Likely one of the best experiences with a business I've ever had.
Called to discuss an ant problem and spoke with a highly knowledgeable person straight away. He had great insight to what our problem was and explained everything clearly. We were able to schedule a service the very next day. Chris showed up precisely on time and stayed for the duration he had estimated. He walked me through everything he was doing and explained the rationale. Very personable, never once felt pressured. I felt very confident and comfortable working with him.
He sprayed both around the entire foundation of my house as well as all hot-spot rooms. He used something that is safe for both humans and pets, which put my mind at ease, and it was odorless! Really have no complaints.
They also have a 4 month guarantee for no ants ($269 of money WELL spent). If you see one they will come immediately to treat the place again no charge. They also offer to come out for a maintenance afterwards 3x/year at a lower cost. That comes with a year guarantee. Woot!
As Chris left he said to me, "One ant is too many." Couldn't agree more. -

All About Ants Pest Control is the real deal. 100% legit business. Totally agree with the first two reviews. This company does a stellar job. All work is guaranteed up to four months if you see another ant again, they will come back. and trust me, those little f'ers wont be back. So that alone should get you to try AAAPC if you are having ant, bugs, pest problems. Our exterminator, Chris drove all the way out from Troutdale to my place in Aloha to take care of the ant problem. He was professional and knowledgeable with what he was doing. I had no doubt, about this guy
Unlike those big commerical companies like Terminix and Orkin that make you sign a year contract with them. All About Ants is not about that, they are one and done. And thats the way I like it. -

We were unable to get rid of the ants at our house; caulking and ants traps weren't working, so I headed over here to yelp where I found this business listing. I called and left a message asking for a return call, which came within thirty minutes or so from Chris.
I explained our problem and talked to him for quite awhile. We've never had to call a pest control company before so really wanted to be sure before I committed myself to something I'd later regret.
I had been impressed by All About Ants' website, and was further impressed with the way Chris answered my questions. He was thorough, friendly, and obviously well informed. So I decided to hire him.
He went to the house the very next day, and oh my gosh, I was glad I'd called All About Ants. Chris found several nests of ants, and the problem was so severe that the varmints were even going up into our trees and shrubbery! He said that's very unusual, but why should I do things in a normal fashion, right? Why not go to worst case scenario from the very beginning!
Chris said he doesn't usually see infestations of sugar ants this bad, but he sprayed over and under and around and inside and outside and wherever else he needed to using non-toxic to pets and people spray.
Then (as I said, why should we do things the easy way?) he saw a carpenter ant. No biggie, right? Except that then he saw another one. And another. So he asked if i wanted him to spray for carpenter ants while he was there. Oh sure, gimme the whole thing (it did cost extra).
The ants should all be gone in three weeks, and if they're not, he will come back at no charge. All About Ants' work is guaranteed, and I wasn't pressured to sign up for a yearly contract (which I can have if I want it).
I'm glad I came to yelp first and very glad I found this company. I like that they take a "one size DOESN'T fit all" approach and I like that I wasn't pressured to sign up for a yearly contract. The price was reasonable, service was very fast and efficient, and I felt that my concerns were addressed in a very professional way.

We protect the environment by implementing Integrated Pest Management practices into all of our treatments. IPM means finding out why environmentally you are having a pest problem and working toward permanent correction.
Pest Control companies that claim to be "green" but spray large quantities of cheap, ineffective, over the counter type insecticides have to require expensive multiple treatment contracts for any results. These same companies are the biggest yellow page phone book advertisers.
We reject that kind of Green Approach.
We guarantee all of our work with a cost and environment saving, one time treatment. Most of our advertising is through word of mouth.
