Every year we get catering from Alfredo's for our yearly office holiday party. This past year we had some vegetarians joining our exciting holiday office celebration. I'm not in charge of actually setting up the catering for this awesome annual event but I do bring an empty stomach ready to eat. This past year Alfredo's didn't disappoint again!
If I remember correctly we had baked ziti, meatballs, sausage and peppers, lasagna, salad, veal parmigiana, eggplant parmigiana, linguini Alfredo with shrimp, Steamed vegetables and manicotti.
I ate a little of everything. I loved everything but the steamed vegetables that had a vinegar heavy taste. I even had seconds of most everything. I stuffed my face at the office party. My coworkers who I often go out for lunch with we're shocked to see me so much food. Normally I struggle to finish my lunch. When I know we are getting lunch from Alfredo's I skip breakfast and dinner because I love it so much!
Is it authentic Italian food? Probably not. It is delicious and full of carbs! I've never been to their actual so I can't comment on that aspect.
