Was craving a good burrito for a few days and came across this place with a pretty high rating. But a little disappointed in their carne asada burrito. I've had better. The meat seemed a little soggy - taste was alright. The reviews did mention that their fish tacos was supposed to be really good. My friend got it and wasn't too impressed. There's only outdoor seating (some sheltered) and they do have a drive-thru option. The service was pretty fast though (no waiter service - just order & pick up). Be sure to empty your bladder before you go cuz they don't have public restrooms available HEEHEE :P

This is on the south east corner of Peck and Ramona. This is a drive thru restaurant, but you can also sit outside.
Order:
1 fish taco
1 side order guac
1 medium drink
$4.44
The service was good. I saw only two employees at 7 p.m. I guess it doesn't get that busy here.
The fish was tad salty and on the soggy side although the white sauce was really good. Guac was tasty although I can tell it had additives.
I really liked the green salsa. It was spicy and very flavorful. The chips? Well they were okay.
Overall, this is acceptable for the price point. -

The carne asada burrito was excellent and just the right size. Meat was tender and juicy and flavored perfectly.

This place must be good, because I stopped in to get something and the wait was too long for me. I'll come back soon, I hope.

No-frills Mexican food basics. I usually get the carne asada soft taco plate but I love the super nachos (i.e. carne asada nachos). It can feed two.

This place is great. Cheap but has great flavors and bountiful portions. Must try the carne asada burritos. Seating here is next to none, drive through isn't the most convenient due to its location, closes at 10pm though its sister store on Santa Anita is a 24-hour joint.
