Honestly the only place in town with any artistic capability. Their arrangements are well balanced and inspire the intended emotions. I've purchased arrangements for my mom here. I'll never go anywhere else!

I decided to call a local florist (SHOP LOCAL!) to send a "Make you Smile" bouquet to a friend of mine in Carson City. Alie's seemed to get good reviews from my fellow Yelper's, so decided to take their advice. I certainly was NOT disappointed.
Ordering over the phone is always a little challenging, but I felt very confident with the ordering process. I had a decent idea of what I would like and used the website as a guideline for my purchase. I told them the arrangements I liked and the idea I was going for and was led swiftly through the process. When the total cost ended up to be a little more expensive than I was hoping (champagne taste, beer budget), they were happy to work with me and were able to make changes to accommodate my budget.
I would definitely recommend using Alie's.

I think the service there was outstanding and they did do a good arrangement for the price. They also give me a box where it is non spill proof. Usually I drive to Carson city and it can be a pain to do because I am always afraid of them tilting over. But the arrangement was not as good as I received in Reno though. So if my other flower store devonwoods can give me a non-tilting one that would be fine and dandy. But I would go back if I am in town for convience for the most part. Maybe I did come late as well where the quality of flowers are not so hot. who knows right.

Catherine has 8 years in the floral industry and a background in corporate sales and marketing. She purchased the business in 2009. Her design education includes classes at distributors and in house training with her designers of 15 years, Holly and Meaghan. She specializes in clean, contemporary designs but also has a knack for traditional design as well
