Maternity clothes shopping has proven to be a depressing task for me since it seems a lot of the maternity clothes out there border on being too garish-looking in my opinion. It all just looked like glorified mumus, to me.   But I can only go for so long wearing my pre-pregnancy clothes before, well, I simply can't fit into them any longer. So I dropped in to browse at what they have to offer and boy, was I surprised. The clothes here were right on the money! They were stylish, yet comfortable. I walked into the fitting room with an armful and everything I put on looked pretty darn good, imho.

The only hang up was the price -- these things were not cheap with each garment averaging $60-$70. I figured that I can get my shop on now and I'm sure these will tide me over the remaining 4 months of my pregnancy as well as any subsequent pregnancies -- well...maybe. I guess I should just see how this one goes and not get ahead of myself. If I find that in the near future I won't be needing these clothes any longer, I can always go to the many consignment shops in the downtown Los Altos area.

I didn't know what to get to my very picky friend for her baby shower so I gave her a gift certificate to this shop. Now she is one of their big fans! They have sophisticated baby things. The owner lady is extremely is nice and always has such gentle smile.

Unique High Quality Maternity and Baby Stuff...

This is a small boutique store that really packs a punch when you're shopping for great quality and unique selection that you probably won't find in the box stores like Babies 'R' Us.  My wife and I stumbled upon and shopped in this store in July of 2006, for a friend's baby shower.  If you're looking for unique baby related items, either for your own baby or for a babyshower, this is the store to visit...
