Alright, lets be real here, the price to play fighting games are DIRT CHEAP 25 cents per game. SF4, MVC2, and more! I am glad that the owner cuts down to play each time to 25 cents per play. They recently remodel or should I say upgraded and the arcade is a huge place now.
The owner is a real nice guy, got to talk to him and he is really cool. He is open to any ideas of having an event at the arcade so feel free to ask him about it! The owner does not close the store until no one is playing anymore. If there's a crowd still around at 2 am, I believe it still would be open lol.
They recently have a DDR machine too but its the MAX 2 edition :( shame.
I dont understand why the arcade is not packed like Arcade Infinity. It is like the only legit arcade around in the area now for fighting games. Its 25 cents to play, why not stop by and give your skills a shot here? The only problem i see is that I always see the same people playing or coming here. cmon, I want to see MORE people here, especially more pros. -

Arcades are so hard to come across these days. Alex's is one of the few arcades that I know and like.
Alex's is in a great location, right across from Mcdonalds, thai food and even Cafe Lu.
I come here to play fighting games and they usually have the most popular ones. They recently remodeled and had at least 5 street fighter 4 arcade cabinets. They also have Ultimate Marvel vs Capcom 3 through pay by hour.
I'll come here when I need my fighting game fix! -

Who wants a shot at the champ? Anyone? Exactly y'all don't want it with the KING.... Anyways I've been coming to this spot since I was a youngn' with a pocket full of quarters. Fond memories of the dragon being painted outside when it was Cameron's. I mostly stick to the Marvel vs Capcom series. So bring your A game because I will be there whooping ass & taking names later. Preferably if you're a newbie

I was a new challenger to Alex's and everyone was really cool. Players can be standoffish in highly competitive hangouts, Alex's is not one of those places. Alex Jr. was there to offer change to everyone and drinks at very reasonable prices. Apparently Thursdays are when more players flood in, so I didn't see it in full swing. Alex's has 3rd Strike, two Japanese-style SSF4AE cabinets (not 2012), all the Marvel games (plus a setup that can accomodate UMvC3 and KoF13) and a bevy of other cabinets that I didn't play because I was just playing SSF4AE. All the games are one quarter. In a time when small arcades focused on fighting games are dying out, I appreciate Alex's Arcade. It's a great place for a scrub-ass Abel player like me to level up with cool people.

This place is awesome. I go here all the time to spend my money. There are some pretty good players there sometimes, but I'm the best. Just ask anyone there. Come if you want to challenge the world strongest player, kekeke.
If you visit SRK, there is a thread you can post to see if people are down to go. See you scrubs there. ^___^ -

A great arcade in the neighborhood with some newer machines like 4 SSF4 Arcade Edition and an improvised Marvel VS Capcom 3 with some good players. Only downside that I saw was the fact that there is no change machine! So come with quarters in hand or be subjected to go get change at the nearby liquor store. Apart from that it's a good place to go have some fun.

Its a great place to play some good ol' fashion fighting games, along with new ones, like super street fight iv. They do hold tournaments for various games and the games are usually 25cents. Check out their website for more info.
Also, the owner is really nice, and you can meet some pretty good players there, so come here and play....if you dare ;] mwhaha -

A couple minutes away from me and it has all the latest games like Super Street fighters 4 Arcade Edition & The King of Fighters XIII are like a quarter per game, Ultimate Marvel vs Capcom 3 & Mortal Kombat 9 console over games are like 1 dollar for 30 minutes which I think that's decent. They also carried some classic games like Street Fighter 3rd Strike, Marvel vs Capcom 2 & Capcom vs SNK 2 are also a quarter as well. There's also a few shooting/driving games as well. Every Thursday there will be a huge crowd on the UMVC3 & SSF4 AE cabinets. The owner is pretty chill for closing at an later time if there's still people in the arcade.

Forget D&B where I load up a 20 dollar card and waste it in 30 mins. All the games here are 25 cents old school! They have tekken 5 and a host of MArvel v Capcom 2 machines here. The competition here is tough! If you are a die hard fighting game fan then you have no excuse to come here and get your ass kicked! There are also plenty of driving games for teh girlfriends and baby mamas to play as well! I can come here with 5 dollars and stay the whole night!!

I think it's called Alex's Arcade now. This place is a really small and cosy arcade that has all your favorite fighting games. I think it's the only arcade in the area that has legitimate SF4 machines. As well as MVC2, CVS2, Tekken 5, SF3Strike, and I think they have a PS3 setup of SSF4, which isn't all that glamorous but it gets the job done. They have initial D, metal slug, bustamove, raiden, and all the other good stuff too. They hold tournaments there all the time and I know a bunch of pros that come by all the time to stomp on everyone. You should definetly check it out, especially if your into fighters.
