If you are in pain and are looking for an Oral Surgeon, STOP LOOKING.
Dr. Iranmanesh belongs in the topmost echelon of Oral Surgeons and courteous businesspeople, PERIOD.
My wisdom teeth were infected and causing me HIDEOUS, sleep-depriving pain. I was in SO much pain, that I couldn't even handle finding my own dentist to take the SOBs out. My partner, bless his heart, hunted all over Yelp to find me the highest rated oral surgeon in the area.
Initially, he called a neighboring dentist who recommended Dr. Iranmanesh to us for the actual surgery I'd need to take the teeth out. We searched for said Oral Surgeon on Yelp, and whattya know-- he had 5 stars already!
So we made the appointment, they got me in the very next day and everyone was AMAZING. The receptionist, the financing/insurance lady, the hygenists, the assistants, EVERYONE. They all have GREAT senses of humor which was CRUCIAL for me to be able to deal with this whole terrifying experience of getting my beloved chompers taken out.
The xray was a panoramic one, taken with a REALLY cool machine that requires none of the usual nasty-tasting cotton biting. DON'T WEAR HAIRPINS OR METAL JEWELRY. .......I'm just saying. ;)
We scheduled the appointment, which had to be rescheduled because of my insurance (which they had NO problem doing, as it was more than 48hrs before my appt).
When the day finally came, I woke up late but took the pill they gave me to calm me down pre-op (Valium) and rushed out the door. I was in the building no more than 15 minutes and was led into the room where I was to finally be rid of the infected banes in my mouth.
The surgical aide, Carly, whom had quickly become my angel of dental mercy, got me laughing and talking about body art and an assortment of topics we shared an interest in which calmed me down more than I can possibly give her credit for.
I was out in just under 5 minutes and "woke up" in my bed at home. BE WARNED: general anesthesia can cause a post-surgery depression, so make sure you're in a safe recovery place and that the person charged with caring for you knows that you'll be in a delicate mental state for that whole day and to take anything you say with a grain of salt. I wish I had known this and been able to make my wonderful partner aware of it before I freaked out post-op.
All in all an incredible experience. I can't possibly recommend Dr. Iranmanesh and his staff highly enough.
THANK YOU, DR. IRANMANESH AND TEAM!!!! -

100% amazing! great doctor, very professional, knows what he is doing and respects the patient.
I do have to mention that he tries to get some easy money on unnessesary stuff (iv anestesia, too many x-rays).. but that is ok, allof them do.
overall, he is one of the best ones out there -

Everything about Dr. Ali Iranmaneshand his staff is amazing! They not only provide you with the utmost customer service, but they also provide you with personal attention. Every time I went to the office, I had my baby with me; and they consistently watched her while in consultation or having my X-rays taken. They did with a big smile and pleasant words. This is how exceptional they are!!
During my consultation, Dr. Iranmanesh took the time to explain the procedure and every option I had. He answered all of my questions and tried to alleviate any fears. I felt confident going forward and removing my troublesome wisdom teeth. After the consultation, I was given the estimate, the prescription and pre and post surgery instructions.
The surgery was quick and painless. When it was done, they gave me gauze, cold pack, tooth brush, a mouth wash,.. and told my husband how to take care of me and what to do about the feeding and teeth cleaning, because I was still out.
But my best surprise was when I got home and didn't feel any ache all day. I even asked my husband if they really did the extraction
Dr. Iranmanesh also called me later in the evening to see how I was recovering. And the day after I received a hand written note from his assistant following up and giving me her contact info in case I had any question. They are extremely professional, they thought of every little detail to make it a wonderful experience. They are awesome and I am grateful to have found such a great place!
