Sort of an older crowd here, as in not a lot of folks under forty. But definitely can be fun for anyone. On weekends they usually have one of the DJs from that Oldies radio station, but the club is also garnering a few younger fans with their Sunday night salsa nights. To my knowledge its one of the few places in Philly where you can salsa dance on Sundays, and it's free to boot. There's no dress code, but people seem to put themselves together pretty well, as you'd expect from the more mature crowd.

Alfie's is closed. Too many owners, too many renovations, not enough customers. Erratic hours. Who knows what the reason is.
