine, for the great work you do!" -

At the start of the year, I was looking to change up my workout routine. I'd been running and doing Exercise TV workouts at home for a few years, but, honestly, I'd gotten bored. I had become really comfortable with what I was doing, which meant that I wasn't pushing myself. Basically, I had just leveled out and was coasting.
All About You Boot Camp is the OPPOSITE of coasting. Elaine and Nar are engaging and super motivating, and the workouts are consistently interesting and challenging. Lots of free parking and several classes being offered each morning make it easy to make sure there are no excuses for not getting to class. The instructors push you to do YOUR best--you're not compared to anyone other than yourself. For me, AAY Boot Camp actually feels like I have a personal trainer. The instructors spot and constantly check up on members to make sure that you're getting the most out of your workout. They also know you by name, which is a HUGE plus and motivation! I really enjoy being inside the gym--there's a level of privacy that you can't get outside in a park. They offer a free guest pass on their website, so you can go in and check it out for yourself without risking anything (which is a nice bonus--other boot camps in this area that I've looked into charge even if you just want to check them out!).
At AAY Boot Camp, I'm able to push myself outside of my comfort zone and realize that I'm actually capable of way more than zoned-out jogging and half-hearted ab routines. I would recommend AAY to people of all fitness levels looking to comfortably and safely take their workouts to the next level. -

Although this is only my 7th day of bootcamp, I've joined enough gyms, and done enough fitness programs around town to know that AAY! is all that it is cracked up to be. I've got a lot of work to do in terms of fitness, so much that the thought can be daunting, but I'm learning through AAY! that the one day at a time at my own pace wins the race.
This BootCamp is not competitive. The only person you compete with is yourself (little and big). The instructors have a positive attitude and are never bothered by what might seem to be simple questions. They're really supportive and meet you right where you are. I like that!! -

I want to preface this review by saying that I never exercise and I am NOT a morning person. I absolutely love this bootcamp. This is the first one that I've joined and trust me, I was extremely apprehensive about joining any bootcamp. I did tons of research and decided on All About You! because they boasted a non-militaristic, wellness, nurturing environment and it is everything that they advertise and more.
I absolutely love it after just one week and I never thought I'd say that about any type of exercise program. What I love most about this bootcamp is that it is more than an exercise program as most of the other yelp reviews state. Elaine and Narina not only teach you and exercise you until you're sweating, dying on the floor! but they teach you how fun exercise can be, how to eat nutritiously, how to really take care of yourself at any age and size. They really go out of your way to provide individual attention and answer all your questions. I am so happy to have found All About You! Bootcamp. -

So I've been going to AAY Wellness Boot Camp for over a year now. I can definitely say that I've never been able to maintain a constant and steady weight until now. I love exercise, but tend to prefer solitary activities like running and yoga. I went into AAY with a ton of anxiety, expecting to experience resistance to the process and leave a day or two into my two-week trial.
After week one, I was sore, but exhilarated. After the second week, people in my life were already noticing results. I was so impressed with how I felt after two-weeks that I signed on for another six! I can't wait to continue to challenge myself and see my performance improve.
Elaine and Nar are welcoming and supportive. They WANT you to succeed, and while they are demanding as any good trainer should be, they are also compassionate and attentive to individual needs.
The morning workouts are scheduled at four convenient times and you can attend multiple classes if you have a monthly membership (individual classes are also available).
The workouts change every week and blend cardio, strength-training and yoga/pilates. The rotation of workouts keeps bootcamp fresh and fun. There are high and low-impact options for different fitness levels and variations for specific injuries. Elaine and Nar also offer nutritional guidance throughout your membership and check in with you daily during your first week.
The other members are really nice. Everyone is rooting for each other -- it's a judgment-free zone. I only wish my high school gym class had been this engaging and safe, because I would have embraced fitness at a much earlier age!
AAY BootCamp is a great balance between the expertise and personal attention of a personal trainer and the energy and sense of community of group exercise. -

I've never done group exercise before, but when I saw a groupon for this place and read the 5 star yelp reviews, I thought I would try it out. I love it, and they modify the exercises specifically for me with my injuries. They also help out the people who want to go really high impact and push everyone just the way they need to be pushed. I love all the staff and I like who every day is a different exercise program. It keeps it fun while not over using the same muscle groups to help prevent injury. I would give them 6 stars.

I was introduced to AAY! Bootcamp during the summer of 2008. I joined during one of AAY's 6-week specials. During those six weeks, I lost 8.2 lbs, 2.8% body fat, and 6.4 lbs of total fat. I had been working out at local gyms and never saw the results I saw in a short month and a half period. I've continued to join AAY! on six different occasions since my first contract, and am a currently enrolled for another 8 weeks. I've continued to see amazing results and I am so happy with the way I look and feel.
The work-out schedule is always exciting, as it changes weekly. You can expect to do upper body, lower body, outdoor hikes, sport-like activities, cardio, dance moves, jump rope, tubing, free weights, among other exciting work-outs. You will never experience the crowded, smelly, monotonous gym routine. AAY! Always has creative and exciting work out routines.
Among the many things I like about AAY! Is that Elaine and Nar focus on wellness. There is no secret diet or magic pill that gets you amazing results, it is all about working out and eating healthy! Elaine and Nar help you focus on healthy tips, portion control, and calorie intake. Their weekly newsletter includes the work-out schedule for the week, as well as nutrition information, recipes, important updates, and a section where they list the amazing results of current members.
They call you when you miss class, to make sure all is well. If you happen to be missing class because you are sore, they encourage you to focus on stretching so that you may return to the following class. They even do wake-up calls for those that need the extra motivation to get up early. If that isn't enough, they've introduced Mommy and Me bootcamp too! These women are amazingly committed to what they do and they make each and every member feel as if they are getting one-on-one personal training and nutrition counseling.
In addition to the workouts, you are each assigned your personal journal, where you can write down your goals, track your measurements and weight (Elaine or Nar will do a weigh-in and measurements every 4 weeks to track your improvement) and write down your daily food intake in a Nutrition Journal. Elaine and Nar give great feedback on the nutrition journal. They also do Trader Joe's tours with the members, where they point out healthy choices and encourage you to look out for the best and healthiest options for your diet.
I could go on for days about how great AAY! has been. I can't thank Elaine and Nar enough for their dedication to AAY! and it's members. AAY! has undoubtedly changed my life in the most positive way. How couldn't it, when the focus is on ME: my health, my diet, my body figure, my wellness!!!!!!!! Thank you Elaine! Thank you Nar!!! I love AAY!!!!!!!!!!! -

I signed up for another 4 weeks!! Loving it :) By the way, Elaine and Nar are always encouraging clients to send them food logs everyday. That way they can give you personal advice on how to improve your nutritional intake. Every Saturday they always take you on hikes, last weekend we went to Eaton Canyon in Pasadena (I saw a peacock, a waterfall, hummingbirds and a dragon fly!) They also plan on making a group hike up to Mount Whitney soon. And there's always someone in the group who's participating in the next marathon (I guess there's a lot out in california!). So what I'm trying to say is, there's so much more to this bootcamp than just working out hard! It encourages you to live an exciting lifestyle.

This is an awesome boot camp. The two women who run it are extremely organized, caring and passionate about what they do. They continuously monitor each participant for form and appropriate weights and offer guidance for improvement. They give lots of personal encouragement, move quickly from exercise to exercise, offer advice on nutrition, run the classes on time and are very clear about what they expect. It's a no-nonsense but fun boot camp that gets results!

The best group exercise & NUTRITION program I've ever experienced. After two sedentary years & some rough health problems, I decided it was finally time to get my act together. I was a little worried because I am not a competitive person and thought I'd be miserable with some Hollywood attitudes. Instead I found a really supportive group and best of all two really caring coaches in Elaine & Narina who give every single participant individualized attention. At 39, I can honestly say that I am now in the best shape of my life. And, finally, the BEST PART for me has been the nutrition counseling. You can send your food journal to them daily and get feedback on balancing your meals & tips on recipes. And you MUST go on the Trader Joe's tour!

I've been going to AAY Wellness Bootcamp for a little over a year and I LOVE everything about it. I love our trainers (Nar and Elaine), I love the various types of activities they plan out on a weekly basis, I enjoy the extra push they give you to work harder, etc. They just smiply make workout FUN! I never thought I would really enjoy going to work out an hour a day after a long 9 to 10 hour workday. But, I was wrong. They make it really fun and at the same time very challenging. I turely love it and I have lost over 10 pounds of fat, gained 5 pounds of muscle and lost 5% of body fat. I LOVE the way my clothes fit and I really enjoy the complements I get. I really recomend All About You! Wellness BootCamp to everyone. You will truely enjoy evey part of it - especially the results. Try it, You'll Love it! I DO. :) - Lily K.

Elaine and Nar are wonderful trainers! I love their Bootcamp because they are very thorough with the goals you would like to achieve. Also, they are very knowledgeable in their field.
Every week we as bootcampers are challenged in various ways. You will never get bored and you are always learned something new with the nutrition tips that they share during class.
I look forward to seeing you in class! -

Yes, 5. My NY's resolution was to use more caution in granting them:).
Warm, SINCERE welcome from sweet Elaine, no-fuss solid workout, ample space (no face kicking or neighboring sweat drip flings) and easy, breezy parking. Ahh, so much parking. What else is there? Well, I originally bought through Bloomspot or Groupon, scheduled, cancelled and re-gifted, then accompanied my pal on a comp session. Never an issue or attitude. Ever. If I were staying in LA, this would be a no-brainer whatever the cost. Also, just when I thought I couldn't perfect traditional weight lifting moves, ever-so-slight form changes from Elaine made a world of difference. She walks around in a non-threatening way really perfecting your form. During our cool down, Nar even gave some healthy tips on overall health and diet, which was nice.
The greatest motivator is receiving a personalized "great job" email the same day. When your workday sucks, its nice to know your workout didn't. Checkout the website and blog for realistic tips. They care, have the expertise and run a heartfelt business. Support it and get fit! Thanks, ladies!! -

This is the greatest group exercise & NUTRITION program I've ever experienced. I have never been a workout gym person or a runner and I was a little worried and thought I would not be able to do it. Instead I found a really supportive group and best of all two really caring coaches Elaine & Nar, who give every single participant individualized attention. I can honestly say that I am now in great shape and more importantly eating right and very healthy! I also really enjoy the weekend Hiking and Biking and Yes the BEST PART has been the nutrition counseling. With a food journal, feedback on balancing your meals & tips on recipes as well as the Trader Joe's tour, I have more energy and "Jua de vive" then ever!
