Yay for Alitia's Animals!
Matt takes great care of my two boys while I'm away. When I return my apartment is neat and tidy - the boys are relaxed and happy and don't even seem to notice that i've been away (sad for me - but glad that they've been so well cared for that they don't feel upset or anxious in my absense). I also love that they provide regular updates while I'm away - this extra step is such a nice touch that keeps me confident about the care my pets are receiving.
Alitia is very professional. I recommend her and her company whole-heartedly! -

This "company" is completely lacking in professionalism.
While my sitter was great, the so called "company" itself is just plan bad. They only answered my call because I was a new customer and once they had received my information and deposit, it was very hard for me to reach anyone at the company.
They overcharged my credit card and when I tried to call them numerous times, there was no one to answer my calls or return my messages. I had to have american express take care of the problem for me.
Their "business" phone number has been disconnected now and they DON'T respond to emails. BOTTOM LINE DON'T USE THEM. save yourself the trouble.Comment from Alitia G. of Alitia's Animals 7/14/2010

This is a great reliable pet service and Alitia answers your call with a warm greeting and a genuine concern for all your pet needs. My work also uses Alitia's for pet services and I recommend it highly for anyone in need of pet sitting and other services. I used her service for pet sitting and in meeting my sitter I felt incredibly relaxed that she would take good care of my dog which she did. I also had a spur of the moment emergency for the holidays and thought I needed a sitter and Alitia called back right away and there were actually sitters available during the Christmas holiday. This is an excellent service and recommend Alitia's too anyone in need of a sitter for their doggies!
