All About Flowers is amazing. I live on the East Coast and often order flowers for my mother, who lives in Bellingham. Over the years, I have ordered flowers from most of the shops in town. The first time I ordered from All About Flowers (about 3 years ago), my mom called me to rave about the arrangement, saying that it was far and away the best she ever had received. Since then, I have only used All About Flowers, and whenever I do, my mom sends me a picture of the arrangement. The flowers are gorgeous and fresh, meaning that the arrangements last for more than a week. . . The owner, Nadia, is fantastic -- she keeps track of what flowers she uses so that the arrangements will be different each time, and she always comes up with something amazing. The prices are outstanding for what you get, and the flowers are always delivered on time. Florists don't get any better than All About Flowers!

They go by "Life's a party", "All About Flowers" and "Johnson's Flower Shop"... Don't be confused - they are one in the same. The first thing they should do is head over WCC and take a 101 on customer service and retention. Talking down to customers, rudely with condescending manners isn't a good start when trying to place an order. When a customer service person says "listen, honey..." you know you've met rock bottom on the service model. Don't use them. Please find a real local resource to support.

Wow - I am so impressed! Not only did my boyfriend surprise me with a dozen roses AND a single vased rose, but the arrangements are absolutely gorgeous and unbelievably fresh. I can't speak to the customer service, but he said the ladies made him feel comfortable and he could tell they really care about the flowers and the people. I will definitely be ordering from them in the future ... I have a new go-to florist. Thank you!

What do you get someone on their birthday who:
A: Lives pretty dang far away
B: Does not say specifically what they want, or that they need anything
C: Tell you not to spend any money on them or they will get mad
D: All of the above
Normally, me and my broke wallet would say Happy Birthday and call it a day. But this being it was my sister's birthday I knew otherwise. I've found that as we get older shopping for certain people can be a bit challenging, thus brought me to what I would get my sister who has just about everything that could make you smile. And what better than to get someone something that they don't have every day or week for that matter (unless you're like me...) that just shows you care about them than flowers.
Not wanting to tell my brother in law to be prepared for the delivery, I made the order through All About Flowers in a wee bit short of 5 minutes. Honestly, it was painless. My sister's cats do not do well with new things, this including anything green and belongs outdoors so I opted for a more delicate bouquet and sent in the order.
The order was processed quickly and the flowers delivered on her birthday in the afternoon. From what she says they are beautiful and from how painless the order went I am impressed and now know of a reliable source to order flowers from in the future.
So major kudos to this fine little floral delivery service who made a birthday present that much easier to shop for! -

THEY ARE ON POINT!!! Every time I order flowers for my mom she calls me and is so excited about what she gets. Its funny because I know nothing about flowers and get all the credit for the shop's good choices. I'm sure if you know what you want, they have it though!
The lady who helped me over the phone was so great! I think she may have been the owner but I'm not sure. I think I'm lucky to have stumbled upon this business. Its not often that you find good prices and service like this. I've never been so pleased ordering gifts for my mom.
I've got a friend in the flower business!
