Awesome place. Dr. Luther is great. His adjustments help my Fibro pain a d relax my muscles a lot without the pain associated with massage. Will come back as long as my financial allowed. Thanks for having such a great place.

Since writing this review, I've received two messages from the business owners asking me to remove my review. One even attempted to bribe me with a refund. Pro tip: if you want to improve your rating, try improving your business instead of asking customers to lie on your behalf. How tacky.

I have seen Dr. Favreau about 10 times, and consider him to be one of the best doctors I've ever seen, of any specialty. He is careful, patient, kind, and a normal person (not arrogant or self-important). He truly loves what he does and is dedicated to helping people recover from pain and become healthier for the long-term. I've recommended him to everyone I know, and they in turn have done the same.
If you are scared of chiropractic work, nervous about spinal adjustment, Dr. Favreau is the type of chiropractor you should try. -

To sum it all up:
"I had so much pain after my visit I needed Ice packs on my neck and lower back for the next 2 days, and my back hurt just sitting for the next week."
Here's the story:
They came to my building with a special "Get X-rays and consultation" for $20. So I tried it out.
When I went for the X-rays Dr. Luther put me in front of the X-ray machine in a tiny room, and before he left the room to do the Zap I asked: "Aren't you going to ask me if I am pregnant or going to become pregnant? And aren't you going to give me one of those protective aprons for my ovaries?" He said: "The amount of radiation is so minor that even if you were pregnant right now it would make that much of a difference." WHAAAAAAAATTT? Seriously, my dentist gives me the apron and asks me these questions when giving my teeth and X-ray....so should you! Don't be surprised if our neighborhood has some deformed babies in the next few years.
He was very firm about telling me that he won't "prescribe unneeded treatments." By the fifth time he said this it seemed a touch shady. Then he said- you need to come in immediately so we can go over your X-rays- you have some serious issues with your back.....well, OK- you're close so I'll squeeze you in after work the next day.
The next day I came in and he said "I've had a good amount of time to go over your x-rays." But he didn't actually because he was noticing obvious things for the very first time- like my legs being different lengths...so I felt like my time was wasted.
After a third visit - to just give me a treatment plan- he suggested 3 times a week up to 40 treatments. EXCUSE ME? I have never been in an accident in my life and you are diagnosing me the same as someone who gets hit by a truck and then falls down 3 flights of stairs? What's even worse is that my insurance only covers up to 30 visits.... so I feel like he was trying to convince me into treatments that were not needed- and extremely excessive.
Dr. Luther gave me a trial adjustment- which was another weird thing- He did my neck and my lower back, but "couldn't get the middle to pop." so I got a 1/2 assed adjustment.
I then got the massage- because I had the $37 coupon from this site. It was weird and painful- I have never had a massage that gave me that much pain. The Masseuse was really hurting my vertebrae- which if you know anything is not a muscle, but a bone so why was he rubbing it? After my massage I was soooo out of it (Which I think is a good thing with massages) I went to pay... I showed them the Yelp coupon on my phone...but again was sooooo out of it that they charged me double. To their credit I did get a check from them a few days later for the double charge, but it came from Chase bank in a Chase bank envelope...so they don't even have professional stationary or checking account with their companies name and logo on it.
Later that night the pain began- and I had ice packs on my neck- which was super stiff and sore for the next couple of days. My lower back began hurting sooo bad and just sitting in a chair was painful for about a week.
I do not recommend Align or Dr. Luther- they seem nice and with good intentions, but I don't think they have enough experience, knowledge and are not professional enough. Also, I think they are desperate for money to keep afloat, so they try to get you in for extraneous treatments.Comment from Todd L. of Align Chiropractic 9/21/2011

Dr. Justin is one of the best chiropractors I have worked with. He is also one of the better chiropractors that has laid their hands on me! He is compassionate, trustworthy and extremely intelligent. I am so sad he left the Bay Area! Dr. J is certified in the most advanced and researched chiropractic technique to date. (Chiropractic Biophysics) He is not your typical crack and pop chiropractor.
I would recommend Dr. Justin to anyone who is need of a chiropractor, especially those who may be skeptical about the profession. I bet he will make all you nay sayers change your mind for good.

Here is a riddle... what is snap crackle pop? Well while you might be reminded of the Rice Crispies you had this morning...for me its the sound my spine makes when I get adjusted...love it!
I decided it was necessary for me to make an appointment one day when I was unable to get out of bed due to neck pains that had gotten worse and worse over the course of a day. My good friend Amanda had been going to Dr Luther for a while with good results, so I made my appointment. They were able to get me in that day, which I was impressed with immediately. They also took care of contacting my insurance company to find out what I was covered for.
It was very easy to understand the plan that I had chosen, Dr. Luther is always really great about discussing what is next.
It has been a while since I have seen a chiropractor, and going to Dr. Luther is something that I will continue to do, for the overall health aspect of having proper posture and alignment. Dr Luther always makes me feel comfortable, and at ease.
I totally recommend to my friends, family and fellow Yelpers! -

Dr. Favreau is hands down the best chiropractor I've ever had. Always engaged, always knowledgeable, friendly, and caring. After having multiple problems with back and neck pain, Dr. Favreau was always supportive of new and innovative treatments that actually worked! His exercises and adjustments will leave you feeling like a new (wo)man! The Align facility is state of the art, with helpful staff and flexible appointment times. Most importantly, they take nearly every kind of insurance and are not that expensive. I highly recommend Align!

Dr. Favreau is all about healing the spinal column and helping his patients achieve optimal functioning. He practices Chiropractic Biophysics, which involves a full rehabilitation treatment plan, not just chiropractic adjustments. There is a large body of research supporting this approach, and I for one am super excited to work through my neck and back issues with his help. He is friendly and professional, and understands the financial issues that can impact a patient's choices regarding their treatment. Highly recommended!

Dr. Luther is a compassionate, gentle chiropractor who really cares about his patients. He listens very carefully and will come up with a treatment plan that works for you. I came to him with pain and am now on maintenance and feel great. I recommend him highly!
